La luce nelle stanze è troppo scuro, e c'è un'uscita solo su un lato del letto. La TV è vecchia ma grande. C'è una microonde, che è bello, ma ci vorrà 4 volte il tempo normale per riscaldare qualcosa. Anche un frigorifero nella stanza. Le pompe di caffè non sono state adattate alla macchina ma hanno ancora funzionato (non è ancora grande caffè - siamo andati fuori per farlo). Il personale del front desk era amichevole. Abbiamo dormito bene finché abbiamo raffreddato la stanza prima del letto, poi abbiamo smesso di usare l'unità AC in camera prima di andare a letto. La colazione era tipica (iuck - non si è nemmeno disturbato). La zona della piscina non sembrava troppo cattiva. Abbiamo bisogno di un hotel in questa zona e questo ha le migliori recensioni; non sono sicuro perché. Ma se fosse il migliore, odiavo vedere gli altri. Se dovessimo tornare in questa zona, ci troveremmo qualcosa di meglio, anche se fosse un'auto extra 10-15 minuto.

I always travel with my service dog and was pleased to see this location had a ”dog area”. This area had grass well cut, however, there was trash everywhere and the doggie waste station was broken. The waste basket was on the ground and there were no waste bags in the receptacle. I always have bags with me but it's nice to know they're available should a guest forget theirs. The elevator floor linoleum was very old and dated with chips in it upon entering. The floor I was on was quite noisy all night. There was a smaller dog barking non-stop for hours. A baby crying/wailing for about 15 minutes( so loud I could hear the baby in my room), the room next to me had their TV on super loud until after 3:30 a.m. I know it was this time because my dog had to relieve himself at 3:10 a.m. The staff was the shining light here. The check in agent was friendly and very efficient. The housekeepers were all very friendly as they all said hello upon passing any of them and the check out agent was friendly. Maintenance crew were nice when I ran into them in the hallways. The staff is what kept me from giving this location all poor ratings. The location was alot further from the beach than I anticipated. Probably won't stay here again due to location and conditions described in review.
