Abbiamo soggiornato in un Comfort Inn prima e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Questa volta è stato molto deludente! Ci siamo fermati qui una notte sulla nostra strada a Rapid City, SD. Buona: fogli e asciugamani buon colazione Pet amichevole Terribile: eravamo in una stanza sul primo piano vicino alla porta di uscita laterale. - Quando entrammo nella nostra stanza, ha profumato come fumo. Come se fosse una stanza di fumo. - C'erano polveri sui mobili, le lampade, ecc. Il desk aveva un residuo resistente in tutto il suo corpo. - Il tappeto era dipinto, le necessità grosse e disperate sono state sostituite! Sembra che non fosse stato shampooato da molto tempo! -Ci sono stati molti segni oscuri sulle pareti e sulle aree coperte di grigio. Desperate necessità sono state ridipinte. -La rack del tovagliolo sopra il bagno e la padella della cortina di doccia sta per cadere. -Il mobilio è ormai scaduto e la sedia ha visto giorni migliori. -Il braccio destro della sedia da scrivania è stato rotto. -Ho incluso immagini di tutti questi problemi nella mia recensione TA. - Quando abbiamo controllato, non abbiamo trovato nessuno sul desktop, quindi abbiamo solo messo le chiavi sul contatore. Finalmente abbiamo visto le signore sul desktop mentre erano fuori con una pausa di fumo. Dovevamo restare qui più tardi in giugno, ma annullato. Non ci fermiamo ancora. Prenotammo una stanza in un altro hotel. Ci sono altri hotel in questa città! Ho prenotato una stanza al Comfort Inn perché ha ricevuto 4 su 5 punti da Trip Advisor. Non capisco come questo hotel ha una valutazione se 4 con camere in questa condizione! Quando abbiamo controllato, ho notato che stanno ristrutturando alcune camere sul primo piano. Ho fatto la mia ricerca e leggendo tutte le critiche di TA. Ho letto alcuni altri ospiti menzionati gli stessi problemi che abbiamo avuto nella stessa stanza nel 2015.
