Il personale del dipartimento frontale, Shaneka e Trinity, erano così amichevoli e mi fece sentire così benvenuto. La stanza era spaziosa, luminosa, confortevole e senza spot! Anche se viaggiare con animali domestici può essere una sfida, questo Red Roof Inn li ha accolti come famiglia. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui di nuovo.Grandi posti di lavoro 😊

Abbiamo bisogno di un posto per stare la notte dopo un viaggio esauriente per la Nuova Inghilterra. Abbiamo guidato da Winchester,VA a Fort Jackson (con poche fermate) e abbiamo bisogno di una stanza. Questa La Quinta era una fermata perfetta, e certamente lo ricorderemo in futuro. Pulizia, cortesia e recentemente rimodellata.

we were welcomed by beyond friendly staff, then went to room which was cold like winter in hot summer day, wifi worked well, and rooms were clean bed was good and it socked us in and will not let us out in morning like chill winter morning it was morning before we even know it lol. breakfast was ok but again staff was so charm with southern welcoming attitude it definitely over shadow few possible items to menu anyways it wasn't restaurant and what were served it was good to start day. also all this we had it at I would say at very decent price.

UUtente ospiteThe staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.

CCrystal DienerThe hotel meets expectations, housekeeping is the what makes the hotel. They without fail always are polite, helpful, & don’t have preferences to who they cater to. They seem to all be on the same page as in what needs to be done. The front desk is very helpful, courteous, & friendly. The only bad part is the hotel is pet-friendly for the entire hotel. I would have been impressed or please if there was at least one floor for people that like me are not pet-friendly.

UUtente ospiteMy daughter and I visited UofSC for a college tour on a very busy weekend in COLA, so accommodations were very limited. I hesitantly booked the Sheraton after reading several poor reviews and rude responses from management. After some research and confirmation on site, I learned that this hotel has a new, and very well liked General Manager as of Dec. 2022. It showed, and I highly recommend a stay at the “new and improved” Sheraton Columbia. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful (Hannah went above and beyond), charmingly old rooms were fresh and very clean, our request for a quiet room (14th floor) was met without hesitation, the location was perfect for walking all over the city and to campus (Uber for longer distance). It would be nice to upgrade offerings in Club Lounge (decent food, wine/beer), but disregard former reviews and give this hotel a fresh start!

Abbiamo piacere stare a Hilton e la Tru brand, ma questo non era al livello normale. Il servizio di check-in è stato fantastico, ma il tipo che lavorava al desk al mattino non era amichevole - l'hotel sembrava datato, ma le camere erano bellissime e tipiche stile Tru. Se in città si scegliesse un altro hotel - forse le Home2 Suites in strada. Non terribile, ma non grande, considerando tutte le altre opzioni.

AAshley NapierAttenzione a questo hotel! Rimase qui quasi 30 giorni. Aveva oltre 2000 dollari ancora in sospeso per le spese fraudolente su due delle mie carte usate in questo hotel. Era afflitto ogni giorno anche quando la stanza era stata pagata in pieno. Due volte il doppio prelievo durante il soggiorno, legato a un sacco di fondi necessari che ci hanno voluto più di un mese per ottenere credito e rimborso! La polizia è stata chiamata , alla fine è stata costretta a lasciare una notte ho pagato $165 per! Ho aspettato ore al desktop. Mi hanno fatto correre la carta tante volte e hanno fatto battere la bandiera per frode - mi hanno costretto ad andare in ore telefoniche tenute ostaggi nel loro lobby mentre ho dovuto chiamare la mia banca e combattere per aver rimosso l'allarme per frode.
La notte.La piscina era congelata e sporca. Il lavandino aveva una macchina da lavoro per tutto il giorno e la notte dell'hotel. L'impressore non poteva mai essere usato per stampare nulla. Il gioco
La stanza che non ci fu nemmeno detto esisteva fino a tre settimane dopo essere rimasti lì. Una volta che ne sapevamo, nessuno poteva trovare dove fosse tenuto il controllore e le forniture. Horror nightmare esperienza!

LLiltravler77Ancora una volta rimango qui! Visto troppo! Ora che ho deciso di tornare indietro, probabilmente non dovrò più stare con loro a meno che non sia un weekend di distanza! La camera era pulita, il letto era molto confortevole, il personale era sempre molto amichevole, molto accogliente non che io chieda mai di niente, ma ancora! La posizione è perfetta, vicino a shopping e cibo, facile da accedere a tutto!

AAdventurer101Prenotato un soggiorno di 2 notti in Extended Stay America situato a Columbia I-26. Camera prenotata per l'accesso disabili, come abbiamo recuperato da un danno alla gamba, ma ciò che è successo quando ci siamo accolti, ci è stato dato una camera al terzo piano. Il personale del Front Desk ha detto che non c'è spazio per l'accesso a disabili, anche se mostra le disponibilità sulla pagina di prenotazione; il personale ha detto che ci restituirà i soldi se non volevamo la stanza. La nostra stanza era anche la strada per la fine. Siamo stati troppo stanchi per andare ovunque e abbiamo scelto di rimanere. La prenotazione è stata fatta attraverso Trip.com e la squadra di supporto capace ha notato il problema con la prenotazione di stanza. Sono stati molto rapidi a risolvere il problema che abbiamo avuto anche. Grazie ESA e soprattutto Trip.com. Hai il miglior team di supporto!
