UUtente ospiteMy stay at WoodSpring Suites Jackson Tejal and staff were warm, welcoming , and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort., I even checked in early. The room was immaculate, spacious, and the king size bed was comfortable, the laundry room was neat, organized, and the washer and dryer machines worked great, they used traditional quarters or credit card method of payment, which was convenient., The location was 11 minutes from Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport 100 International Dr. This location has many close options for food with restaurants and fast food choices, 2 to 4 minutes a way I enjoyed the main stream restaurant Cracker Barrel and Whattaburger.

Solo le cose che non mi piacevano aspettavano quasi 20 minuti che un membro del personale arrivasse al fronte per controllare me all'ora 6 e l'atteggiamento di un membro del personale la mattina seguente, quando la chiave mi ha chiuso fuori dalla stanza. L'ultimo amico del desk front era grande e usava una chiave reale per lasciarmi entrare dopo aver scoperto che il lettore della chiave doveva essere sostituito.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. La prossima volta che siamo in città, questo sarà il nostro andare all'hotel. La stanza era pulita. Il personale era grande! Abbiamo avuto colazione un po' tardi, ma il cibo era ancora buono. Tutti erano molto cortesi e di aiuto.

As much as I want to give this place a five, I can't ONLY because then it couldn't grow!!! I wont lie, I couldn't find much on this place prior to visiting, however, the hotel is right off the highway and in a very lit area. The staff was great and the entire hotel smelled and appeared clean even with multiple baseball teams and dance teams in the building. The room: Our room was just a two-queen suite. Nothing special, but it was extremely spacious, and clean from front door to the shower. My inlaws room was just as clean on the same floor. Breakfast I have to slow down here because the breakfast was a bit off. Remember earlier I said there were multiple youth sports teams. SSOO, the breakfast area was a bit in a mess. They were not prepared for this at all. But I can't really hold that against them. 75 plus kids at the breakfast area is a lose-lose for us all. Service The pool was clean, the rooms were clean, and staff was on it from our entrance to our exit. Im not really sure I will ever be back on Jackson, MS but if I am I know where I am staying.

FFondue4twoMy experience with this hotel was a mixed bag that did not start off on the right foot. The gal at the front desk, Stephanie, needs to go to customer service training. Her manner was brusk and off-putting though I do give her credit for checking (reluctantly) to see if I could get an upgraded room as a Gold member. She did come through on that but never even acknowledged that she did so - I would have thanked her but she just shoved the keys at me. It wasn't until I got to the larger room that I realized that I was indeed upgraded. The room was large and nice but this hotel is older and showing many signs of wear and tear such as one of the doors in the shower was missing (which made for a very wet shower room), the washing machines were out of order as was one of the two ice machines. I could list many other issues. The breakfast was typical Fairfield. The location in Pearl made for woeful nearby choices for dinner though convenient to I-20.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo parcheggiato il Big Penske Truck nel parcheggio posteriore, ci siamo salutati con un sorriso e una conversazione gentile. Poi siamo entrati nella nostra stanza e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi, tutto sembrava così nuovo ( le recensioni che abbiamo letto indicavano altrimenti, quindi penso che fossero recensioni false), le camere da bagno erano pulite e ben conservate. Le foglie e le lastre di letto, in bianco, così se fossero sporche, avrei notato, ma erano pulite e confortevoli. La materassi era buona anche. Abbiamo un tovagliolo e una pasta da quando mio nipote lo dimenticava. (Il signore al desk era così dolce e ha sempre finito la conversazione con ( se avete bisogno di qualcosa, lasciatemi sapere).La doccia ha funzionato bene e siamo andati a vedere il colazione che è stata un'altra sorpresa. ( un'analisi indicava che il tempo era stato postato sbagliato ma questo non era vero, è chiaramente postato sulla parete).
Breakfast: altri uova, bacon, omelete di formaggio, uova cotte, farina di avena, cereali, waffle, fragole, pane, bacche, ecc
Il controllo era facile come il controllo.
Non usava: TV, piscina, ufficio di allenamento, ufficio di lavanderia o ufficio di ghiaccio, ma li abbiamo visti.

Check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. The staff members were very friendly and helpful! The continental breakfast was delicious! Wide variety of different options. They even had biscuits and gravy! The apple juice was also delicious! Great location! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

6639ketcThis was a spur of the moment stop on the way home from the beach. This hotel is clean as a whistle. Friendly staff. Air conditioner worked better than any air at any hotel! Great coffee!! Quiet. Even though it’s on the interstate, never heard a peep. Definitely would stay here again if we’re in the area.
