The service from the front desk was very good. No one cleaned the room after the first night which meant the trash cans were not emptied and the coffee supply was not refurbished. I did not expect new linens as it was a two night stay. The room was overall clean. I did find clothing from another client in a drawer. The room was advertised as having a desk, but the desk space had a microwave, coffee pot and ice bucket. Therefore there was no desk space. I found that the room was basically the same design as other motels for the same price but did not have a small refrigerator. Overall I was satisfied as the location was perfect for my needs.

This location was reasonable close to my location 20-30 minutes away .. There’s an apparent construction job going on .. Shower was hot .. My door didn’t close all the way to the outside / very noticeable gap between door and frame .. There was some hair on shower wall .. Beds were comfy .. Reasonable value and location.. The assistant gm checked me in and was super nice and gracious .. I’d consider staying here again

Mani giù la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai incontrato con un hotel. Da prenotazione, al check-in, relazioni clienti, estendere attraverso il nostro tentativo di mangiare colazione. It’s the first time I’ve had to call 4x to book a room and allocate 30-:55mins PER call; only to never receive a confirmation email. E' la mia prima volta che non mi sono permesso di entrare nella mia stanza perché l'ospite era ”in pericolo, e non si sentiva abbastanza sicuro per farmi entrare nella mia stanza”, la prima volta che sono stato discriminato contro. La prima volta che mi ordino un burrito per colazione, aspetta:30mins, ordina un caffè e poi essere informato il caffè è “franto” e non ricevere il burrito. La prima volta che ho fatto la doccia e l’acqua non scorrerebbe. La prima volta che ho fatto il pee’d e ha chiuso il bagno. In una nuotata, avrei fatto meglio a dormire sulla strada fuori. Evidentemente il loro numero aziendale è (301) 380-3868, dare a Michale una chiamata, lui’ sicuro di fornire lo stesso servizio e risposta il suo hotel ha fatto.
