The blackout blind in my fifth-floor suite was damaged when we checked in and remained unrepaired throughout the length (5 nights) of our stay. We booked two suites; both had beds with uncomfortable (poor support) mattresses. In one of the bathrooms, the drywall was damaged near the base of the shower. At the end of our stay, I emailed the general manager to share details of our guest experiences but received no acknowledgment. My experiences with the defective room accommodations - and the consistently poor customer service - precipitated my decision to share this review. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

Il posto è in modo sottoscritto. È stato detto “Questo è un fine settimana di vacanza e siamo un hotel di conferenza e nessuno si ferma qui questo fine settimana”. Il ristorante si chiuse ogni notte e a diverse ore, e non ci fu alcuna notizia per raccontare le ore cambiate. Non c'era nulla sul sito che ci dicesse che alcuni servizi non sarebbero disponibili. Abbiamo controllato mercoledì e rimasto fino al Giorno della memoria. La stanza non era pulita 2 giorni mi è stato detto di dover chiedere il servizio di pulizia. Non fa parte del divertimento di andare in un hotel è sentirsi un po 'spazzato? Voglio dire, se volessi dormire in un letto confuso, avrei potuto stare a casa. Abbiamo avuto un altro paio di persone, e hanno messo i loro piatti sporchi fuori dalla loro stanza venerdì mattina, e sono ancora domenica mattina, e abbiamo chiesto alle camere di stare vicine e siamo 11 camere separate. La nostra stanza era sul piano inferiore, come se fossimo bloccati nel seminterrato, la stanza era stupida e con voli in bagno, non avevamo una cabina di bagagli, il tavolo era incastrato e la sedia non avrebbe spinto in ogni modo. Questo hotel è un totale dellusione e non lo consiglierei affatto. Il personale era un po' di ufficio e sembrava disinteressato nei nostri problemi. Sembravano volesse essere non coinvolti altrove. In quanto affari ospiti, lo classificarei come D-. Ci sono stati un certo numero di posti di seggio per rilassarsi mentre aspettavamo che la stanza fosse pulita, ci siamo seduti vicino al bar chiuso e ci sono caffè vuoto e tazze d’acqua.

Un appartamento in camera da letto. Cucina completa. Lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ha avuto un ottimo soggiorno nella zona di Minneapolis. Il personale è amichevole. Aleta, al desk front, era grande. Pianifica di rimanere qui di nuovo se siamo nella zona. Adatto alloggio per 2 persone.

La posizione geografica è buona, la stanza è molto grande.

On Wednesday the 20th of July, 2022 around 1 pm, I was a guest there and I had a friend come over while I was at work. He got locked out so he tried to get a key to my room and the lady at the front desk apparently gave him access without confirming any information nor was my friend’s name on the reservation! Once my friend told me that he was able to get a new key because he accidentally locked himself out, I was and still are livid at this employee. I have worked in hotels for OVER 12 YEARS and this is HOTEL 101. I felt like my security was compromised. I stopped by the front desk to confront the lady and when I arrived I asked her for a card or the general managers phone number or email. She rudely explained to me that they aren’t here. I said, “that’s fine but I’m asking u to write down the name and number and email address to your general manager”. She kept arguing with me stating that I can call the hotel and it’s online. She repeated this over and over multiple times. I sternly said I am not asking u to redirect me where to go, I’m asking u to write it down. She was very argumentative with me. I finally got fed up with it and said I have worked in this industry for multiple years and u are not providing good customer service. She tried to blame my friend telling me that she’s gonna call the cops and have him removed because he’s an unregistered guest. I was the registered guest. My friend stopped by while I was at work. I am not paying for this stay and will be submitting a review on this because like I said I am LIVID at the fact that there was no understanding at how this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Nor was there any apology from the employee!😡😠 I feel like she should no longer work there if she isn’t going to care about people’s safety! Very disappointed!!!!🤬😡

這次出差我覺得是住的很舒服的酒店。 入住的時候是凌晨3點，前台已經很貼心的把入住訊息都打印好了，入住非常順暢。 還抽空去了趟明尼蘇達大學，哈哈哈
