This is a budget hotel, 2 stars if I'm not mistaken. Our experience was great! The people on the reception were very nice, and the people cleaning and the people preparing breakfast as well. Apart from this one hispanic cleaning lady that didn't really do her job, the rest of the people were great. Regarding that lady, my wife called the reception complaining about her lack of cleaning, and the reception sorted it out fast and amicably. They sent a new cleaning lady the following days, who was very nice and truly hard-working, we loved her! I think a lot of the bad reviews here are from people who are not realistic about this being a budget 2-star hotel and have expectations of having the same conditions you have in 3-star and 4-star hotels. Obviously sometimes things might go wrong, or unfortunately for the owner, he/she might have someone working there who doesn't want to do their job properly, like that, and that might create a bad experience for the visitor. But if the workers are honest and hard working like we encountered there during our stay, except for that 1 lady, and if you bear in mind this is a budget hotel and keep your expectations at check, you will not be disappointed, by the contrary, you will be very pleased like we were. I recommend it!
