After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. Farò la recensione il più giusto possibile. Sembra che questo sia un hotel che è rimarcato come un punto Clarion, quindi le cose stanno ancora cambiando e sembra meglio. Il pro: buona posizione fuori strada e vicino a molte cose. Nuove aziende intorno alla proprietà. La stanza era molto pulita. Il check-in/out era facile. Il manager sembrava amichevole. Il letto era fermo con molte piastrelle. E credereste che ci fossero due stazioni di carico per le auto elettriche! Ora, che cosa non vi piacerebbe, sulla base della mia esperienza nella mia stanza. Ero al primo piano, ma non c'è ascensore al secondo piano. La mia stanza aveva quello che sembrava un piano epossico, e la luce nella stanza mi ricordava l'aspetto di Steampunk. E c'erano macchine per il rumore bianco nella hall.Il bagno era molto pulito, ma Tiny. Sono 5'11 e 200 lbs e è stato difficile girare con la porta chiusa. Il bacino era fuori dalla stanza, il fucile era libero e il fermatore non funzionava. Il mobilio era sbavato. Nessun orologio, nessun caffè. Il muro grande montava la TV a schermo piatto, ma non c'era alcuna istruzione su come farlo funzionare e nessuno chiedere. A/C era rumore quando girava. E il colazione? E il caffè? La buona notizia è che non costano più e c'è un Dunkin' Donuts che si muove facilmente. Sembra che sia in arrivo, ma il tempo lo dirà.

Definitely pros and cons to the hotel. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again but not because of any specific issues - except maybe the duvet (see below). There are just so many other hotel options available in the area and nothing stood out here as being worth a return visit. The pros include the friendly staff including the ones at front desk and in the bistro. Ample parking but a bit of a weird location right off the highway. The rooms were dated, and the duvet simply had a sheet underneath it with a duvet spread on top - ie: it wasn’t enclosed in a duvet cover. This makes me weary - I sure hope they replace the duvets in between guests. Housekeeping only every two days which didn’t apply to us. I know it’s a cost cutting measure but it took away from feeling like you’re on a vacation. Bathrooms were tiny and the toilet flush was so loud! It would wake up others if you flushed at night! All in all, it’s what you would expect for the price point. It didn’t feel like a Marriott hotel - more like a refurbished Fairfield Inn or something. One thing I did like was the staff put together a list of their favourite restaurants in the neighbourhood along with their distance from the hotel. That was a nice touch! The breakfast that was included in the special room rate package was good too.

This Hotel is excellent, Clean, Safe, Great Location, and Great Breakfast, and Friedly Staff. The Hotel is in a great location in Bushnell Basin right off of 490, and easily walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the canal, less than a 5 minute walk. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the hotel is consistent with pricing in this area, but of much better value. I felt perfectly safe there , and should also mention plenty of parking with large spaces so you don't have to worry about someone parking next to you dinging your doors as can be the case in many hotels. They have an on-site restaurant and I wish to comment on the very affordable breakfast they have. Everything is fresh and your options range from continental buffet, slight price add on for hot food, or you can order a chef created custom order. In all cases, everything is fresh made. We had breakfast there the first morning, but thought we would try other places in town the following morning. That was a mistake, nothing compared in price and value to what the hotel has. And, everyone we talked with at the hotel were very friendly. My highest recommendations for this hotel.

Great hotel. Clean, and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is varied, and fresh, with a friendly M-F person in charge of it. I would prefer that they stick with Frosted Flakes, “for the kids”, because the Fruit Loops are full of artificial dyes, which aren’t good for anyone. Also have Raisin Bran, and other choices, more for adults. Do wish the baked goods offered at breakfast were fresher. Dunkin’ and Tops are very close, so maybe they can buy fresher baked goods there. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but several stand out, Matthew, Holden, and some women whose names I don’t know. Matthew even provided me with a box and shipping tape, when I mentioned I needed to send some overflow items home. The cleaning staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I hope they have chances for advancement in the company. The ones I had contact with were working so hard, whether dealing with laundry, trash, or preparing and cleaning rooms for guests. Overall, have had great stays at this hotel. The only caveat are the number of dogs, which hopefully I’m not placed near to, due to their barking, and my allergies.

Hats off to the Woodcliff Hotel/Wedding venue! My son's wedding was held here this past Sat 10/12/24 The venue was absolutely Beautiful, the Staff was extremely accommodating ,from the front desk,the bartenders, the cleaning staff , the waitress's waiters, golf cart attendants and Justin especially at the front desk! Everything for the venue was Beautiful! If I had any suggestions it would be if possible to have few more golf carts going if able for venue/ceremony time. and if the Bar could have stayed opened longer in Hotel it would have made Bank!!! LOl But then this crew we had are big partier's and if that is hotel policy I understand. Justin was able thou to accommodate the after hr. group for all of us thou . if we drove you nuts, I apologize Justin!! with ending for myself personally, My son's wedding that was held at Woodcliff will always remain one of the Best times of my Life!! Thank-you Woodcliff !!!

EVIVENTI QUESTO HOTEL!!!! Se posso dare questo hotel 0 stelle, lo farò. Ho soggiornato una notte (grazie a Dio, è solo una notte!) in ESA, Rochester NY. Questo hotel è disgustoso. Odore di camera. Carpette è cky, non oso camminare a piedi di merda. Uno dei proiettori non funziona. Il frigo è rustico. Non ci sono utensili/piastre. Ho prenotato una stanza con due letti matrimoniali, e ho un letto regina invece (ci sono tre di noi. Come cazzo, tre adulti si adattano a un letto regina?). Ho chiesto una volta di dormire, così almeno uno dei miei compagni poteva dormire sul pavimento. Non l'ho ricevuto per la prima volta, quindi dopo un'ora o meno, sono tornato alla ricezione e l'ho chiesto di nuovo. E questo hotel non è affatto economico. E' ancora più costoso rispetto ad un hotel Marriot nella stessa zona, ma purtroppo non sono in grado di prenotare perché è completamente prenotato quando ho cercato un hotel che accetterà cani. In un lato, il manager ha cercato di trasferirmi in un posto diverso, ma dato che è una settimana di trasloco universitario, non c'è nemmeno una stanza disponibile in un altro posto.È un incubo rimanere qui. Ma non ho scelta, ma di assaggiarla, poiché gli altri hotel della zona sono completamente prenotati. Non più. Non prenoterò mai, mai più una stanza in questo hotel, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia in una posizione diversa. Peggiore soggiorno che abbia mai avuto. E ho soggiornato in molti hotel perche' viaggiavo molto.
