We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

For the price you pay, they give you as little as possible. No place to park to check in. Parking is not free...you must pay $25 a day for valet. Plastic cups similar to Motel 6 in room. No clock. No phone to call front desk. Continental breakfast was NOT included. No list of cable TV stations. No suggested restaurants. Paper coffee cups. Outdated bathroom. I'm sorry, but there are other hotel chains that will not nickel and dime you like this and will sell you a room at half the price. In other words, a big rip off. Avoid if possible.

La posizione dell'hotel per il negozio di Dadeland non è troppo lontana, può raggiungere a piedi.Il personale è molto amichevole.Parte dell'hotel è in decorazione, la vecchia stanza è un po'vecchia.La prossima volta che vai a Dadeland, vivi anche questa Aloft.

Questo Hampton Inn non è in centro o South Beach ma è ancora in buona posizione e costa molto meno di hotel in queste aree. Situato proprio fuori dalla Dixie Highway, 826, e altre strade principali, è stato circa 25 minuti di auto per Key Biscayne, l'arena di Miami-Dade e il centro, e forse 30 minuti per la spiaggia meridionale. L'hotel era confortevole, pulito, tranquillo e ben mantenuto. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Adrian al di sopra e al di là del desktop ci ha aiutato a regolare la nostra prenotazione quando avevamo un'emergenza e non poteva arrivare come previsto. La colazione è un prezzo standard per il servizio personale. Niente di stupendo, ma cibo decente per iniziare la vostra giornata in uno spazio pulito e piacevole. La piscina è bella e una bella piccola sala di allenamento. Ci rimarremmo sicuramente qui per la prossima visita.

L'hotel è nel sud di Miami, vicino alla strada, secondo piano, molto trovato. Ci sono piccoli negozi e negozi di ristoranti intorno.Dieci minuti a piedi vicino, c'è un grande negozio di Falls, si può andare a vedere. La salute dell'hotel è generalmente, la colazione è molto semplice, più conveniente rispetto al prezzo dell'hotel circostante.

This hotel should be very inviting, a beautiful property, good location, great pool and good rooms. That being said the hotel has miles to improve on service including their front of house team and the front desk agents. Mariah (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) is rude, dismissive, and lacks any sort of general customer service skills and not someone you want representing your brand at the front desk. She lacks any loyalty awareness, and has no care in the world if you express any concerns about your stay or experience to her. Really ruins your experience when you get treated by the face of the brand like that on your first experience as you walk in the hotel. After reading many reviews on the property it seems like the response of the hotels is that of, let’s defend ourselves and not addresses anyones concerns so I don’t expect much from the management to try and fix anything. On a side note, hotels have guaranteed check in times however traditionally one may show up before this time and can usually check in if their room is ready or wait for a room to be prepared. This hotel decides in an absurd fashion that even if your room is ready they have a $30 early check in fee. Penny pinching at its finest when you pay hundreds of dollars for your stay. This hotel has a long way to go in terms of learning how to appreciate its customers and train their employees with basics of customer service. Marriott is the way to go. Bonvoy loyalty matters to all of Marriott’s brands and service makes you feel welcome in their property not like you’re a burden for being their like this property does.

L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale dell'hotel è sempre disponibile per aiutare qui. I prezzi sono davvero anche a prezzi accessibili. Situazione fantastica a Coral Gables.
