We have stayed here several times in the past. As you can see by my previous reviews. Unfortunately the renovations must have been cosmetic. The place again is looking very tired. I actually watched a cleaning lady use a lint roller type of contraption on the end of a broom handle to “vacuum “ the floor. Not one vacuum cleaner was seen anywhere on premises with any cleaning lady. One lady foot mopped the bathroom floor with a dirty guest towel. It’s like a restaurant, once you see the bad things no matter if they improve, you can’t unsee it. So I’m done with this hotel. I’m sure it happens everywhere but when you see it. 🤔🤔 you start questioning everything . The breakfast was like it was cooked way earlier. We got there at 7:30 and the biscuits were rock hard. We asked for fresh and she said that’s it. The eggs were room temp and everything else is mediocre. The waffles were good. Very low grade syrup. It’s Best just use butter and fruit. I get it times are changing and food prices are rising, but if it’s sub par just stop offering it. The room prices were on par with others around the area but the amenities were definitely lacking here. The whole place smelled like my grandparents basement from the 70’s. Not too terrible but a definite musty damp smell no matter where you were in the hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was adequate once you stopped noticing the musty smell. BOTTOM LINE: This used to be my go to place for price and convenience and quality in pigeon forge. Maybe it’s a combination of factors, staff, environment, inflation etc why they have let it get into a motel 6 category but I’m done with this place for good or until some SERIOUS changes are made. We had a family weekend and we had three rooms here. All members felt the same as I do. Unfortunately it was me that made the reservations for the family so I had to endure the complaints. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO UNLESS SOME LARGE CHANGES ARE MADE. **side note. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional

Excellent, clean, and lovely hotel. The food is good. The hotel and rooms are clean and fresh. Lots of attention to detail. Very professional and friendly staff. The space in the rooms is great - well laid out. I was pleased with my stay and you will be too.

The most welcoming pleasant hotel I have stayed in. From Frank and the front desk staff to Elijah in maintenance to the 2 young ladies in the breakfast area they greeted my family with smiles and no request went unanswered. Stay was so good ended up staying an extra night. The con is the parking lot gets full quickly as it seems this hotel is very popular. Also the Mountain View rooms have the most breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. Also loved that the breakfast area was on the top floor so eating breakfast watching the sunrise over the mountains was mesmerizing. If you wanted to be treated as if you’re King Jaffy Joe from Coming to America in the Waldorf Astoria for a better rate definitely stay here.

We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

UUtente ospiteWe've enjoyed staying here before (Although, thinking back they did put us in a room right under construction with a hammer drill starting at 7am, but they did move us and things were fine after) but were kind of disappointed this stay. We booked a couple months in advance through a third party and listed on the stay was all the things we were familiar with from a previous stay in Dec (microwave, coffee in room, and the breakfast buffet). It was why we chose this location. We got here to find that none of those items were part of the stay now, which was a bummer. The hotel offered a discount pass to a local buffet (total cost was $12 adult, $8 kids) but we were disappointed to add that extra daily $32 for our family. We have little kids, so we also typically order pizza and heat leftovers in the microwave. There's a microwave in the vending machine area, but we don't love having to walk plate by plate down the hall to heat things up. I'm told they have a coffee room of some kind being built, but it was pretty disappointing to find no coffee maker in the room where last time there was. I asked one of the cleaning staff about it, and they said they'd just been removed from the rooms. The hotel hadn't even told staff to stop delivering the coffee and creamer, which caused some confusion. So much has been taken away during the construction of the new area. I'm sure some of this will resolve when construction ends. Also, we were here for a fire drill, apparently for the new construction (in a different tower), but the drill wasn't announced as far as we could see. We'd stayed in on a rainy day and ended up rushing our toddlers down the back stairs into the cold rainy day. While this is an expected part of construction, we would have appreciated a heads up so we didn't have to tote our kids downstairs in jammies at nap time wondering if the building was on fire. The beds are very soft (we love that) and the rooms are nice and spacious. There's a nice fridge that can accommodate 2l drinks and pizzas. The rooms are great. Even with that said, my husband and I both feel like we wouldn't go out of our way to stay again at Country Cascades.

The stay was excellent, the staff were all friendly and professional, the room was clean, the linens were all fine and I felt safe there. Nothing like the experience I had at the Best Western Premier in Denver, avoid that hotel at all cost, there the manager Ashley is an awful person that has no issue breaking the 9th commandment by telling lies about you, I feel bad for her staff being trained by a manager that needs more training in hospitality herself, she is terrible at her job. I have been on the road staying at hotels across the country for 3 months and the Best Western Premier in Denver is the only hotel I had a problem with and it falls on the manager Ashley.

Ero già rimasto per una settimana in uno dei hotel più costosi sulla striscia e ho appena deciso di rimanere un paio di giorni più, ma risparmiare qualche dollaro! Tutto era pulito senza spot rispetto all'hotel più costoso che io soggiorno la settimana precedente. Ero davvero sconvolto, è stato un piacere che la gente era molto gentile e molto utile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Le camere erano intagliate, il personale di pulizia andava sopra e oltre, la piscina era stupenda e era aperta 24 ore che non avevo visto in molti altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato. Se stai cercando il posto più economico per rimanere e davvero ottenere il tuo denaro, soprattutto oggi questo è l'hotel per te & la tua famiglia; è tutto quello che si aspetta in più per il prezzo che paghi ... E è proprio sulla striscia principale 2 A pochi minuti dal Parco Nazionale delle Grande Montagne Smoky e a sei minuti dal centro di Gatlinburg! Tennesse è stato il miglior viaggio che abbiamo mai fatto come famiglia e siamo stati quasi ovunque.
