Il servizio in camera ha bisogno di 24 ore di avvertimento! Il messaggio dei diritti di parcheggio giornalieri non è stato consegnato chiaramente, ci sono stati prelevati 4 giorni x USD30 per l'uso zero di parcheggio overnight. Le tariffe originali erano 7 giorni, il servizio frontale dell'hotel ci ha portato 3 giorni e ci ha portato 4 giorni, anche se questo è fuori buona volontà, ancora mi sento che questo è stato mal gestito.

Hotel del centro di Pasadena.Decidere di non affittare un'auto, quindi scegliere questo hotel a piedi che può raggiungere tutti i tipi di strutture.La scelta è completamente corretta.Molto consigliata.

Una esperienza di tipo navale. La più piccola stanza alberghiera che abbia mai avuto da NYC. Riforzato di rimanere sul lato destro della legge, in modo che tu finisca in un posto così piccolo. Il vetro di doccia era parte della stanza effettiva. Noi amo gli hotel storici ma io passo su questo. La grande posizione centro città che avresti aspettato per un hotel storico, ma non nemmeno un vestito nella stanza stessa. Nessuna stanza! Né dove mettere nemmeno un pezzo di bagaglio nel cassetto! Solo tazze di plastica nella stanza, nessuna stanza per mettere un toro sulla vanità del bagno, nessun specchio di lunghezza del pavimento (stavamo partecipando ad un evento), e la luce della stanza era scarsa. Siamo qui solo per due giorni, e siamo stati claustrobici la prima ora. Anche la strada sembrava essere su una nave. Veramente considerato l'aggiornamento o il cambiamento di hotel. Bella ambienza e fascino giù. La situazione di parcheggio era decente ma costosa (come previsto), $29 per il parcheggio autonomo. Penso che potrebbe essere un bel posto per un evento, ma veramente andare a trovare una stanza alberghiera costruita per persone di dimensioni moderne.

Westin ha molto affari, e anche è adatto per un viaggio di famiglia. La colazione con la borsa Westin di Pasadena è un oggetto da mettere e più da pagare in più.L'ambiente è buono.

Our family had a leak in our home and were displaced for about a month. After staying in 4 other hotels prior to the Residence Inn, we decided to choose the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town for the remainder of our displacement. Overall our stay was great! The staff, especially the morning front desk team, was very friendly to us, and our family was able to become very familiar with them. Our daughter even made some of them friendship bracelets! The rooms were spacious, and for the most part, quiet, and we took advantage of some of the amenities like the gym and free complimentary breakfast. The only thing I would suggest improving upon would be the communication between the sales team and front desk, and front desk and housekeeping. There seemed to be some communication breakdowns between the departments. I'd also suggest that the sales team be more responsive to the guests when asked questions. I sent two emails and never received a response, and instead, had to also follow up with phone calls. That isn't the best business practice in a hospitality setting. Other than those small issues, the hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. It was a great place for an extended stay with children. The location is perfect as its a VERY short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping in Old Town Pasadena. Also, it's only a short drive to the Rose Bowl. God forbid we are in that position again, but if we are, we will certainly stay at the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town! The location is very convenient for Pasadena and surrounds. It's just a short walk to shops and restaurants and felt safe at night. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. Downsides: They were heavy-handed in using an industrial strength room deodorizer in lieu of giving it a deep clean. The smell barely faded after leaving the window open 24/7. We found kibble on the floor because they hadn't vacuumed properly. (Maybe the previous pet-owner occupant was the reason for the deodorizer?) The fridge wasn't working and they did try to fix it. But in the end it never worked so we had to through out all of our perishables. The room never felt that clean or well cared for. No, I would not recommend staying here.

The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others.

L'hotel è lo stile comune dell'hotel moto statunitense. Ogni stanza è sempre il super grande vento e il riscaldamento.L'unico vantaggio è conveniente, l'altro è l'intero cibo, camminare a metà isolato è la stazione della metropolitana, e fare shopping è molto conveniente per mangiare. Il bagno e il bagno sono molto luminosi, ma il ventola è il tipo di pendenza sul muro. Alla reception ha ricordato che non importa, non so se la scorta finale è circa dieci. Il colazione dell'hotel è davvero molto incredibile. Non c'è una base americana. Infine, la vendita di notte può essere riscaldata come colazione.
