Do the designers ever stay in their own hotel? This is a brand new hotel by one of the biggest hotel chains in the world with decades of history, research and development baffles me how things like this can keep going on. First of all, there are no USB charging jacks on the nightstands! This is a new hotel, and it is a sin not to have them. There is no shelf in the shower to set anything. You are forced to use the toilet lid. The refrigerator is an afterthought randomly sitting on the floor underneath the bathroom sink There is a hanging light/dust collector over the vanity. I’m sure housekeeping cleans this regularly. 🤣 There is a light in the shower, but nothing over the toilet. So if you the type of person who reads, you should bring a flashlight. The adjoining doors are next to the bed, instead of being next to the bathroom/hallway. It would’ve given a little bit more privacy to the bedroom area if they’ve been moved back a few feet. They could also move the thermostat to the hallway/ bathroom area instead of having next to the bed. There is a bright LED light on it, that shines in your face all night as you’re sleeping. They have blackout shades in the room that work perfectly, you could sleep all day and not know the sun is out. Unfortunately there are no privacy sheer curtains. You either have no knowledge of the outside world or are on full display of the construction workers next door and the people in the parking lot. Speaking of parking lot, the covered entrance to the hotel is in no way connected to the parking lot. You have to go to the main road, make a U turn to go to their parking. Then only to find out the side door requires a keycard to get in, that doesn’t work. When you’re in the parking lot, in the morning, usually right around check out time, the sprinklers turn on and saturate everything around you, your vehicle and the sidewalks. There is a sliding door between the bathroom and the sink which is hard to open. I would imagine young children and elderly people would not be able to do that. Don’t get me wrong, these are all first world problems. The hotel is nice and clean, brand new, and the staff are fantastic. It’s just very frustrating trying to live here and be comfortable.

Questa è probabilmente la peggiore stanza dell'hotel che abbia mai avuto. La maggior parte degli hotel sono stati prenotati quel fine settimana, così ho finito di arrivare uno qui. Il personale è abbastanza gentile, ma quando sono andato nella mia stanza non era stato pulito. Ci sono asciugamani nel pavimento del bagno, involucri di sapone, spazzatura. I letti sono stati fatti, ma questo è a proposito. I letti erano probabilmente mattresse da 1980s. Terribili mattresse primavera con dips e bumps molto incomodo e rendevano impossibile dormire. E per toccarla a circa le 2:00 qualcuno ha fatto entrare nella nostra stanza. A quanto pare era un indovinatore che si trovava lì la notte precedente e non pensavano di cancellare la chiave. Mia figlia e io ero cosi' incinta di qualcuno che veniva in camera nostra... e mi ha fatto sentire molto strano che non poteva dormire il resto della notte. Il giorno dopo gli ho chiesto di pulire la mia camera, perché era sporca dalla notte precedente. Il bagno era ancora sporco, ma la mia camera era stata spazzata aperta come qualcuno entrava. Quando andammo a chiedere le tovaglie, il dipartimento di fronte ci disse di andare a pulire la casa, e così sono andato là dove lavano le tovaglie e ho chiesto le tovaglie pulite, ma hanno risposto che non avevano nessuna. È stata una terribile esperienza, e non mi fermerò mai più e consiglierei a nessun altro di rimanere lì.oh e l'intero hotel ha profumato come fumo di sigarette e **** .

L'hotel era molto bello e tempestoso, avevamo dei bellissimi bagni e una vista sorprendente dal balcone, i lavoratori ci hanno anche aiutato a controllare in anticipo, mentre mia moglie era incinta e aveva bisogno di un riposo

Mi piace molto questo hotel.E'molto sicuro e comodo.La colazione e'rica.
