I’m writing this review because I was so impressed by the customer service. Upon checking in Debbie was so sweet to greet me, let me know about the hotels amenities, and get me some cold water. The room was clean and quiet and I loved the comfy bed and pillows. Our room included breakfast and it was delicious. I had the French toast and service was excellent. Our group is coming back for a longer stay later this month. I’m glad we chose this hotel because I know our next stay will be great too!

Molto pulito e confortevole per tutti, soprattutto per le famiglie

Here are a few bad things about this location up front: 1. The pool and jacuzzi was green and contained an enormous amount of plant material. Guests were seen cleaning the pool so their kids could use it. 2. Requested towels and linen as room was not equip with basic items upon arrival at room. Requested items provided but did not contain the original amount of items and there was no mention of when the remaining items would arrive. 3. Bed skirt contained toothpaste and was told it had been cleaned but it did not appear to be. 4. Hotel rooms television did not work. Employees had no idea when issue would be resolved. We stayed 1 1/2 weeks and still inoperable. 5. Loose tiling in the bathroom. 6. Washer and dryers were broken entire stay. Out of order signs posted. 7. The breakfast food was not well prepared. Eggs were over cooked and dry, waffle station is a cramped little area, ran out of waffles 2 hours before end of service. 8. Hotel advertised as NONE SMOKING but that is not the case. Here are a few positives about this Staybridge location: 1. It’s located close to restaurants and fast food options. 2. Not far from major locations ie LAX, Bass Pro, Sequoia National Park etc. We’ve stayed at multiple Staybridge locations and this is by far the worst location to date. The staff seemed moderately interested in caring for our needs but with little energy and efficiency.

Hotel was recently remodeled. Lobby was nice and the rooms are huge. Kitchen was a great asset for a week long trip. The staff were very friendly. I usually don’t stay at hotels like there but I will be returning here for my next week trip and recommending to others

In generale, un buon hotel.L'hotel ha un parcheggio gratuito, adatto per noi stessi.C'è una piccola piscina all'aperto, la stanza è molto grande e molto pulita. Ci sono microonde, frigo, cottura e asciugamani che sono stati donati a una persona.Ok per la colazione, il cameriere del ristorante è molto attraente, lode!

Abbiamo dovuto rompere un lungo viaggio con una notte in un hotel. Scegli questo hotel per la sua posizione. Possiamo usare punti per una notte, quindi non abbiamo soldi. L'hotel è più recente, ma le camere sono spartano per dire il meno. Non è stato rilassante, confortevole o confortevole.La materassi era buona, le mutandine erano piatte come pancake. La mia richiesta ”gratuita” non era onorata, ma si sono accorti che dopo essere stati in camera, la struttura della stanza è strana, la sedia e il divano sono inconfortabili, e la televisione è stranamente posizionata lontano dal soft come potrebbe essere. Il sistema di illuminazione del sensore di movimento strano, che non si può superare anche se si vuole. Le luci si sono spostate a mezzanotte per nessun motivo, ci sveglia! Il pavimento della tela della camera da bagno ha linee di grotta molto ampie che sembravano molto sporche anche in questo hotel più recente. Il controllo in ufficio era amichevole. Il controllo in ufficio non era. Non potevo ricevere alcuna ricevuta, nemmeno per posta elettronica. Non sono sicuro che ci abbia effettivamente controllati quando siamo partiti alle sette.

Molto coerente con altri giardini: la notte di bar era un po' inondata, perché era l'unico che lavorava nel campo della cibo e della bevanda, ma tutti erano pazienti e amichevoli, nonostante fosse così occupato.

Rimanete per 2 giorni prima di partire dall'aeroporto. La ricezione è stata grande e ci aiuta a prolungare il check-out. Le strutture della bagno sono state vuote. In generale un bel posto per soggiornare e riposare!
