We got the double balcony room. Not worth the money. The room is very drab. The bed is in a bad spot and the A/C vent aims at your face while sleeping. The balcony to the outside is depressing. No planters, flowers or upkeep ( see photos)The other “ balcony” overlooks the atrium but it is claustrophobic and dirty ( see gross stuff dripping down windows)The bathroom had Bobby pins and paper clips left on the floor. Not swept and mopped?? The lobby and common areas are gorgeous but feels like smoking mirrors when you see the actual room. I felt like I overwhelmed the staff when I asked to get an afternoon coffee and sit outside on the almost empty patio (reserved for ordering food)?? We are hotel guests?? Bad policy. The hotel and room has a smoking smell throughout even though they appear to be strict about No Smoking. We may stay here again based on location but choose a different room. The double balcony leaves ALOT to be desired.

Economico, piccolo hotel urbano pulito, camera con microonde, asciugacapelli caldi, letto molto grande, la migliore casa vicino alla scuola Smith. Anche se la colazione è, può essere ignorata, il caffè è molto dolce e non è dolce!

I was in the area for a wake and funeral. I needed to do a late check out due to the timing of the funeral and the staff were very accommodating and even called me to let me know I needed to check in with the front desk to reactivate my key at checkout. I also told a lovely housekeeping woman and she knew which room I was talking about and said, “Don’t you worry, I’ve got your back!” It was reassuring I didn’t have to worry about my room. Thank you for the excellent service and understanding. First time staying at the Hadley Hampton Inn and I’m sure it won’t be my last! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names because I was so preoccupied with my family member’s funeral, but the front deck staff on 7/5/23 and 7/6/23 were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Also, the very sweet and friendly housekeeper for room 309 area on 7/6 was super kind and reassuring my late checkout was not going to be a problem. Thanks for making a stressful time less worrisome.

This is a nice, non-chain hotel. Lobby was inviting, rooms were large, bed was comfy, heat was quiet, bathroom was fine. We saw an indoor pool and a small workout room. We did not use the facilities as we just stayed because we were caught in a snowstorm. Breakfast was buffet style and with limited seating so I don't know what it is like when the hotel is busy. Food quality was not outstanding so don't expect a phenomenal breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and the price was good, of course it was January at a facility that clearly is set-up for events.

I wish every hotel was like this hotel!!! I travel extensively for work. This is my absolute favorite hotel to stay at. The staff is amazing so supportive, welcoming, and kind. The facility is pristine with a great workout room, including a Peloton freeways, ellipticals, and such. There’s a beautiful outdoor space with grills, as well as kitchenette and each room so you don’t have to constantly eatout on the go. The staff always goes out of their way to help you and to make you feel welcome . In addition, the location can’t be beat. There areRestaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, shopping all within walking distance. I have stayed here numerous times before, and it will continue to be my go to when I’m in this area.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at UMASS. There were many college students staying here for Blarney weekend, which is a huge party at UMASS and students can not have overnight visitors on campus. Guess they all stayed here! I was pretty concerned it would be a night of little sleep, but other than the pot smell, it was not an issue. I expressed my concerns to the front desk when checking in and they put me at the end of the hallway. They said they tried to keep all the college students near the elevators to reduce noise complaints. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. I'm actually looking into how to buy a choice hotel pillow on line they are that good. I also really appreciate the night light in the bathroom. My main complaint is around breakfast. They coffee is a horribly watered-down coffee concentrate. Please provide a decent cup of coffee! Also, other than cheerios, bananas, apples, yogurt and hard boiled eggs there were no gluten free options. There were individually wrapped corn muffins that I think were intended to be the gluten free option, but upon reading the packaging the first ingredient was wheat flour. I asked the breakfast attendant, and she had no idea what gluten was and thought I was asking for a whole wheat item. She then pointed to the corn muffins. I told her they were not gluten free and she said that was all they had. I have been here in the past and there were gluten free, individually wrapped udi's muffins. Please bring these back. Also, don't put out wrapped muffins that aren't gluten free. This is confusing given the muffins in the pastry unit. One would assume they are allergy friendly since they are wrapped and in a separate location. They most certainly are not.

Siamo arrivati per il fine settimana e tutto è andato bene. La stanza era pulita, l'iscrizione era facile, e il colazione era buona. E' vicino alla città e vicino ai ristoranti. Rimarrei lì.
