The location is great, love the Starbucks, rooms are big. My problem is that the first day I had to ask them to. change the sheets. They had stains on them. The bed was rock hard, the blanket was thin and not very nice, the kitchen items were dirty, the bowls and utensils were dirty. They sent me two blankets, one was soft the other was stiff and old: The room was FREEZING. I never ran the air conditioner and the room was so cold I caught a cold, the hallway was like a freezer. Th air was seeping into my room. Most of the staff was friendly but one of them was short with me when i complained about the air. Maintenance finally turned it down the last night. I just washed the dishes I needed to use. The prices are low because they don’t have nice sheets or beds. Pool chairs were also dirty. The towels were cheap and the water from the shower was everywhere but they don’t give you enough towels to dry the floors. You have to keep asking for more . Very basic, not that comfortable. I only gave it a 3 because the location is quiet. New linens and mattresses would make a huge difference.

This hotel is a walking distance to the beach. Our overall experience was great, just wish we had another room for the kids! Pool was nice, it’s salt water and increases to 5’ in the middle, and the deep end is 9’. There are no balconies but 2nd and 3rd floors have a walkway to the rooms where you could sit and enjoy outdoors. There is a washer and a dryer downstairs that we used a few times for a small fee. You get a towel card per person to exchange for a pool towel. Parking in Miami is challenging. A lot of it is a paid parking. We rented a car and were parking across the street because it was cheaper. You get 2 free loungers at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, it’s $15 per day. We went on a double decker bus tour of Miami, Everglades (airboat ride was the best!), Venetian pool in Coral Gables, and Jungle Queen boat tour to an island with barbecue dinner and a Polynesian show in Fort Lauderdale. Miami architecture and vegetation are very beautiful and a must see!

Siamo stati 5 gg in questo albergo per finire la nostra vacanza in the road e sono rimasta molto delusa. Dopo il primo gg abbiamo chiesto una stanza con vista mare e un mini terrazzìno per far asciugare i costumi che altrimenti rimangono completamente bagnati. Le camere sono vecchie ma soprattutto sporche. Abbiamo richiesto il sevizio room service giornaliero ma i pavimenti erano come il giorno precedente, pieni di sabbia. La colazione putroppo e’ alla carta e non a buffet, con piatti soprattutto salati e poco dolce ( per chi preferisce il dolce alle salato. I camerieri sono tutti sudamericani, poco gentili e fanno fatica a parlare inglese. Dovessi tornare a Miami, non sveglierei questo albergo

Hotel situato nella tranquilla North Beach, lontano dai principali punti di interesse di Miami, ossia Downtown (raggiungibile con 30 minuti di auto) e South Beach, che però è collegata da un autobus gratuito. Punti a favori sono la presenza di una (piccola) piscina e la vicinanza alla spiaggia: è sufficiente attraversare la strada. L'hotel fornisce gratuitamente i salviettoni. La struttura è datata, le camere sono spaziose ma spartane, i letti comodi, il bagno è piccolo e, nonostante la ventola, tende a rimanere umido. La nostra affacciava sulla piscina e si è rivelata molto silenziosa. La pulizia è perfettibile e viene effettuata a giorni alterni. Il personale della reception è straordinariamente gentile.
