Ho avuto il piacere di rimanere qui spesso negli ultimi anni, così come molti dei miei colleghi di lavoro, e ho soggiornato in molti hotel in tutta l'est degli Stati Uniti, ma nessuno ha confrontato questo. L'hotel è grande, le camere sono spaziose e pulite, tutto è grande... ma quello che lo separa è davvero la gente. Nel mio ultimo soggiorno, Sam mi ha controllato e era estremamente personale e gentile. Prima di me c'era una signora che si lamentava di un rumore che altri ospiti facevano e Sam faceva un lavoro incredibile, mantenendo la sua composizione e parlando con lei professionale e gentile. Come ho detto, mi fermo spesso. Nel mio soggiorno più recente, lei è andata fino a lasciarmi un sacchetto di boniette con una nota personale. Non potevo essere più felice con questo hotel e lo consiglierei a nessuno!

The hotel is located in a prime location. Everything is close by and a lot is within walking distance. The hotel was clean, updated, decor was nice, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of foods. We would definitely stay here again and already have plans to return within the next year.

OOsborneMargaretControllo in corso non è stato facile a causa delle chiavi della stanza che non sono programmate correttamente al check-in. Siamo stati inviati in alto per “provare” la chiave che, ovviamente, non ha funzionato. Il personale dell'hotel era molto gentile e si è messo in camera per farci entrare fino a quando non potevano essere programmate le chiavi. Il doppio è perfetto per il viaggio familiare, ma il docciaio di vetro è davanti e centro con vista da ogni direzione all'interno della stanza e dall'esterno della strada.

WWeebQuesto è un bellissimo hotel con splendidi giardini e un impressionante campo da golf. Il personale dalla reception fino alla mattina del nostro check-out è stato meraviglioso. Nessuna lamentela. La nostra camera era fantastica. C'era una camera da letto con un bel letto king size, un ampio soggiorno e un ottimo bagno con doppi lavandini. Era molto pulito e molto carino. Ci torneremo presto.

Prior to me arriving, my manager booked my stay and at the time of the booking he stated that the stay should be completely charged on his credit card. The Hampton Inn employee stated because we are with a group, the security deposit would be $15 per day and I was aware that a charge would be on my personal credit card, which was fine . When I checked in, the lady at the desk said she would charge for the security deposit. I was staying for 3 nights , so there should have been a charge of $45. Once I got to my room, I checked my account and saw there was a $500 charge on my account . I went back down to the front desk and calmly said to the lady, I am just looking for clarity on why my card was charge this amount when that’s not the agreement that was told by phone. I was immediately met with hostility and was told “I’m not going to argue with you, you can talk to the manger.” The manager Sheeri Hightower came out and she was just as rude. She was very dismissive and told me no credit card was on file for my reservation and that’s why I was charge. That was a complete lie , because you can’t even book a reservation without a credit card and if that was the case, why wasn’t that mentioned when I checked in??! So, I went back to my room. As I walked away, I heard Sheeri Hightower and her employee laughing at me as I walked away(Nice way to make your guest feel welcomed.)To make a long story short, I had my manager email over his credit card info so he could cover the reservation. My manager called me and told me he talked to the front desk and it should be handled. Instead of the hotel manager calling me to tell me the issue was resolved and my credit card would be refunded, I heard nothing from them. So I stopped by the front desk again, Just to confirm they received my managers credit card and that it would be refunded . Again, I was met with an attitude and was talked to In a condescending tone. The following day, I was at the bar by the pool and the manager Sheeri Hightower walked behind the bar, looked dead at me and didn’t speak . She turned her back to me and ate a hamburger behind the bar and never acknowledged me. Once she was done, she walked away. The Hampton Inn needs to take a better look at the type of people they are hiring . I have been a customer service manager for 15 years and I would never be this rude to a customer. When my company has another convention, I will recommend they find another hotel. I will never stay here again.

We arrived late because we were traveling from NH to move our daughter in to her apartment. After reading the negative reviews I waited to book my points until we got here. When I walked in at 11:56 the woman at the front desk said to book asap before 12. So I booked a queen bed and a pull out couch because that is all that was left for points. After she realized we were there with our daughter, she upgraded us to two queens and a much larger room. She was so accommodating and super nice. I wish I got her name (she was working August 2nd at 11:56). When we got to our room it was really nice and large. Yes, it is dated (but very clean) and the rooms are pet friendly so there were dogs there but they didn’t bark at all. The room smelled nice. No bugs (like people mentioned) and we had a great nights sleep before we had to move a truck load of furniture. The breakfast was also very good. Eggs, oatmeal (with a million toppings), sausage, bagels, toast, muffins. The woman running the breakfast was also super nice walking around and asking everyone if they needed anything. I definitely recommend this place.

Il servizio ristorante è grande e l'aiuto è sempre amichevole con un sorriso caldo. Le camere sono spaziali e sempre pulite e sanitarie. I servizi eccellenti e molte attività e ristoranti nel centro commerciale adiacente ci danno un enorme plus.

Despite what other individuals have posted regarding this location in the past, it is currently immaculate and and even the rate is extremely competitive considering you are only 15-20 minutes away from the beach :-). I look forward to future visits to this location.
