L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello, il parcheggio è molto grande, la stanza è accettabile, ma il letto è troppo morbido. Dopo aver dormito, il letto e le ossa sono molto dolorosi e non posso agitarli troppo. Il letto dell'hotel è troppo morbido per me. La finestra è troppo aperta. La più deplorevole è la manutenzione della piscina interna, non posso nuotare un po'delusione.

Come tutti coloro che viaggiano su Long Island sappiamo, non ci sono molte scelte per gli hotel. L'Hotel Rockville Center è una gemma e un grande valore. Le tariffe delle camere sono notevolmente inferiori rispetto agli altri due hotel di qualità del Rockville Center. Il personale è amichevole e utile, soprattutto Alex, uno dei funzionari del desktop ..., per esempio, ho lasciato accidentalmente le chiavi della mia auto vicino al desktop, e ha scoperto chi erano e chiamato la mia stanza. E ha grandi raccomandazioni per i ristoranti. Le camere sono spaziose e ben mantenute. (Ho soggiornato nell'hotel 3x.) L'area di lobby e cena sono spaziose. L'area di cena è per colazione, che viene con il vostro tasso giornaliero, hanno un ottimo colazione continentale, e ogni ospite può ottenere uova scramblete (non correnti!) e bacon anche. Non hanno una palestra o piscina, ma hanno un accordo con una palestra vicina. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica: è al confine di Lynbrook e Rockville Center. Anche se è su Sunrise Highway, è molto tranquillo in hotel... pareti molto spesso.Tornero'in pochi giorni. :)

Since I have to eat gluten free, there weren't alot of choices for breakfast but the eggs, fruit and oatmeal were good. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed being able to sit in the area near the amazing fish tank and charge my phone while reading or eating. The front desk person who was on duty on Saturday morning, June 10 deserves a special shout out. My friend and I were in a serious car crash when leaving the hotel and the manager couldn't have been more kind and caring. We sat in the hotel lobby for hours collecting ourselves and figuring out transportation. Again, the desk clerk offered us water, asked if we wanted anything to eat, kept an eye on us and made us feel cared for. I am sorry I didn't get his name but he deserves to be recognized for the kindness he showed us.

Non sicuro, ma corre in orario o ogni 30 minuti. Chiamato per il pick-up dopo il passaggio delle dogane e il recupero del bagaglio e aspettato circa 20 minuti. Prendere un altro 25 o così minuti per arrivare all'hotel dal momento che la navetta è andata a più terminali per prendere altri. Andando all'aeroporto abbiamo siglato per la navetta 9AM che è andata in tempo e ha raggiunto il nostro terminale - che ha richiesto circa 15 minuti di traffico.
Hotel:
Non c'è niente di speciale qui. È un hotel a 2 stelle. La dimensione della camera era buona e l'AC era bello e freddo. La qualità è ciò che mi aspettavo per un hotel a 2 stelle. Il desayuno continentale è incluso: la scelta di 2 succhi, 3 cereali, banane, caffè, tè e 4 o così diversi pane.
Se avessi ancora un licenziamento presso JFK, mi sarei rifiutato di rimanere ancora lì, anche se per il prezzo che ho pagato avrei aspettato di più

Il deposito è stato preso ma non ha ancora ricevuto alcuna informazione quando sarà riversato. È stato detto che la stanza doveva essere controllata prima. Tuttavia, ho dormito lì per 4 ore

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is the only one in the area so that's the only reason we booked. The first night there was a single chirp every 30 seconds. I figured a smoke alarm had a low battery. I traced it down to the room next to ours. You could hear it as soon as you got off the elevator. I asked the front desk to check on that room....and it obviously had to be empty. At about midnight and everything quiet.....except for the still chirping every 30 seconds I went back to the front desk and was told they would go up there right away and take care of it. The next morning once again I had to to to the front desk and they finally went to the room and fixed it. Later that day we purchased some soft drinks from a store and I went to get ice.....but the single ice machine was not working. The manager said it would be 45 minutes before they fixed it. A couple hours later there was an out of order sign on it, and it remains there still. Do they get some ice so guests can fill the ice buckets in the room? No. Then the TV stopped working. Not the TV itself but their satellite system. A few channels started working but still not working all day. Overall a very poor experience with this hotel.

Non ho usato ascensore da alloggio a partire per sei notti.Il personale ha detto che le vacanze non hanno trovato il personale per riparare, quindi sono sempre andato alle scale e non c'è il personale per aiutare a spostare il bagaglio.Ho portato la scatola in quattro piani. L'hotel aveva un ristorante per la colazione. Ora è aperto venerdì, sabato e domenica per tre giorni.Questa volta è un po'di esperienza!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni era un piacere il nostro bambino godeva molto pulito, docce calde, cuscini morbidi, TV di lavoro, non avevamo problemi, il personale era amichevole e Zaid al desk front era molto utile, abbiamo chiesto un tostapane e caffè che ci diede subito , amore la cucina, un parcheggio ampio e un'ampia sicurezza per le famiglie per rimanere, vi ringrazierà di nuovo Beth.

UUtente ospiteI was very pleased at the comfort of the bed and additional pillows. I was glad the room had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The WiFi was great! The front desk receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. I’m so happy they had a nice Sushi Restaurant in front that was opened until 10 pm.
