Eccellente
Everything was clean, comfortable quiet the morning breakfast was good. The pool was exceptionally warm. The hot tub was hot. It all felt wonderful. I can’t thank them enough for their help and their service. The staff were all very friendly greeting everybody they had a small area of things you could buy they sold pizzas in Lebar area and several different beverages which I did not utilize you felt safe in the parking area is non-smoking hotel. The linens are wonderful and there were plenty of them.

NNicole JacquelineMolto bello hotel. Grande posizione centrale vicino a passeggiata dai ristoranti e dai bar. Ottima scelta per la colazione, siamo persino scesi a colazione verso la fine del tempo per la colazione e c'era ancora molto cibo da scegliere. Anche i letti erano molto confortevoli.

TTravelbounceThe hotel was okay. It wasn't in a horrible, unsafe area like some reviews mentioned. It is centrally located with lots of shopping around. Yes, the hotel is dated and in need of a renovation, but it was comfortable. For those that complain about being double charged or their room not what they booked, well, that happened to us as well. We booked on ******* and when we arrived we were told we had a 2 Queen and not the King we booked an hour ago. It was fully explained that we and another client in-house had booked literally at the same time. Totally fine. And, as for the double room charge - there is a sign at the front desk that clearly states they take a security deposit equal to a night's stay. I do not agree with this and probably would have gone elsewhere had I known in advance It's one thing to put a pending hold, but another to actually charge the card. It was reversed after check out.

UUtente ospiteEravamo li' per assistere a un funerale. La posizione era buona, il personale era molto congenito ma notò che 25 camere erano in qualche modo rimodalizzate. Solo negativo tornava in una stanza con letto non costruito e nessuna nuova tovagliola/lavastoviglie

UUtente ospiteWe live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

UUtente ospiteIl letto e la doccia erano puliti e bello. Mi piaceva soprattutto il potere della doccia faucet e la morbidezza se si pone. L'unica cosa è il  Sink era lento a drenare. In generale un grande hotel per il prezzo.
