TtammycW6715FJCi sono molti hotel nella zona. L'abbiamo prenotato per il fine settimana e sono stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Quando siamo arrivati, il desk era così occupato. Il personale era efficiente e amichevole. La stanza era molto spaziosa e super pulita. Dopo aver letto qualche recensione, ero un po' preoccupato per il rumore e il fumo intorno alle stanze. Forse avevo fortuna. Avevamo un ottimo soggiorno senza problemi. Tornerò se rientrasse nella zona.

UUtente ospitei have stayed at this place multiple times. Every time i stay at this location it is a very pleasant experience. The nearby restaurants and other stores are very nice. a lot of options, near major throughways.

In generale, le camere erano molto pulite e grandi per quello che ho avuto e direi che è un buon lavoro, ma vorrei che fosse un po'piu' economico per alcuni aspetti.

UUtente ospiteIt’s disappointing to write this review about this hotel as I had high hopes given that it’s a Marriott brand and paid $170 for a night. We arrived to the hotel around 7pm. It’s in a great location with nearby restaurants and stores. The lobby was under construction, which I was okay with, and they assigned us to a third floor room. We entered the room and it’s spacious and newly remodeled. From there, things went quickly downhill. I went to use the bathroom and tried to flush the toilet. Mind you, I only peed and used a small amount of toilet paper. The toilet barely flushed. My husband contacted the front desk and was told that this was “normal” as this is a “water saving toilet” and you need to “flush it a few times” to get it to work. It seems like that would be counterproductive to having a “water saving toilet”, but I digress. We then left to go to dinner. We come back to the hotel to go swimming and use the advertised hot tub. Surprise. There’s no hot tub. The front desk informs my spouse that they are trying to remove that info from the website. We go to the indoor pool area which is just off the lobby (the pool is not heated fyi). As we left the pool area and walked out the door into the lobby area, we were greeted by a cloud of what looked to be smoke. It was not smoke, it was the front desk person sweeping up the construction materials (the tile floor was being torn up). There was plumes of dust down the main hall way, including the area where the free breakfast is served. This is obviously concerning because there’s no protection from this dust plume into the food area where people are eating and the food is prepped. Back in the hotel room, there’s a full kitchenette with a full refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave (excellent!). Well, I hope you weren’t planning on sitting at even a small bistro table to eat, because there’s no where to sit and eat a meal in your room. Well there is a desk with one chair if that works for you and your family. This is a large hotel room but poorly designed. Also, if you are looking for a luggage rack to place your luggage, you’re out of luck on that too. I do have to say that the bed was comfortable and the room had black out curtains. I used the workout room and everything is covered in a layer of dust. I did clean off two machines for them. The toilet did plug up in the morning. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk after multiple attempts. I went to the front desk and was told that maintenance wasn’t there and was provided a plunger. We didn’t eat the free breakfast as I don’t like my food flavored with tile dust. Besides the toilet not working, the small side table was broken upon our arrival along with a non working lamp. I left notes on each of these items for housekeeping and management to address. I’m highly disappointed with our stay here and will never be back. Marriott needs to get their act together. There are better ways to manage a hotel especially when it’s under construction/repair. I

Hello I would like to say that I've had one of the best experience at the quality inn in Warren Michigan I must say that the manager Tana is excellent she goes out of her way to make sure customers are satisfied she makes sure that the inside and outside are is very clean she checks on her customers she's always reading you with a smile she makes sure that you're satisfied I've even seen her cleaning helping with breakfast it makes me feel good to just hear her say hello hi how you're doing do you need anything great person to talk to I enjoy being here the mattresses feel very good the cleaning staff is great also they do an excellent job in making sure that you have everything you need don't hesitate to ask because they'll get you just what you need the maintenance man Mark is great too if something's broke he'll fix it believe me he can fix anything I enjoyed my stay here I would encourage anyone if you're in Warren Michigan or anywhere in Michigan and you need a good place to stay come to the quality inn in Warren Michigan you will enjoy your stay here you will also enjoy the breakfast it's free and it's good take my advice thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable Tana mark Manila and the cleaning staff I think you all for such an excellent job and making this hotel one of the best in Warren Michigan

UUtente ospiteL'hotel, bene il tappeto dove la mia stanza era situata, non doveva essere tenuto un appartamento, quasi mi sono camminato per qualche volta in camera mia. Non c'era caffè per il produttore Il prossimo mattino, quindi ho cercato di chiamare il desk, ma il telefono in camera non funzionava; l'uomo in sala sapeva che il telefono non funzionava e mi avrebbe dato il caffè che non è mai successo.
Sabato sera potresti sentire l'odore di cannabis nella sala che era un hotel non fumatore. Domenica mattina, durante il check-out, sono andato al divano per dirgli che il bagno non funzionava e che non ho trovato nessuno al divano o al caffè. Quando sono tornato nella stanza dopo aver caricato la mia macchina per controllare, assicurarmi che non ho lasciato niente nel pavimento del bagno era inondata, ma non ho potuto chiamare il desk perché il mio telefono non funzionava e nessuno era intorno nelle stanze.
Questo hotel ha bisogno di dipendenti che possono essere intorno per aiutare i suoi ospiti! Anche i telefoni nella stanza sono obbligatori! Per quanto pagato per due notti potevo stare meglio e almeno avevo un caffè! Non resterò a Marriott in qualsiasi momento presto!

The coffee maker covered with dust, bed sheets is wrinkled, shower wall was not cleaned, less bath tissue and noisy refrigerator….
The pool area, a family was using the all tables, kids are screaming, children were running hallway middle of night….
I will never go back there…

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. The hotel was dirty - from the entrance, to the lobby, hall and the room. The halls were filled with litter on the floors. Our room had not been vacuumed - trash in every corner. The fridge was dirty, the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The wash clothes looked like they were cleaning rags (very dingy). Lots of people walking the halls and going to the rooms with the cleaning person . I believe, they only change sheets as the place is really dirty. We couldn't get the urine smell out of our room despite odor killing disinfectant and room fresheners. Breakfast - they don't have the pints of milk as seen in the images, there is a pitcher of milk that stays in the small fridge it was there all night until the next day for use. No pastries. They said we had to wait for the guy that was on call to come in before we could get a plunger for the toilet. 2 hrs later, my husband went down and there were two of them behind the counter. an employee kept his truck parked at the entrance each night and the alarm went off every few minutes. Most of the staff was very unfriendly and appeared and sounded annoyed that you were there. There were 2 that spoke pleasantries out of the 7 that we encountered. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.
