I honestly have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I had read reviews about a smell of smoke in the rooms. This is absolutely untrue. Our room was nice and bright with fabulous lighting. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was even nicer. Check-in was delightful. To the lady on the right side of reception who checked us in on the evening of the 25th of Nov. you were brilliant. The reception was spotless and fresh. You would never have known there was a ****** around the corner. The elevators were spotless and the bar by the elevators was great. We will definitely be back.

SSylvia FThe blackout curtains are blinds. That was a nice touch to updating the room. And they work very well. Bathroom had lots of room and extra hooks. Nice lemon smelling soaps. It was a very nice room..big TV a plus plus.. breakfast area had a fair selection.

We decided late in the day not to drive further and made a quick reservation on line. They had our reservation and our room all ready when we got there. Our room was spotless and everything worked, including good wi-fi. Breakfast was fine, with a waffle maker and a good selection of other items, staged in a pleasant area. The hotel is convenient for travelers, very near the expressway. Not great in terms of restaurant selection; there is a dying mall nearby and many nearby restaurants are closed or look unappealing

I am surprised at the extremely negative reviews of this hotel. The front desk staff (Crysalina and Isa) were friendly, professional, helpful and thorough. They worked with us to solve a complicated problem until we were 100% satisfied. Part of their team was Bonnie (cleaning staff manager). Together they made sure the room we preferred was clean and ready. We can't say enough about these two staff persons. The only area that needs improvement is the host at the Crescendo restaurant., during breakfast. He was solicitous to the point of being intrusive. A very nice man but we wanted to simply have a cup of coffee and breakfast in peace.

Questo è un Motel 6 pulito, di base. Non favoloso. È certamente il prezzo. Nelle vicinanze di negozi, ristoranti e stazioni di gas, ma si è ritirato dalla strada, quindi non c'è rumore di traffico. Io gli darei 5 stelle se fosse un po' più tranquillo. Siamo stati al primo piano e mezzo della notte, ho sentito le persone camminare in alto e facendolo dormire difficile. Non so se fosse solo la stanza sopra di noi, o se fossero persone camminando in corridoio.

I have been here a few weeks and it’s not bad. It’s not the Ritz but I am safe here, no one bothers me, the location is close to everything that I need, and pricing isn’t bad. The staff is nice, the young lady that works at the front desk is the best. She’s super nice and she is someone you can tell takes her job seriously and with pride. And she always has a smile on her face! Absolute wonderful personality. Any issues that I did have were taken care of.
