Di solito sono esitante a prenotare un hotel non parte di una catena familiare quando viaggia per lavoro, ma sono così felice di provare questo hotel. E' oltre le aspettative. L'ho trovato su un sito di viaggio cercando un hotel vicino alla mia riunione di lavoro. Da quando sono entrato, il personale mi ha accolto e ospitato, mi ha dovuto stampare qualcosa di tardi, e hanno generosamente aiutato senza dubbio, calmando lo stress del mio lavoro con una conversazione intrigante. Le camere sono aggiornate mentre mantengono il fascino dell'edificio. Lo consiglio molto e scelgo di rimanere qui quando visita la zona.

Questa era la mia seconda volta che ero in questo hotel per affari. La mia prima esperienza era solo ok. Ma questa seconda volta era orribile da parte di cominciare a finire. Prima di tutto ... la sua vecchia. Solo non si sente pulita e sinceramente non lo guarda nemmeno. Il desk front mi mette sul primo piano vicino alla porta che va alle strade ... Avrei dovuto rimanere ma la TV non funzionava!! Sono andato al desk front per ottenere un'altra stanza ... preferibilmente non sul primo piano ... Mi è stato negato. La seconda stanza era come una vecchia e sporca, guardando con tinture sul divano e sull’ossigeno. Ho provato a fare una doccia, ma il lebbro caldo/ freddo si è rotto. Poi ho cercato di immagazzinare il mio cibo nel mini frigo ... Ma c'è un pulsante che preme che permette solo di avere il potere per 2 ore! ? ! ? ? Quanto basta installare questo???Nota laterale ... Il tasso di camera era $150. Hanno tenuto $400 sulla mia carta di credito!!Sono un membro di Gold Bonvoy e ritorno cliente .... così ***?Nella stessa visita di business ho soggiornato in altre proprietà (migliorare) Marriott che avevano solo $180 ... forse $200. Quella carta di credito che teneva e mettendomi sul bagaglio 1o piano mi sentivo razziale!! Ma naturalmente non c'è prova!! Solo terribile servizio clienti!! Non rimarrò mai in un altro giardino.Periodo.Ma non dica che non ti avevo avvertito della posizione palo alto/los altos. Ho soggiornato al Motel 6 che erano più puliti e più comodi!! E sono racisti!!

I must’ve been the lucky hotel guest to get the jet engine in the bedroom closet because I am surprised to see no other reviews about it. I came to Residence Inn thinking that it would be a Marriott quality experience. I stayed with my daughters for four days and should have checked out after the first night. We tried to keep the room at 70°. The air-conditioning unit/furnace was locked behind a door in the bedroom. Whenever it would turn on it would rattle the entire door and literally sound like a jet airplane about to take off. It woke me up EVERY TIME it turned on throughout the night and it was so incredibly loud. We tried turning it off for the night, but immediately the temperature of the room would jump up to 76°, so we dealt with it. Again, we should have left. BEWARE OF ROOM 137! My daughters tried sleeping in the hide a bed. When we pulled it out there was no bedding, and no bedding to be found in any of the closets. We called the front desk and a man delivered the bedding without saying a word. No smile, no words. The hide a bed was so incredibly uncomfortable that my daughters just ended up sleeping on the couch instead. We have slept on Marriott hide a beds before, but nothing so terrible. After our first full day being out in the city, we decided to come home and get in the hot tub. We opened up the towel bin to find only a few towels and some garbage. I also noticed that there was hardly any pool furniture. Maybe one table and four chairs? We got in the hot tub and enjoyed ourselves while the jets were going. As soon as the jets stopped and the water was still we noticed a layer of bugs all over the hot tub. We immediately jumped out and left. Is the hot tub ever cleaned? As we would walk back to a room I would notice piles of garbage in random corners, and bags of garbage left outside of rooms and in the parking garage. Sometimes they would stay for days without being picked up. I must’ve missed the memo that rooms are not cleaned every day either? There is nothing posted anywhere in the room or in the hotel. Again something I was not expecting, maybe I missed the fine print. I wish this “hotel” would take care of the rooms and hallways and keep them maintained as well as they take care of the lobby and breakfast area. My family will not be returning.

I had an incredible experience staying at SureStay Plus of Best Western in Mountain View. Manager Samir was a fantastic asset to the hotel, always ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was peaceful and tranquil. I was able to take long, hot showers with hot water coming out of both the tub and sink right away. The breakfast was amazing, with so much variety - from fruits, eggs, meats, breads and more. We had access to speedy internet and a TV with a great selection of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and honest service experience.

Ho avuto la rona e ho dovuto isolatarmi dalla mia famiglia per quello che è finito per essere un soggiorno di sei notti. Questo Residence Inn era perfetto per un soggiorno di lungo periodo. Mi ha aggiornato in una suite a due camere, due piani, al check-in e mi ha lasciato tenerla per tutto il tempo. Era più grande di alcuni appartamenti che ho vissuto a un prezzo molto ragionevole per la Silicon Valley.Ha tutto quello che potevo avere - cucina completa con frigorifero/forno/microonde/tostapane/utensili. Non riuscivo a pulire la mia stanza, ma il custode mi ha portato delle tovaglie nuove e mi ha fatto curare la rimozione del bagaglio. Il desk era molto responsivo. E'un posto per camminare per fare cose. CVS, Starbucks e Panera sono in giro per la strada. Ho dei pasticci consegnati alla mia porta.

Dopo aver completato la nostra prenotazione in un altro hotel a Atherton, siamo riusciti a trovare questo hotel sulla nostra ricerca online della zona e fare una prenotazione di ultimo minuto. un facile processo accolto. molto bello spazio tranquillo, perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 1 notte. verrà certamente di nuovo passando attraverso questa zona

Ho bisogno di un posto per fare alcune cose. Rimango nella mia città natale, Los Angeles, molto vicino a Los Angeles, che è il primo posto di ristorazione e shopping urbano, anche vicino alla città di Xing, e un punto di ristorazione del primo ministro, L'unico ristorante stellare di Michilin è nella zona del Golfo.Lavoratori puliti, silenziosi e veramente amichevoli.Il prezzo è importante per la zona del Golfo.

La stanza è abbastanza grande, adatta alla famiglia, la colazione è buona

Posizione 📍: in viaggio da San Francisco a Silicon Valley e circa 30 minuti di auto per Silicon Valley. Bella scelta se si intende viaggiare in auto, poiché non c'è alcuna tassa di parcheggio e la stanza è abbastanza grande con tutte le strutture necessarie. Ci sono anche supermercati intorno a questo in pochi minuti di auto. Amenità 🌐: un po 'vecchio ma ancora accettabile e in base alla gamma dei prezzi.
