L'hotel è ben situato, con un facile accensione Alla spiaggia... L'equipaggio è bello, ma l'edificio e le camere HAVO NECESSARIO manutenzione e finitura. AC come, pareti e tetti sono tiniti... Sappiamo tutti che il vento del mare richiede una manutenzione costante, ma non l'ho visto all'hotel...

My husband and I and our cat stayed at this place under DSS from early September of last year until today (4/16/24). Things were going good for a little while until we started getting treated like second citizens. The person who used to be in charge of a the DSS people there, Sean, was awesome at first until his true colors showed and started acting nasty for no reason. The owners are hardly ever there but their sons, who are managers, do not know what they’re doing at all! They can’t run a hotel properly. They keep changing the rules for the DSS people and literally treat us like we’re children and like inmates. They would make us change rooms every 3 weeks which was very stressful because they rush you and they want you to sweep the floors and and wipe down the room before we move to the next room which is ridiculous because they have housekeeping there yet when housekeeping comes during the day a few times a week, one of the rules is you have to let them in to clean up your room or you’ll get scolded….now how does that make sense? It doesn’t! Plus when we do let them in to clean they don’t do the best job. Besides collecting dirty hotel towels and sheets, make the bed, and change the garbage and they’ll sweep but they don’t get the corners and they even left one side of the room unclean. Plus they took 2 of my personal towels when collecting the dirty hotel towels but the strange part was they left one of the dirty hotel towels in the bathroom but yet they took mine which were worn and faded. They need to pay more attention to what they’re doing when cleaning somebody else’s room. I even reported it to the managers but they did nothing about it. That’s not the first time they’ve taken my towels either. Management could care less about us. Just as long as they get paid. My husband and I were always respectful, polite, stayed out of all the drama that goes on there every single day, and we never were any kind of disturbance to anybody. But because we’re under DSS, doing right by the hotel meant nothing to them. The are unrealistic rules too like one baggage per person, no sexual activity (including married couples), no pets, etc. and in the beginning the hotel said pet friendly but I guess that’s only for the guests now. There are roaches and mice in the rooms every now and then. I’ve seen a bunch of roaches in multiple rooms I’ve stayed in. One of the rooms we stayed in had mold growing in the corner of the room in between the wall and ceiling and we had to stay in that room for a few days because no other rooms were available at the time. Another room we were in had a leak in the ceiling which dropped down causing a huge puddle on our dresser. Luckily none of our things got ruined. And whether anybody wants to believe this or not, there’s paranormal activity that happens there. I’ve had encounters with some of the phenomenon events that happened while we were living there. Staff have told me they’ve seen spirits here. The Long Beach Hotel use

Come tutti coloro che viaggiano su Long Island sappiamo, non ci sono molte scelte per gli hotel. L'Hotel Rockville Center è una gemma e un grande valore. Le tariffe delle camere sono notevolmente inferiori rispetto agli altri due hotel di qualità del Rockville Center. Il personale è amichevole e utile, soprattutto Alex, uno dei funzionari del desktop ..., per esempio, ho lasciato accidentalmente le chiavi della mia auto vicino al desktop, e ha scoperto chi erano e chiamato la mia stanza. E ha grandi raccomandazioni per i ristoranti. Le camere sono spaziose e ben mantenute. (Ho soggiornato nell'hotel 3x.) L'area di lobby e cena sono spaziose. L'area di cena è per colazione, che viene con il vostro tasso giornaliero, hanno un ottimo colazione continentale, e ogni ospite può ottenere uova scramblete (non correnti!) e bacon anche. Non hanno una palestra o piscina, ma hanno un accordo con una palestra vicina. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica: è al confine di Lynbrook e Rockville Center. Anche se è su Sunrise Highway, è molto tranquillo in hotel... pareti molto spesso.Tornero'in pochi giorni. :)

Stayed here with a friend for one night for an event at the UBS Arena. When I first got to the hotel, I was a little nervous because it's right off a main drag, but I had nothing to worry about. The place was quiet and peaceful and didn't attract any sort of seedy element you might expect from such a central location. I had interactions with the front desk at check-in, late night after the event, and in the morning, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean- definitely a little outdated, but I imagine that's true for most of the hotels in this area. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for both my friend and I to get some work done in the morning before we left. The free breakfast was solid, and eating it in that atrium with the sounds of the fountain was actually a nice way to start the morning. The people watching was also fun, as there was clearly a mix of people who had stayed there for the event, as well as airline crew heading to JFK. One thing to note: the backside of the hotel, including the room we stayed in, is pretty close to the LIRR tracks and trains come by pretty regularly. If you're not used to sleeping with the sound of train noise, I'd recommend earplugs. For anyone staying here for an event at UBS, it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic to the prepaid parking garage.

Il servizio di viaggio deve rimanere in questo hotel, e anche la prima volta in questo hotel. Gli oggetti sono preziosi. Il servizio del personale della ricetta è entusiasta. La stanza degli ospiti è anche buona. L'igiene pulita e pulita è buona. La colazione dell'hotel è buona. Ci vediamo la prossima volta!

Good beds. Free breakfast. Sometimes didn't have no cereal other then raisin bran or none at all. Bagels and mini muffins either apple or orange juice switch each day.. didn't use pool, too cool. Upstairs hall smelled of MJ.the first two night's. Housekeeping was good. Some units need updating.

Delta cancelled my flight. That was the only place available. I didn't read reviews before.... Given it's a 2 star hotel, I didn't expect much. Arrived at 2:30am. Person at the counter was helpful. Ordéred a taxi for us. Bathroom was clean. The sheets not very clean. I checked for bed bugs. Didn't see any so I went to sleep for 4 hours. Wanted to take a shower in the morning. Cold water, but waited few minutes and then got hot water. Noticed that the room had a fridge and there were microwaves at the entrance. Of course for this short stay I didn't use either one. Not recommended, but was ok for what I needed. Heard from 2 other people from our flight. One had a similar experience. The other one had worse. Reading the reviews and hearing this,I will not go back even in a similar situation.

Ottimo servizio navetta gratuito da e per l’aeroporto. La prima sera ci hanno fatto aspettare quasi un’ora in aeroporto per il prelievo (ben 3 telefonate) ma la seconda volta sono stati più rapidi. Servizio dall’hotel x l’aeroporto è presente ogni ora, anche di notte, ben organizzato con un registro di prenotazione alla reception, visto che l’hotel lavora molto con viaggiatori e personale di volo. Gentilissimo sia il personale alla reception che al servizio navetta, ad eccezione dell’addetto alla reception la sera del primo arrivo (05/09), davvero maleducato ed antipatico. Gentilissimo il sign. Mike, che ci ha concesso di lasciare le valige in hotel, visto che dopo il soggiorno siamo partiti x 2 giorni e poi tornati per altro pernotto. Colazione già dalle 6 di mattina ma sempre disponibile caffè, latte, the. Per tutti questi motivi metto la sufficienza alla struttura, per l’organizzazione e la disponibilità, altrimenti il voto sarebbe stato meno per la pulizia della stanza della seconda notte (la prima al piano terra era una buona stanza, pulita e discreta). La seconda notte ci hanno assegnato una stanza al secondo piano, e già appena usciti dall’ascensore, l’odore che si sentiva nel corridoio non era piacevole, e la moquette a terra non era ben sistemata (disconnessa). La cosa davvero sgradevole, peró, era l’odore che si sentiva nella stanza, un cattivo odore molto persistente che è rimasto x tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Camere poco insonorizzate, si sentiva ogni volta che qualcuno apriva l’acqua del lavandino durante la notte. Colazione solo dolce (pane, burro, marmellata, cereali e frutta), nessuna opzione salata. Se siete fortunati a capitare al piano terra o comunque in una stanza migliore (come a noi la prima sera), la struttura è consigliabile x i servizi e per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
