L'hotel non è lontano dall'autostrada, ma è molto tranquillo e relativamente nuovo, con letti comodi. Sebbene sia un po' più lontano dai Desert Outlets, è molto meglio degli hotel vicino a lui. Il prezzo non è caro. Anche l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono. C'è un Wal-Mart a circa 3 chilometri dall'hotel, dove è possibile cenare e acquistare cibo. Non ci sono ristoranti intorno all'hotel.

Was staying here on a business trip with some colleagues. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was free and plentiful, with lots of great options, the parking was free and easy, there was a discount next door at the BJ's restaurant that my colleagues and I enjoyed on our second night of the stay, and the hotel staff made sure we were accommodated when our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we ended up having to check-in at 5 in the morning. I also have to give a MASSIVE shoutout to Ms. Shakia E. at the front desk- this staff member saved my life- we had to ship a hard drive out for work before our group left the next morning to fly back to Canada (we're a film crew and we always send an additional hard drive with our footage by mail as a safety procedure). Anyway, the night before I had the most difficult time trying to send this drive off- Fed Ex wasn't working and their site had gone down, their tech support wasn't open until the morning, and when their site did start working again, it wouldn't accept a Canadian credit card trying to ship out of the US. And by this time all the physical Fed Exes were closed. I didn't have a UPS or other shipping account. Shakia stepped up and helped so much, she arranged for UPS to pick up the package from the hotel the next day after we left and helped me get an order set up. It sounds straightforward, but honestly, when you're in another country on very little sleep and have several other things to deal with for work, someone like Shakia is a superhero- honestly, this lady is an angel and deserves a promotion. I felt so taken care of and looked after. Overall, would definitely come back to this hotel, if anything, just for the lovely staff who went above and beyond. Many thanks to Shakia and all the staff, from the Canadian film crew :)

Tutto era bello, eccetto che la stanza non era pulita molto bene, che mi faceva sentire piuttosto incomodo. Il servizio clienti è stato bello, ma la mattina dopo mi sono reso molesta per controllare, anche se mi sono chiesto e mi è stato dato il permesso di un check-out tardivo alle 1 pm invece delle 11 pm, ma diverso che non era ok.

We love having our team meetings here, service and food are amazing! Lulu is amazing on making sure food is hot and replenished. Rooms are large and clean, we always reserve some for our guests attending meeting who are traveling from far. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, please ask for Monica in the sales department, she’s amazing!

L'hotel era davvero carino, il personale era molto gentile, le camere erano pulite e l'odore di disinfettato era molto pulito I

Rooms were very clean but in my opinion price is a lil to high. They do have a gym onsite but no swimming pool. Also during my stay they had no hot breakfast only the grab and muffins, apple juice, fruit cups, cereal but no milk. Over all the area is very convenient lots of places to eat that are walking distance. Also freeway on and off ramp are less than a mile away.

Lo stato era meraviglioso il parcheggio avrebbe potuto essere un po’ meglio, ma so che lavoravano con quello che avevano. Tutto era ancora in costruzione, quindi so che sarà grande dopo. La camera era bella, la camera era pulita, tutto era parlare bene non avrei potuto chiedere niente per essere più perfetto bagno e cucina .
