Ottenete quello che pagate!!Abbiamo bisogno di un alloggio economico e allegro vicino all'università di mia figlia a Hackensack per servire come base per la nostra visita. La stanza era pulita, calda e confortevole. Letti e tutta la stanza compiuti ogni giorno. Personale molto amichevole e utile. Colazione continentale di base nelle mattine - più che adeguata. Un piccolo problema di piombo è stato risolto rapidamente. Defo utilizzerà di nuovo questo hotel come è su una strada principale tra l'università e NYC. Solo 4.50$ per persona al centro della città. Solo 12$ in Uber dal centro commerciale American Dream e il centro ricreativo. Non essere spostati a causa delle 2 stelle .. siamo comodi e ci sentiamo al sicuro qui!

Il controllo in corso era indolore, e sono arrivato presto. La stanza stessa era bella e pulita. Mi piaceva la cucina e era ben conservata (argento, piastrelle, tovaglioli di carta, ecc.). Il frigo era un po' piccolo, ma lavorava per un breve soggiorno. Il letto era un po' comodo, le mutande troppo morbide per il mio piacere. Non ho provato la colazione, come sto dietetica, ma ha un buon odore nella zona di lobby, ed è stato molto popolare. Non ho provato la palestra, ma sembrava utile. La piscina è attualmente chiusa per la rigenerazione.

Questo è un hotel a prezzi preziosi; il personale è amichevole e piacevole ai clienti; tuttavia, non c'è stata una piscina e un jacuzzi dal 2019, ed è stata la prima volta che ho prenotato l'hotel per stare con i miei genitori per 10 giorni. Anche in quel momento, la piscina era in costruzione nel 2019, e da allora non c'era nulla di cambiato. Non c'erano asciugamani adeguati nel centro fitness, quindi la circolazione dell'aria non era in buona forma. Il cuoco della cucina aveva un funerale familiare, quindi ha preso almeno 5 giorni di riposo durante il fine settimana di lavoro:( ho dovuto ordinare cibo da uber mangiare online.. infine

Bed bugs, lies, impolite staff and transfer madness! We booked that hotel for it’s park/stay/cruise option and for it’s Hilton good name. After a long 12 hour drive, we got to the hotel and straight to bed we went. We saw one bug, then, thought nothing of it. Then more crawled onto my leg…we saw 4 that we picked up and killed. Right away, we got dressed, and got out the room with all our luggage. We went to the front desk (around midnight). No one was there, I called and then someone picked up. We explained the situation to the person at check-in. He yelled to go away with those bugs, not wanting to see them and rushed us to throw in the garbage. Which we did after taking pictures. Following that, the clerk said the hotel was full, so no other option offered us to let us but to sleep on the pull out couch in that same bed bugs room… we decided to just go and sleep in our car at that point, asking if we could at least access showers in the morning to get ready. He agreed. He also said that our room would be refunded, to give them 3-5 working days and that we could still let our car parked there during our cruise. In the morning, we wanted to go wash up, a new person was there. We explained the situation and he confirmed the cancellation too. Then offered me towels so I could go freshen up (shower option was gone). We were directed to use the pool toilets, which did not even have hands soap. Fast forward 10 cruise days - the charge is on my Visa. Before leaving for home, we go back to the hotel with the intention of obtaining a written confirmation of that cancellation. One hour later, no cancellation in sight. Only the promise of a new manager to call me back once he gets more info on his side after being I was told they had more urgent things to do. After being lied 2 twice and dismissed once, I wrote to Hilton for a follow-up, they gave the hotel 3 days to fix this and that 3 day has passed and still nothing… this is the first time in my life that such a bad service has happened in an hotel and my first bedbug encounter. I hope they make good on their refund promise…

Hello to all, I am so tired of Hilton and Booking,com trying to find an excuse to avoid addressing the issues I am presenting. On 12/30/2022, we arrived at the Hilton Hashbrouck hotel in New Jersey expecting a quality visit and good hospitaility. The night before, I called to make sure I received clarification on checking in early and the deposit amount. I also asked to make sure if I can use a different card than the card I used to book the room, I was told by an employee that the deposit was $100 per room. I booked two rooms for almost $1200. I also asked can we check in early becuase our flight will land at 12:00pm. She told me yes we can if rooms was available. Upon our arrival, as checking in, I was told the seurity deposit was $100 per night for each room which is a hold of $600. I then began to question the amount and informed those three ladies by the name of Destiny C., Mae K., and Hillary V. that I was told different when I called the night before. I'm not sure which name goes with the manager's but she was very rude and disrespectful. I have stayed at the Hilton hotel locations for over four years now and never had to encounter such unprofessionalism and disrespect. We went back and forth for about an hour on why I was told the deposit was $100 per room not per night for each room. I even offered to pay the security deposit cash. They denied my offer. They then informed me that I can use as many cards as I would like to place the hold and pay for the room. At this point, my brother who is a top member of Hilton use his card to place the security deposit of $600. They emailed the hold form and he authorized the hold. The credit card machine was not working at all. They took copies of all payments and attached to each guests information until the machine comes back up. We then was given our room after waiting four hours. What we encountered in one of our rooms the toilet in the bathroom was nasty and stopped up. Maintenance had to come fix this. It was annoying because we just got the room. Everything should have been cleaned and working properly. We waited for four hours watching other guests come in to receive rooms before us. The ladies kept lying to us that they had not received the authorization form for the deposit. One of the ladies call me to the counter to tell me that we do not have any rooms becuase the card on file was denied. My response was why did you run that card without authorization and you made a copy of the card I authorized to use. She stated the third party company ran the card. I DID NOTAUTHORIZE ANYONE TO RUN THE CARD I BOOKED THE HOTEL WITH ENDING IN 5259. I BOOKED THOSE TWO ROOMS ON A ”BOOK NOW PAY LATER” TERM. I CLEARLY GAVE THEM THE CORRECT CARD AND THEY MADE A COPY OF THE CARD TO RUN DUE TO THE CARD MACHINE BEING DOWN!!! WHY RUN THE CARD I BOOKED THE ROOM WITH WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION????? La nostra famiglia ha trascorso una notte a Glenpoint Marriott questo fine settimana per un evento familiare.Il Marriott è eccellente in molti modi - servizio, pulizia, confortevoli camere e facile accesso. Per metterlo in contesto, due settimane prima del nostro evento, abbiamo fatto l'errore di trascorrere due notti all'hotel lungo la strada per risparmiare qualche centesimo. Sì, potrebbe essere una scelta più preziosa di altri hotel nella zona Teaneck, Englewood, Bergenfield, ma vale la pena! Non perdere il comfort, la sicurezza e l'esperienza di viaggio.
