Positives: stayed there only 1 night. Meh: Room cramped for 2 adults, bathroom also small. difficult to connect to internet, front desk staff said that happens, no idea why. Wall soundproofing poor, could hear person in next room coughing, etc. soap/lotion dispensers mounted on wall over small sink counter; couldn’t place toiletries under dispenser area in case of spillage. Front desk staff did only the basics for check in/out…felt like just another number. Complementary breakfast very basic compared with other Hilton properties. Have stayed in other Tru by Hilton before; after this, will no longer select Tru properties but instead select other Hilton properties.

JJR KI know this is not a high end hotel but was very pleased with the service from Shay when checking in. Very friendly, efficient, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Was so impressed with even the folding of the towels (extra effort like an expensive hotel) and the spotless bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

First of all we found out there are 2 Comfort inn and Suites in Cheyenne. This review is for the one next to Warren AFB at 5401 Walker Rd, Cheyenne, WY. *Bottom line-find a different hotel until the major housekeeping logistics issues are resolved.* Corporate needs to step in and help create a manageable system for this hotel. We have never had the problems we encountered. As I read reviews later I saw that our experience mirrored some others. The Good: breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and in good repair and generally clean. Workers were polite and seemed to be trying. It was close to the freeway and Warren AFB The Bad: poor communication. We arrived to check in at 9:45 PM after a 12 hour drive. While in line to check in we found out people had been waiting an hour or 2 for their rooms to be cleaned and ready. We had reserved that afternoon through a third party for a room listed as 3 queens and had called to confirm that we had a room. (Turns out the room would have gotten had 2 queens and a small pullout and should not have been listed as 3 queens.) ***Apparently housekeeping was still cleaning and preparing rooms at 10 PM***. We had 3 kids with us and after waiting a little over an hour we were given a room with a king and pullout slightly smaller than a full size. I think the worker was trying to get us into a room as quickly as she could. We were so tired we just made it work. Later we heard some guests with reservations saying **they were turned away because their room was never ready-this was after 11PM!** In the room there were *no sheets for the pullout, *no pillowcases on any of the pillows, and *no soap and only *one bath towel in the bathroom, so we had to ask for all those things. (There was only makeup remover wipes, 2 conditioners and a half empty lotion for toiletries.) Once we got settled it was fine, but it shouldn’t take 2 hours to check into a hotel. Had we known we would have just camped (we had our gear with us) or gone to another hotel.

LLuvn Gramma LifeCamera conveniente con letto confortevole, cucchiai, temperatura, belle foto decorative occidentali.Colazione inclusa calda e fredda (2 tipi di ciascuno) cereali, bacche, mele, yogurt Activia (3 gusti), uova bollite, caffè e succo d'arancia. Se rimango di nuovo, pagherò per un letto più grande... avremmo un letto doppio. I bagni comprendevano sapone da bar e shampoo da matrice.

La stanza era in cattivo stato. Ci era un piccolo bar di sapone e due piccole bottiglie di condizionatore. La TV era o. Molto alto, ma non c'era nessun controllo remoto nella stanza. Abbiamo chiesto una foglia e un giacca per il letto di tiro fuori, ci hanno detto dall'assistente del desk che non avevano nessuna. Mi sono stato pagato tre volte sulla carta di credito per la stanza. Rimanere qui era una cattiva esperienza.

Pros: Il personale del desk front was friendly at check in. It was easy access from I25. The room as clean and beds comfortable. (The pillows were very uncomfortable) Coms: The shower head did not work nor the light over the vanity. Siamo arrivati tardi e siamo stanchi, quindi l’idea di chiedere a qualcuno di riparare qualcosa a mezzanotte, quando tutto quello che voleva era una doccia e dormire, era frustrante. Così improvvisammo con una tazza d’acqua dalla doccia. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare presto la mattina dopo per prendere un volo, così abbiamo usato le luci dalla stanza per essere pronti e abbiamo informato il desktop frontale delle questioni quando abbiamo controllato. Sarebbe stato un buon lavoro dare un sconto o un soggiorno gratuito, ma non è stato offerto.Sono sicuro che avrebbero riparato i prodotti, ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo per una persona di riparazione lavorare nella nostra stanza. Dormire e arrivare all'aeroporto erano una priorità. Era una scomoda inconveniente. Quando paghiamo un prezzo ragionevole per un hotel, ci sono aspettative per le basi.

UUtente ospitebeh, il frigorifero era inaspettato ma molto rumoroso, le finestre erano sigillate, la carta da parati si stava staccando. le sedie sono strappate, ma cosa ti aspetti per 67 $ a notte. il letto era decisamente comodo!

This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in. That in itself is reason to write a review. The roms were rustic and yet comfortable and clean. I planned on staying 3 days but ended up there for 6 just because of the quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. When there were issues in my original room with the TV reception the kind staff member upgraded me to another room which ended up being larger. I was pleasantly surprised at that service. Access to shops and eateries were close by as well as Interstate Highways. I will definitely return to this motel anytime I am in the Cheyenne Wyoming area.
