La mia famiglia e io abbiamo viaggiato in Pennsylvania per il Ringraziamento, questo è stato visitare mio nipote per la prima volta. Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel è stato molto impressionante. Le camere sono state ben pulite. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Era solo un soggiorno di notte per tutto il tempo. Inoltre, l'hotel era allettante alle bestie, quindi c'erano molti cani all'interno dell'hotel, ma sembrava essere tutto il giorno e la notte.

Siamo venuti qui per un torneo di softball con circa 12 famiglie.Abbiamo un cane, e la nostra stanza da sola era $500 per due notti. Tre settimane fa siamo venuti a un torneo e abbiamo avuto problemi minimi, anche se ho ricevuto una chiamata per tornare a causa del mio cane che barbava la notte in cui usciamo a cena. Questa è l'unica volta che il nostro cane è stato in camera e ha fatto la barba e abbiamo speso 140 dollari per avere cani all'hotel. Se non vogliono che i cani la barba, non dovrebbero essere considerati animali carini. Questo fine settimana, quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che non potevamo più stare in lobby e bere qualche drink. Eravamo al softball dalle 7:00 alle 430:00 e dopo aver tornato i genitori erano riuniti nel lobby per avere qualche drink e parlare del giorno e del softball. Non eravamo alti, non erano disrespecti, non eravamo raffinati. Eravamo a 99 gradi di distanza, e cercavamo di rilassarci e rilassarci con qualche birra e fui scappato fuori dal lobby dal proprietario del partito Joe. Abbiamo detto che non c'era niente di bere nel lobby, e ha detto che se volessimo bere, dovevamo andare a cena, e quando siamo tornati, aveva fatto un nuovo segno che diceva che non c'era bere nel lobby o nel parcheggio. Era brutto e non c'era motivo per non rispettare il nostro gruppo di persone che sono rimasti qui. Quando abbiamo parlato di quanto abbiamo speso qui nelle ultime settimane di soggiorno in questo hotel, ha detto ”grazie” in modo molto smarrito. Le nostre camere erano mute e odore, il CA lavorava e poi si chiudeva. Avevamo solo due asciugamani nella nostra suite. E il divano di tiro era coperto di capelli per cani. Se hai un gruppo che viaggia a softball e vuoi passare tempo insieme durante il fine settimana, non venire qui. Le altre persone che lavoravano all'hotel erano carine. Il co-proprietario era brutto e non merita affari.

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but some things made that not possible. Tony, at the front desk, was great. He was professional, accommodating, even answered the phone immediately, when we called down with a question. Hotel is clean and well kept so no issues there. It’s not the JW so travelers, go there with a realistic view. The reason why I couldn’t give the place 5 stars comes down to three things 1) what hotel outside a major city charges for parking? This hotel has a $10 per day charge. We are in the middle of the suburbs way outside Philadelphia so why is there a parking fee? 2) there are no usb charger ports. Looked around the desk etc and couldn’t find any. It’s 2022, and should be standard. 3) the room door slams shut and can be heard down the hall. We had some late arriving neighbors and early departing neighbors and when the door closes, it woke everyone up. Simple fix with tension on door, but it’s the little things that make all the difference to be 5 stars, at least in my book. Would definitely return, overall it was a very good stay, my 5 stars are reserved for amazing hotels, which I have reviewed in the past. This is still above par and with a bit of fine tuning can certainly end up with 5 stars.

Quiet, clean, close to everything we needed. Breakfast had fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, bacon, bagels, scones, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee, cocoa, friendly staff. When the front desk clerk heard we were third, he gave us water bottles. It was nice after our long drive.

I've been here several times and I'll plan to return again next time I'm in the area. Positives: + Things just feel new. From the furniture to the carpets to the bathroom tiles, stuff just feels like it's either well-maintained or recently installed. It helps make the rooms feel sparkling clean. + The staff is pleasant. + There's plenty of parking. Also, it snowed while I was there and the lot was shoveled/plowed very promptly. + The gym/fitness center is great. There's plenty of equipment, all in good shape. There's a ton of light which makes it pleasant to be in. And there's enough space for multiple guests to use without feeling too close. Negatives: - The bathroom has only a passive vent, not a real fan to remove humidity or smells. - There wasn't great sound insulation between rooms, so we did hear our neighbors at times.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio di lavoro per una notte. Le strutture dell'hotel sono abbastanza datate ed erano in corso ristrutturazioni al piano terra, che comunque non disturbavano gli ospiti. Il problema principale è che molte stanze sono comunicanti ed hanno solo una porta di legno nemmeno troppo robusta che le divide, perciò si sentono tutti i rumori dei vicini. E di rinnovamento nelle stanze se ne sente un gran bisogno, perchè tutto è abbastanza consumato. La pulizia della stanza era sufficiente ma non ottima, mentre quella delle parti comuni (corridoi, ascensori, ecc.) era visibilmente carente. La colazione, non a buffet, si può fare presso il bar dell'hotel a prezzi normali per gli Stati Uniti. La gestione del bar è separata, comunque si può caricare il conto sulla camera. Personale gentile e buona accoglienza.

The bad reviews I read prior to going made me concerned. I was shocked and thrilled that my experience was nothing like the reviews. While my room could use some cosmetic updating, it was extremely clean and was well equipped. The staff was exceptional and the free breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. I will definitely stay again. In fact I rebooked a room for this Saturday night.

From booking to checkout this was an excellent experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Our room was well equipped, quiet and relaxing. King size bed was very comfortable, and just firm enough. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and both times we used them there was no one else there. Plenty of fluffy towels on the shelves nearby and great lounging furniture. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Not sure how they got the bacon that perfect, but glad they did! The history of this facility is amazing. Lots of converted buildings that make it feel like you’re staying in someone’s luxurious home. Highly recommended!!
