Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible and disgusting. We arrived Friday evening 5/19 and checked in. Elevator rattled all the way up to the 6th floor. I walk into the room and there was a horrible stench of acetone or paint? Very chemical like. There were holes in the walls, stains on the floor & a weird all over stain on the balcony window. I requested another room and everything was decent enough for the night. We left for a funeral at 8am 5/20. When we came back around 10pm. We walk in and are told the elevator is broken and that we will have have to walk up to the 6th floor. If that wasn’t annoying enough, when we finally got to the top floor, there was a fire alarm going off. We tried to call down to the front desk for 10 minutes to see if it would be shut off (because we didn’t want to walk back down 6 flights and back up). The phone went right to a busy tone every time before we finally gave up. We decided to just gather our things and check out. We had to spend $200 to get a last minute hotel and because it’s Saturday at 10pm, most things are booked up so we had to drive 30 minutes just to get a decently priced hotel. In addition there is a $100 security deposit. Why? The hotel is already in horrible shape, if someone were to smoke in a room or leave holes or stains it’s not like the hotel would fix them. They’d just put new patrons in the same damaged room and collect their money. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Just spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. To top it off, the hotel did not properly check me out Saturday night. The young man at the front desk said he checked me out and to call ********** to contact comfort inn to be refunded. Because the young man did not actually check me out when I returned the key and checked out Saturday, the comfort inn At largo, MD is refusing to refund the second night of the stay (which was not completed due to their own negligence). Also, when trying to call to get my refund, whoever was working 5/24 flat out called me a liar and said I didn’t check out Saturday and that the alarm was not going off. I have been trying to have ********** come to a resolution with the hotel but they will not admit the alarm going off or that I checked out, despite the fact that they can check their own security cameras and see both. Absolutely terrible, and I will be recommending everyone I know against any Choice Hotels property. ********** and ******* as well.

Wow, a hotel that I've stayed at so many times over the years, has now gone to the dogs. I actually feel bad writing this review, but my hope is that someone at Hilton will read this and take action. I will keep this short. 1. bathroom toilet filled up with water and poop from the previous guest. Still in the toilet! (unbelievable-I took pictures). Had to have Maintanence come and plunge the toilet. The Maintanence guy did apologize for the ”mess!” 2. No toilet tissue. (were they not planning to rent the room out?) 3. Defective thermostat not working. Room freezing and AC will not turn off. (Maintanence came back and had to fix the problem at the HVAC unit itself. 4. No bath towels. Only small wash cloths. After calling the front desk, housekeeping brought towels and toilet tissue. 5. Overall unclean, dusty and worn out room. There was trash in one of the cans I guess from a previous guest. I didn't complain. I was just tired and vowed never to return again. And yes, I too am a Lifetime Diamond member. So sad.

Da quando camminammo nella porta ci facevano sentire speciali. L'hotel era pulito, spazioso e il miglior hotel che avevamo soggiornato! Le scelte per la colazione erano buone, ma nessun bacon! lol abbiamo avuto la nostra zona cucina, così siamo stati in grado di cucinare i nostri pasti (ci è un supermercato degli shopping 20 minuti a piedi) L'apparecchiatura di cucina potrebbe essere migliore come abbiamo avuto il panino più piccolo da usare ma abbiamo fatto. La suite stessa era più di quanto potevamo chiedere e, come abbiamo avuto una brutta prima notte a Washington, siamo stati felici. L'hotel era a 10 minuti a piedi dal metro che vi ha portato al centro di Washington, che era grande. Non abbiamo davvero un cattivo lavoro da dire su nulla!

I have never experienced a bad stay with any Marriott hotels but my experience this weekend was unacceptable. I booked my one-bedroom suite on Tuesday for October 12-13. I even called that day to see if I could get an early check-in but Mr. Jason said they were booked but my room would be ready at check-in. I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 pm to be told I didn’t have a room and that he set me up in the courtyard across the street in an upgraded room. I was in shock and didn’t know why I wasn’t contacted or told I didn’t have a room when I called. I went over to the Courtyard and was given a room, not a suite. I never knew Courtyard didn’t have suites. I went back to the residence Inn and this is when Mr.Jason became very aggressive and rude. I told him the room was not an upgrade it didn’t have a kitchen and I needed the kitchen. Mr.Jason said well all I have to do is accommodate the amount of people in the room and that room has a king-size bed and a pullout couch. He got upset that I didn't Except what he gave me. He kept saying well that's an upgrade. I told him that’s not what I paid for and I prepaid for my room as a Bonvoy member. He said well we can walk over to the courtyard and cancel your reservation and you can find somewhere else to go. Then to add insult to injury, he said that if y’all want breakfast in the morning, I’ll give y’all permission to come over here and eat breakfast over here. He treated me like I did something wrong. I asked him how do I file a complaint and he said I’m the general manager, and you can file one with me. I said how can I submit a complaint about you to you? I have a rare condition at this point I needed to lie down. Let’s just say I was the only professional in this scenario and I didn’t understand why he was so nasty to me. He also was disrespectful to another customer he was dealing with and told her the lobby was being recorded. If this is correct I hope the person who is over top of him listens to the recording of how he treated his customers over the weekend. I am in disbelief that Marriott has someone with that type of demeanor, as a general manager representing their hotels. This was supposed to be a fun weekend for my son and it was ruined. I had paid for a chauffeur and a photo shoot. I had to reroute my car services and we couldn’t do the things that I wanted to do because we were in a small room with no kitchen and I had no time to try to find somewhere else to go. I have never been treated the way I was treated this weekend.

L'hotel era pulito in generale. Anche se abbiamo trovato una piccola tintura su uno dei confortanti e un stand di capelli sul letto. Anche se ci siamo sentiti un po' disgustati, sapevamo che questo non era un hotel 5-star e ci sarebbero stati alcuni minori sconvenienti. Le bagni erano molto pulite. Ci siamo rimasti due volte. La prima volta ci è stata data la stanza #126 che era proprio vicino alla ricezione. Voi sentirete le porte aperte e la lama chiusa tutta la notte. Non abbiamo avuto una buona notte di sonno. Quindi, guardate quella stanza. La seconda volta che ho chiesto una stanza in alto, era una buona decisione. Era silenziosa e tranquilla e abbiamo tutti dormito bene. Quindi, in generale, consiglierei molto questo posto se stai cercando un posto decente per un cappotto di notte veloce. Tenere le vostre aspettative un po 'inferiore ad un hotel 5-star. Durante il nostro primo soggiorno, il personale che ci ha controllati era ok. Non era brutto o niente. Ma non era troppo amico del cliente nemmeno. Il secondo soggiorno, la signora del fronte era molto amichevole e cortese. Ho apprezzato davvero il frigo e la microonde nella nostra suite. Era molto utile ricaldare i restanti a sinistra dai ristoranti.

So far I would rate this hotel a 5. From the manager to those in housekeeping, the word comes to mind, excellent. I have to single out Sheriena and Mr. Bob, who in my opinion, are the type of personnel you want on a hotel staff. These individuals have an exceptional way of dealing with all types of personalities. They both are pleasant, respectful, very helpful, and shows real concern for the customers' comfort. I really am enjoying my stay here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in extended living. S. Duncan

Il migliore e più pulito soggiorno, il più ragionevole prezzo, il personale è in punto, cura e molto professionale. Ho raccomandato questo a mia famiglia e a miei amici. Un luogo sicuro per soggiornare !!! Mi piace l'ospitalità, e il modo in cui tutto il personale è sulla stessa pagina, la stessa agenda e la stessa sicurezza !

My family stayed here for a weekend getaway to DC. The hotel is located in Woodmore Towne Center. Many shops, restaurants, Wegmans and Costco, made it very convenient for our family! We arrived in the late evening and warmly greeted by Robin who checked us in and gifted us bottled water. Our room was very spacious, which is was great for our kids. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn breakfast. Our only small complaint was the sausage patties tasted like there were boiled in water and refill was a bit slow. Fitness center and pool are directly across from each other. My kids enjoyed and loved splashing around. We were always greeted when we left and returned back to the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and would return here in the future! Our only negative complaint was the young adults/children running wild in the hallway, slamming their room doors and being loud after quiet hours on our first night. We did let the front desk know the next morning and they did apologize and let us know that group had checked out that morning. While it’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault, i just feel if my kids learn to respect that quiet hours are from 11pm-6am, whoever was responsible for those young adults/kids should have enforced that with their group. We came in late on our first night and just wanted to sleep.
