We would never recommend this hotel to anyone and only writing a review to warn others in order to not have you go through what we did. Customer service was inadequate, rooms are disgusting and as others have stated A LOT of false advertising. Our door lock was broken and would not function, did not feel safe, told the front desk and nothing was done. Not even a offer to move us to another room. Room was not cleaned beforehand or during our stay even though we requested housekeeping. Shower was so deathly we had to request a mat which someone did drop off for us. Mold, mildew even moss (something green) growing places in the room from all the humidity. Images for our suite showed a stove which was absent. The staff tried to tell us they are only for suites but I mentioned we had a suite and showed the pictures from Choice Hotels depicting the stove in our suite selection and all they could tell us was there is no stove in your room. We mentioned our concerns to the staff and nothing was attended to. No one even asked how our stay was when we checked out, not sure if that is customary since the rooms are in such terrible condition. I have seen positive reviews for the big family suites. I would say the staff most likely spends all their time and money taking care of the most expensive suites and not the other rooms unfortunately. Pool and hot tub were not clean and pool is very small if another couple or even just one other person is in it, not comfortable. This wasn't an issue for us because we did not come to use the pool but in case you are. One last thing they are developing a new resort or something next door so the construction noise is very loud and constant. This was a very special trip for us and Maui is amazing. We recommend the island for sure, we had an incredible time just not at this hotel!

La nostra stanza vive nel nuovo edificio, molto nuovo, abbastanza ampia, doppia camera, una casa a tre posti è molto appropriata.Il più bello è che ogni piano ha una lavanderia, e ci sono dentro Salute: molto pulita, nuovi edifici, lobby e camere sono molto pulite, senza provocazioni. Ambiente: l'hotel a Kiev, l'altra parte della strada è il bellissimo parco di spiaggia, il mare è blu, e ogni giorno la gente gioca volleyball.L'hotel ha diversi parchi marini a nord, a ovest, e il tramonto è molto comodo.A nord andiamo a Lahaina, e guidare al Haleakala National Park è molto conveniente. Servizio: l'atteggiamento del servizio della reception è buono, il parcheggio non è costretto, molto buono. L'unica insufficienza è che il cibo dell'hotel non è molto delizioso. C'è un negozio ABC vicino, comprare qualcosa per riempire.In generale, la nostra famiglia vive molto comoda e il rapporto di prezzo è molto buono. We are HGV owners and this was one of our options for a time share. At first glance, this resort did not look as appealing as the ones we had used in Oahu or the Big Island. Once there, however, we quickly realized it was just the right balance of space and facilities. The pools were great, many in number, varied in depth and some for adults only. We never had an issue with over crowdedness, which we found was the case on the other two islands. The suites were spacious and comfortable. Well-kept public spaces and lobby areas. The staff were helpful and fixed the one omitted request quickly. We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. It was great for 4 people, 6 would have been stretching it as there were only dishes and flatware service for 4. The King bedroom had a huge bathroom. The 2 double bedroom had a smaller bathroom but serviceable. Too bad we put one person on the King side and 3 on the double side. They were opening another villa in a matter of days as we watched them clean up the construction zone. My only complaint would be that there was not enough parking. If we returned at the later hour, we had to look to find parking. This was before the new villa was opened. There is further development happening adjacent to the property, which I'm sure will have parking, but there was no new space added in the immediate. There was an elevator on one side and stairs on the other. I would have preferred the elevator closer to the lobby side as that's where most people parked. I had issues with stairs and the final day, we had to use the elevator because of luggage and had to go all the way around the villa to get to our car. The location of this resort is perfect as it is across the street from the beach but also accessible to the main highway quickly. Being further south would necessitate driving through some traffic. As we planned to cook several meals in the kitchen, we were happy to find a 24 hr Safeway about 10 mins south, which came in handy the first night we arrived. Costco, Walmart and Target would serve us the following week and they were only 20 mins away. An enjoyable stay. We will come again.

I loved our stay! It was quiet, relaxing, and the sunset every night was beautiful! Check in/out was quick and easy. Plus free parking! There was always an available space, however, some nights you may have to park farther away from your unit if you arrive later in the night. I read that some are upset about not having room service however, they start you off with everything you need and more and there’s a washer/dryer in your unit. BESIDES! Everything is made known before you book your stay so if you decided to book it anyway and then complain that you shouldn’t have to do laundry on your vacation… that’s on you; I personally wash clothes on my trips wherever I go anyway so it doesn’t bother me.

表揚，不能不表揚! 室外陽台坐吃早餐是一大享受，藍天白雲，眺山望海，還有不同鳥友作陪! 室內設備齊全，尤其是廚房，還非常乾淨!

Il mio appartamento preferito è stato il 3 ostaggi che abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni nelle isole Hawaii. Piscine e spiagge sono vicine e facilmente accessibili. La nostra camera ha un bel balcone che guarda l'oceano. Il Bingo è stato divertente e si rimette in un premio come cocktail gratis, smoothies e appetiti se vinci. Ci hanno dato una bottiglia di champagne libero, perché abbiamo celebrato il nostro anniversario.

It’s been 20+ years since I’ve been back at this property. The renovations are fantastic! The entire staff from beginning to end have been so courteous and professional. Chris at the front desk was so welcoming! We were kindly upgraded to an ocean suite (234) in the Haleakala tower (Platinum). I actually preferred being on the same floor as the lobby, it was so convenient. We did have a few issues with the toilet snd also a ceiling leak. It was partially fixed and front desk waived our daily $50 resort fees as a courtesy. That was very generous of them, we didn’t even ask. Mid stay, I decided to get a copy of our folio to keep track. I noticed our parking ($38 self) wasn’t on there so I made front desk aware of the mistake. They said they would keep it off as another courtesy. Wow! Such great customer service! We enjoyed all the pools, especially the adult only infinity pool. One time they even passed out vanilla mochis! My family had such a wonderful 5 night stay. Also, the rollaway was actually a twin sized mattress! Very comfy than the usual foldable springy cots. Oh yeah, don’t forget to get your daily free chocolates at the front desk!

Classico hotel di ”catena” di ottimo livello con l'importante plus dato dalle dimensioni contenute: si sta bene, senza stress e si possono usufruire dei servizi senza alcun problema/attesa, in particolare la splendida piscina e l'ottimo bar. Camere grandi e comodissime, buona la colazione (compresa). Prezzo elevato in assoluto, ma ragionevole in rapporto alle altre soluzioni in loco. Per cui, ottima scelta.
