First I chose this hotel because the site indicated as well as the app states “complimentary shuttle” to the airport. As soon as we arrived we asked about scheduling because it did state we had to schedule it. The first lady said, “ohhhh I don’t know because we’ve had issues with the shuttle driver especially TO the airport but I will check with the manager and get back with you”. She jotted down my info and that was around 4pm. We went to our room and around 7 I called the front desk because I didn’t receive a follow up call. Someone else said, “ohhh no ma’am that is only for platinum and titanium members only” which before this stay I WAS!!! I advised that was NOT indicated on the site or the app, she said yes we need to update them. I told her I would not have chosen this hotel if I knew this. Then the morning of checkout, the guy didn’t ask how my stay was during check out which I was anticipating because there wasn’t hot water in the sink to wash our face so I offered that info to him as well as the issue of the shuttle. He was having trouble checking out because he thought I was another person without asking my room number. He did not acknowledge my complaint or concern at all so I made sure I got a printed receipt to make sure that was at least done. Also, we wanted coffee before heading to the airport- COLD. No fresh coffee that morning. I will not stay here again. I’ve stayed at several Marriott’s and L O V E them but this was horrible.

I had made a booking through ***********, the hotel took the money from my bank account on the day before we arrived (6am) at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after a long trans Atlantic flight and upon check in the staff member asked for payment again, at this point I informed her that I had paid earlier that day. We were told we had to pay again for any damages and would get this returned upon checkout. I tried pay again but at this point my credit card would not authorise (highly likely it knew it was a second payment of the day) and due to my card being an internet based card and not having numbers upon I had to log onto the hotels wifi in order to hand over my banking app to pay this second charge. Anyway after this we were given a room on the 2nd floor and as soon as we came out of the lift all you could smell was *********. We opened the room and the smell was so strong we had to go back to the desk to ask to change rooms. The receptionist understood and instantly apologised and changed us to a different floor. The hotel overall is in a good location for food, shops etc The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are basic, there were no plugs in the bedroom area. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was better than I expected.

Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. La camera era pulita e l'hotel era tranquillo. Il personale è stato gentile. Sono rimasto deluso che Starbucks fosse chiuso, ma a parte questo è andato tutto liscio.

La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande, pulita e pulita, e il panorama che guarda dalla finestra è molto bello.Il bagno è pieno di acqua senza strisce di acqua facilmente pulita. C'è un grande parcheggio vicino all'hotel e un ospedale. Il panorama del ristorante è anche bello. Il pranzo include non un buffet, ma un pranzo, e un servizio di quasi otto dollari per ogni volta (non so come calcolare).La prossima volta che vai al pranzo, il servizio può essere gratuito.

We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

Upon arrival the lady that checked us in 7/29 around 4pm was very nice and gave us all the informations about the hotel. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and had a good night sleep at your hotel.Breakfast is a plus.Cookies at the front desk are really delicious.Highly recommend this property

Questo hotel di qualità è una grande alternativa agli hotel costosi (resort-payment). Ho soggiornato qui due volte mentre facevo affari personali a Miami Beach e non ho abbastanza tempo o inclinazione per pagare le strutture che non uso. Anche se è a mezz'ora di distanza da Miami Beach, questo posto è facilmente accessibile e il traffico è gestibile in certi momenti di giorno. Bella zona residenziale che mi sentivo sicuro di correre la mattina. Vicino a molti ristoranti familiari & The Falls Mall che ha un Apple Store. Aggiornato camere pulite e spaziose. Camere molto confortevoli Queen letti. Bella piscina e patio, parcheggio gratuito e gratis, colazione. Ben gestito, struttura familiare. L’anno scorso ho parlato con il proprietario e lei ha detto che la sua famiglia era proprietaria e che la aveva gestita per 40 anni.Io e mio fratello condividemmo una stanza e entrambi convenemmo che il posto è semplicemente piacevole e rilassante. Mi piace stare sulla spiaggia, ma quando non ho tempo per farlo, questo posto è la mia alternativa.

Era una grande esperienza, quando ero giovane andavamo solitamente a questi hotel e era bello, buon servizio e il personale era molto gentile

I paid too much, for the little I got. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. The doors are not automatic, it was like trying to get out of a rat trap, with that wheelchair. If you are like me traveling with your love ones that is in a wheelchair or trying to pass those doors with a stroller. You are going to have a problem and will need help. The one star 🌟 was given for the person that checked me in. After that everything went downhill. Once I got upstairs the air freshener was the first thing I smelled, but it was no match for the ********* smell in the hallway. I rather smell wet carpet, then to smell that nasty *********. I called and asked if smoking ********* was allowed, because this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel! No, I was told, there is no smoking allowed. Thank God the smell was not in the room. But that wasn't the only thing that was not in the room. There was no silverware or plastic ware. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a plastic spoon to feed my mom. There is a stovetop, but there's no pots or pans. There was no paper towel. These are the things I look for inside an extended stay hotel! The room is stocked with only 2 towels and 2 wash cloth. That next day, after I bathed and bathed my mom, I realized I needed one more bath towel. The house cleaner was right outside my door. When I asked for a towel. She said ” No”. I had to go downstairs. When I asked the lady at the desk, she told me there was no towels available, come back in an hour. And bring the dirty towel too! She yelled, as I was walking away. Let me say it again, this place is not wheelchair accessible. The bed, I mean the mattress on the spring table, stands about 3 feet off the floor. With the grace of God, I was able to put my mother, that stands 4 feet and 11 in. into bed. This was not an easy task because she needs complete assistance. One good thing about the bed, was that it moved, so I was able to move it around the room to better care for my mom. And the rest for furniture moves too. I could have easily turn on some music and played musical chair. I am confused on how this hotel is 3-stars. But I guess to each is own. You see I am really a 5-star kinda girl. but I was being cheap, and that is what I get. You get what you pay for. Like my friend always say, ” and what have you learned? ” I learn to NEVER use this hotel, again. And to tell ALL my family and friends to save their money and not use this hotel. And I learn to spend a little more time and read the reviews. I've learned to spend a little more money and get the service I expect. COMPFORT.
