Attenzione a questo hotel! Rimase qui quasi 30 giorni. Aveva oltre 2000 dollari ancora in sospeso per le spese fraudolente su due delle mie carte usate in questo hotel. Era afflitto ogni giorno anche quando la stanza era stata pagata in pieno. Due volte il doppio prelievo durante il soggiorno, legato a un sacco di fondi necessari che ci hanno voluto più di un mese per ottenere credito e rimborso! La polizia è stata chiamata , alla fine è stata costretta a lasciare una notte ho pagato $165 per! Ho aspettato ore al desktop. Mi hanno fatto correre la carta tante volte e hanno fatto battere la bandiera per frode - mi hanno costretto ad andare in ore telefoniche tenute ostaggi nel loro lobby mentre ho dovuto chiamare la mia banca e combattere per aver rimosso l'allarme per frode. La notte.La piscina era congelata e sporca. Il lavandino aveva una macchina da lavoro per tutto il giorno e la notte dell'hotel. L'impressore non poteva mai essere usato per stampare nulla. Il gioco La stanza che non ci fu nemmeno detto esisteva fino a tre settimane dopo essere rimasti lì. Una volta che ne sapevamo, nessuno poteva trovare dove fosse tenuto il controllore e le forniture. Horror nightmare esperienza!

This property did a nice job at doing everything it set out to do, but not trying to be more and instead focus on getting the important stuff right. As a whole, I left very satisfied, and please look below for a more detailed outline. Location: 5 Stars It’s super close to a mall, tons of restaurants, a grocery store, gas stations, and is easily accessible from I26. Curb Appeal: 5 Stars The outside is in fantastic shape and looks nice no matter how close or far you are. The landscaping is also well done, and parking is plentiful and well lit. Common Areas: 5 Stars While I didn’t make use of the pool, I can vouch for the business and fitness center being perfectly adequate, and all of the sitting areas, hallways, plus elevators were well appointed, and were kept clean throughout my stay. Customer Service: 6 Stars I couldn’t help but give a bit of a bonus here, this is seriously one of the best managed hotel, and probably the friendliest people I’ve encountered in the industry. Jessica specifically was fantastic, she’s definitely in the right industry. The Room Itself: 4.5 Stars I had room 407 which was a 1 Queen Studio Suite and was nearly perfect. The entry way was well lit, and had a spacious closet with tons of clever storage solutions (a theme that continues throughout the room) and all the amenities a good hotel would have. There was also a galley kitchen across from it that did everything you’d expect with nice and clean dishware. Past this was a rather nice desk area that was well lit and had plenty of outlets and a ton of built in storage. Beyond this is the sofa which was pretty comfy and featured some tables. The view was nothing special but the drapes where in good shape and the HVAC worked well. The bed was also nice and had plenty of storage and plugs around it. Last but not least is the spacious and spotless restroom with tons of storage and a functional sink and toilet. The only complaint about my stay would be the fact that the shower had a few rough patches in the caulk and the curtain was every so slightly too long and proved a nuisance when trying to shower. Neither of these are big deals though. Value: 5 Stars Considering this was the cheapest mid scale hotel in the neighborhood, and included an above average free breakfast, I consider it an excellent value. Summary: If you’re coming to the Columbiana area, I think I found your hotel!

I will start with the good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy. Room 128 had no kleenex, clock, hangers or hairdryer. If MainStay is supposed to be like home, this place wasn't! Apparently they are trying to save the earth because the lighting is so dim you will not be reading in the room or applying makeup. Bathroom has a vessel sink which is a pain. There was a bar of soap and nowhere to put it. No plastic cups for brushing your teeth, but instead they have glass tumblers. Dangerous if one of those hits the tile bathroom floor! The web-site advertises free breakfast but there is no such thing. Then take it off of your web-site!

In città per i giochi di calcio, questo hotel è stato scelto perché era vicino ai campi che giocavamo. Abbiamo piacere stare a Hilton e la Tru brand, ma questo non era al livello normale. Il servizio di check-in è stato fantastico, ma il tipo che lavorava al desk al mattino non era amichevole - l'hotel sembrava datato, ma le camere erano bellissime e tipiche stile Tru. Se in città si scegliesse un altro hotel - forse le Home2 Suites in strada. Non terribile, ma non grande, considerando tutte le altre opzioni.

My husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. So many stores close by. Everything you can thunk of is right there. .. we will go back again.
