Another great Hampton Inn. Check in staff were friendly and helpful in recommending a nearby restaurant. Room was the one that we selected prior to arriving at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Highly recommend.

La struttura ad oggi risulta in ristrutturazione, senza che ciò sia stato comunicato. Tutti i servizi per i quali abbiamo selezionato questo hotel non erano dunque disponibili. A causa di ciò la colazione continentale si è trasformata in un sacchetto contenente un pacchetto di donuts, una mela e del succo di arancia. La cosa comunque più antipatica è stata l’arroganza dello staff, quando abbiamo fatto notare la non correttezza della cosa. Per finire abbiamo chiesto alla reception se era possibile cambiare due dollari in quarti per poter utilizzare la lavanderia degli ospiti (il cambio monete era stato estirpato dal muro), e ci hanno risposto di no perché non era una cosa di loro competenza. La camera è spaziosa ma sporca sporca sporca, e senza porta del bagno.

Made reservations through ******* and when we checked in it was clear they weren’t to happy about that wonder if that’s the reason we got the room right across from the party room where they are playing very loud music. The room is fine besides from it has no desk so no place to sit and write. If you want an early night this isn’t the place to go.

Il Best Western Plus Cotton Tree è un piacevole luogo di soggiorno. Questo è il nostro primo soggiorno @ il BW in Idaho Falls e torneremo. La stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita. Il colazione era grande con una vasta varietà di cibo da scegliere. Il caffè è stato particolarmente delizioso. La posizione di questo BW è perfettamente situata sulla strada principale e siamo stati all'interno e fuori Idaho Falls senza problemi di traffico.

What an amazing find!! We got a great deal on Priceline. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. From the minute you walk in, you feel at home. I cannot express how welcoming the staff was as we checked in. The room was newly decorated and the beds WOW, so comfortable. The added accessories (shampoo, soap etc) was a great touch. The spa was heated perfect and a great size. It's outside, but good wind cover. There is a firepit outside adjacent to the spa with really nice comfy seating. The pool is inside and was warm and super clean. There is a burger restaurant inside the hotel. I give it three stars for taste. One star for service. We sat at the bar several minutes while the one bar tender spoke to a friend. Then she grilled me over my id (I'm 60 yrs old lol). She finally said she just had not seen the new California licenses. So may just a Cali hater. But drink was good. We ordered food from our room later from the restaurant. They said it would be 15-20 minutes.We had to call to check on it 50 min later. They said should be on its way. About 15 later it arrived. Order was completely wrong but we were done and hungry so we kept it. They need customer service lessons from the hotel staff haha. All said and done. This will be our hotel stay every time.

Hilton you should be ashamed! I called in advance of my daughter traveling alone cross country to come home. She is 20 years old. I called the number listed on HILTON GARDEN INN - IDAHO FALLS website. Pressed 1 for new reservations and apparently got transferred to a call center. I explained the situation that my daughter was 20 and traveling without me (however, she had my credit card) and made sure that there would not be a problem for her to check in. I was told it absolutely was not a problem as long as she had the credit card I was using to pay with the reservation and that they would add her name to the notes in the reservation. Paid in advance. Was reassured from Hilton that it was NOT AN ISSUE and they booked her room under my Honors number. When she arrived at HGI that evening, the front desk would not give her the room. The front desk was rude to her and treated her awful. I called the same number I originally called to resolve the situation and was put on hold for 28 minutes before being disconnected. I then called back and got the front desk staff who said they spoke with their manager and they would not allow her to stay. They told me the call center does not work at their hotel and doesn't represent them. If I call your phone number and I am greeted by an automated system then whoever picks up that call ABSOLUTLEY DOES represent you! If they made an error that's on you and them, not my innocent 20 year old daughter. Ultimately, they sent my 20 year old daughter away in a city she has never been in without a place to stay! Cancelling my HONORS plan! After not having any issues at any of her previous stops, the IDAHO FALLS HILTON GARDEN INN refused to check her into her room and told them to leave the facility because she wasn’t old enough to be there. They have left my 20 year old daughter stranded mid-trip!

Andare all'hotel nel centro di Yellowstone, andare a Yellowstone a mezz'ora di distanza. L'hotel è buono. Il grande supermercato intorno all'hotel è anche conveniente. Si consiglia di andare a Yellowstone il primo giorno o l'ultimo giorno per considerare questo negozio

We had an incredible stay at the Marriott with breathtaking views of the falls and twinkling Christmas lights visible from numerous windows in our room. The spacious layout of the one-bedroom, complete with a larger bathroom and a cozy fireplace, added a touch of luxury to our experience. The recent remodel of the breakfast area left us impressed. The layout is much improved, making it a delightful place to start our day. Special thanks to Nancy, whose exceptional service ensured that nothing ever went empty, and our breakfast was seamless. Conveniently located near a variety of big-chain restaurants and a Walmart, the hotel's proximity to these amenities added to the overall convenience of our stay. This Marriott exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect backdrop for a memorable holiday getaway.

We had a lovely stay a couple weeks ago with our grandkids. They loved the pool. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. It even had extra hooks in the bathroom so the kids could hang and reuse their towels. The hotel does have lunch/dinner options and there is a pizza restaurant next to the hotel and a Mexican restaurant in walking distance. There is a grocery store about a mile away, so we bought sandwich stuff to make lunch for the day trips to Yellowstone which was about 30 min away. If you are planning to visit Yellowstone, I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was just ok, but got us out the door early. Be sure to stop by the West Yellowstone Visitor Center before heading into the park and talk to a ranger with your kids so they can get junior ranger activity books to earn their junior ranger badge.
