Booked two rooms at this hotel for a family stay. One room was adequate but the other appeared to be in the middle of renovations and was unsuitable for guests. The faucet was literally not attached to the sink. There was a huge cracked section of plaster in the bathtub, making it unusable. And to top things off, there was an empty tequila bottle in the sleeper sofa. We arrived after a long day and after having dinner we found the office locked so could not bring up these issues with a staff member. The next morning, we expressed our disappointment and sought a partial refund. Since we booked through a third party, we were told to contact them directly. We did so and was not even offered an apology by the property. Hate to post negative reviews, but this room was totally not acceptable for the amount we paid for it. Only giving the extra star since the second room was okay and the breakfast was adequate. But we definitely expected more from the La Quinta brand.

Wow .... Una notte orribile. Prima di iniziare, questo hotel non è fino agli standard Courtyard. Non è fino agli standard Fairfield Inn. È più come gli standard Ramada Inn. Dal controllo dell'hotel .... C'era un elicottero in giro per un'ora, ovviamente, cercando qualcuno vicino all'hotel. Nessuno sapeva cosa sta succedendo. Secondo evento ...a 12:30 sono state le 12:30, una lotta tra diverse persone si è verificata fuori dalla nostra porta. Abbiamo avuto 3 opzioni ... chiamare il desk front (un giovane che non poteva fare niente), chiamare la polizia o aspettare fino a quando non è finita. Abbiamo fatto in modo che dove eravamo nella stanza, una balia non poteva farci se si fossero abbassati. Cosa l'hotel può controllare ....Questo posto è solo troppo stanco per essere chiamato un giardino. Mi sorprende che Marriott stia ancora operando questo posto. L'amore del letto. Le lenzuola sono troppo piccole per restituire il foglio di sicurezza sul letto. Le torri che erano così lievi rappresentavano un hankie invece di un asciugamano. Bagno cloggeto. Cortina di doccia troppo breve rappresentava acqua in tutto il bagno. La TV è così piccola come il monitor computer. L'odore di sigaretta fuma nel bagno. Il riscaldatore così alto che abbiamo dovuto fermarlo a dormire. Evitare questo posto se possibile. Infatti, evitare Victorville se possibile. Una proprietà come questa mi fa perdere la fede in altri viaggiatori che la hanno classificata in alto.

Questo è un ottimo hotel! Molto facile accesso ai 15 e uno dei migliori in Hesperia! Tutto era pulito, pulito, e la stanza era pensato e tutto era perfetto. Le persone erano amiche come il desk e molto utile. Il parcheggio è facile e la stanza era tranquilla.

Un passo sopra il Motel 6 e Days Inn. Le camere sono tendenti e fredde per la zona. Buona qualità del sonno, anche se sembra che la decorazione è inciampata a causa degli ospiti che forse rimangono lì. Forse la pulizia e il toccamento delle camere dopo che i cattivi ospiti li hanno tagliati li manterranno belle e tendenti.
