Great hotel. Clean, and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is varied, and fresh, with a friendly M-F person in charge of it. I would prefer that they stick with Frosted Flakes, “for the kids”, because the Fruit Loops are full of artificial dyes, which aren’t good for anyone. Also have Raisin Bran, and other choices, more for adults. Do wish the baked goods offered at breakfast were fresher. Dunkin’ and Tops are very close, so maybe they can buy fresher baked goods there. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but several stand out, Matthew, Holden, and some women whose names I don’t know. Matthew even provided me with a box and shipping tape, when I mentioned I needed to send some overflow items home. The cleaning staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I hope they have chances for advancement in the company. The ones I had contact with were working so hard, whether dealing with laundry, trash, or preparing and cleaning rooms for guests. Overall, have had great stays at this hotel. The only caveat are the number of dogs, which hopefully I’m not placed near to, due to their barking, and my allergies.

Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!

The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night. However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

Hotel attraente. Facile check-in. Belle camere di dimensioni. Camera confortevole. Calma, ho dormito bene. La nostra camera aveva letto re di dimensioni, divano/senitore, piccolo frigorifero, microonde, piccola TV, 2 camicie in vestito, scrivania e tavolo con 2 sedie. Una delle due lampade a parete laterali mancava. Ci erano abbastanza uscite elettriche e porti USB. La stanza era molto pulita. Il portafogli sull'hotel mancava tutte le sue pagine. C'è solo una macchina per il ghiaccio nell'hotel e è stata fuori servizio durante il nostro soggiorno, nota su di essa indica che era in attesa di servizio. Il bagno era di dimensioni adeguate. Bellamente organizzato, con grande spazio conter. Asciugacapelli sul muro. Doccia/ bagno combinato. Molta acqua calda.La testa del doccia aveva più di un sistema di spray.Carta tipica di bagno a buon mercato.Nessun ventilatore di scarico.Il colazione mattinale era sp****. Uova scrambled e quello che penso fossero strofinacci francesi, pane bianco e 2 tipi di bacche, 1 mela, 6 tipi di cereali Kellogg, uova bollite, 3 tipi di succhi (sono fuori di succhi d'arancia), caffè, e latte (sono usciti dal latte mentre ero lì, entrambi 1% e 2%). Ho fatto colazione a circa 7:45 a.m., con colazione servita 6:00 - 9:00 il giorno in cui ero lì. I fine settimana hanno un tempo di servizio più tardi. La capacità della camera era più che adeguata, non era occupato, ma poteva tenere un buon numero di persone. Situato vicino all'hotel è un ristorante Cracker Barrel. È anche una stazione di gas lungo la strada. Ho provato a dare una valutazione 4 stelle, sapendo che il loro livello di personale è probabilmente inadeguato. Era tra un 3 e un 4 fino a quando non andai a colazione, e le offerte sp**** e gli oggetti mancanti e le forniture insufficienti lo spinsero alla 3 stelle. Ma, in generale, resterò qui di nuovo.

Durante l'epidemia, anche se l'ordine dice di contenere colazione, è limitato a bere un caffè. L'hotel è ancora fuori, l'edificio non è isolato, e la porta dell'hotel ha diversi motopartiti che hanno fatto rumore.Non riesco a dormire bene.

Il freddo nella stanza perché il riscaldamento non è abbastanza!!!

The place was clean enough, the room ample. No hairdryer in room, the mini-fridge did not have a freezer compartment, and there is no breakfast (just an FYI). The room had a coffee maker and so did the lobby. Would stay again if the price was right (We go to the Geneseo airshow every year).
