I was in the area for a wake and funeral. I needed to do a late check out due to the timing of the funeral and the staff were very accommodating and even called me to let me know I needed to check in with the front desk to reactivate my key at checkout. I also told a lovely housekeeping woman and she knew which room I was talking about and said, “Don’t you worry, I’ve got your back!” It was reassuring I didn’t have to worry about my room. Thank you for the excellent service and understanding. First time staying at the Hadley Hampton Inn and I’m sure it won’t be my last! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names because I was so preoccupied with my family member’s funeral, but the front deck staff on 7/5/23 and 7/6/23 were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Also, the very sweet and friendly housekeeper for room 309 area on 7/6 was super kind and reassuring my late checkout was not going to be a problem. Thanks for making a stressful time less worrisome.

1 Camera Suite, 2 Letti Regina. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, ma molte costruzioni vanno sulla Route 9 a Northampton e Amherst. La camera è molto spaziosa, potrebbe utilizzare più mobili in zona soggiorno. Un divano e una sedia erano solo mobili. Il personale era molto bello, molto parcheggio e molto poca. La pressione dell'acqua è molto bassa, chiamata manutenzione il primo giorno per vedere se qualcosa non va, è stato detto ”ci lamentiamo molto”, e non c'era nulla che potesse fare.Se si fa una doccia dopo la mattina, buona fortuna con acqua calda o acqua Pressione. È assolutamente la peggiore colazione che ho mai avuto, uova congelate cotte, tossina di tatter fredda per colazione. E non solo una volta!

Siamo arrivati per il fine settimana e tutto è andato bene. La stanza era pulita, l'iscrizione era facile, e il colazione era buona. E' vicino alla città e vicino ai ristoranti. Rimarrei lì.

Stavo qui per una notte mentre visitava una delle scuole locali. Check-in era veloce e amichevole. La stanza era molto pulita e tutto era in buone condizioni di lavoro. Senza essere chiesto, un dipendente si è messo le lana per il letto di divano la sera. Mi piaceva che offrissero un giornale locale gratuito. L'hotel è a piedi da diversi ristoranti. La piscina è piccola ma bello, e ci è piaciuto il tubo caldo. Non ha usato lo sport ma sembrava buono. I terreni dell'hotel hanno spazi verdi e sono più scenici del tuo tipico giardino. Il ristorante non è aperto, quindi offrono un colazione continentale gratuito. Ho sentito che era adeguato. Possibile ottenere caffè, muffin, bagagli, yogurt, frutta, succo, ecc. La Courtyard è la mia marca preferita e credo di preferire questo colazione gratuita rispetto a quello che si può acquistare. In tutto, molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno e consiglierei molto questa proprietà!

Manda i bambini al Smith College per andare all'estate. L'hotel è stato deciso di recente. Non mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse piccola, e il secondo piano era ancora in grado di camminare sulle scale, senza ascensore, e ho pensato che avrei dovuto spostare i bagagli pesanti sulle scale. Il secondo giorno nessuno si e'imballato. Quando ho parlato con la ricetta, ha detto che la gente di ricetta e'andata. Ho chiesto almeno di cambiare le tute. Questa richiesta è ancora soddisfatta. La gente di ricetta e'anche un hotel esclusivo.Anche la varietà di colazione è poca.La ricetta e'una persona che non ha 24 ore. Torna a prendere il bambino e cambia l'hotel.
