Checked in at middle of the night. No problem in check-in. Rooms was good bathroom was little smaller but clean. Good cozy mattress and nice feeling of hotel. Breakfast next day has 3 types of fruits which was nice and waffles were tasty!

Il letto era duro come una roccia. Le mutandine erano piatte, sottili e duri. L'unità AC non poteva essere spostata di 60 gradi. L'intero posto profumava come fumo e ****. Quando la gente nella stanza accanto a noi cominciò a fumare, si sedì sotto la porta accanto. Nessun animale domestico è stato consentito. Il WiFi era così cattivo che non avrebbe nemmeno collegato al mio telefono o al portatile. I ciechi non avevano una foglia di cappuccio, quindi se li aprissi tutti i passanti potevano vedere direttamente nella stanza. Nessuna guida TV. Nessun colazione servita. Questo hotel è un buon hotel per le persone che cercano una stanza economica per stare in casa mentre passano la notte. Non rimanere qui per più di una notte, con la tua famiglia, o per niente veramente.

1 Luglio Io sono andato a controllare . Ho avuto due prenotazioni . Arrivo alle 3:00 . La signora del desk front ha detto che solo una delle mie stanze erano pronte e i custodi erano ancora pulire le altre stanze . Le ho detto che stavo bene che torno subito . Tornai alle 6:30 e lei disse che la mia altra stanza non era ancora pronta e ci erano 12 persone davanti a me che non avevano ancora una stanza 🤦🏾‍♀️ A questo punto sono confusa . La signora del divano di fronte disse che doveva chiamare il suo cibo per la situazione che sta accadendo con i custodi, quindi io ero li' aspettando pazientemente, aspettando per circa 15 minuti, finché non mi sono lasciato perche' era terribile. Il lobby era confezionato con un gruppo di persone che non avevano una stanza e in quel momento mi sono arrabbiato. La signora del divano mi ha detto che la stanza era pronta per me, dovevano andare a servizio perché un ospite ha detto che era profumata come *********, quindi ora sono davvero confusa perché ha dato la mia stanza che era pronta. Le ho detto di cancellare la prenotazione.Prima di tutto, è stato un weekend di vacanza, non dovrebbe mai essere in un secondo turno da sola. (Ha lavorato sodo) La lobby era caricata con PPL solo aspettando e lamentando.Secondo loro hanno bisogno di più custodi. Se sapessi che avevi solo tre custodi in quel giorno la gestione avrebbe dovuto essere lì per pulire le loro stanze.
