TOOK ME OVER 2 HOURS TO CHECK IN!!!!!! Because they charge me wrong on the upgrade!!!!! Worst hotel experience with this guy - Greg - Very rude, unprofessional and feeling he is smart and trying to take advantage on the guest. Not being helpful at all. They charge me completely wrong on our upgrade, and basically refused to correct their problem! And different front desk gave me completely different number on the upgrades and refused to take any responsibility but force you to pay! Totally horrible experience overall…. Well, here is the update, when we checked out, they charged me wrong again, totally ignored what they have promised. I even have them printed out when I’m checking in on how much they will charge at the end, and today when we checked out, they charged wrong again!!!!!! As if those two hours at check in is all wasted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL! They will do everything they could to rip you off.

UUtente ospiteI bambini qui sono stati grandi, perché hanno una piscina e un tubo caldo. Ci siamo andati fino alle 7 e non c'era molto gente. La stanza era pulita con cammino in doccia e un tubo da bagno. Ho trovato il nostro soggiorno in gran parte. Torneremo!!

After reading the previous reviews, it seems that ruining guest's birthdays are a common occurrence. I made plans to celebrate a milestone birthday 4/14-4/16. I reserved 2 rooms well in advance, received a confirmation email on Monday 4/10. On Thursday evening I called the hotel to confirm that one of the rooms was handicap accessible. Within minutes of my inquiry I received a untrue. phone call from someone named Tony. He identified himself as the hotel manager and informed me that my reservations were being canceled and I was banned from the hotel due to a conflict back in mid January 2023. I allowed a party that had been identified as a victim of domestic violence to stay in my room. Although I didn't stay in the room, I was using it to shower etc while my hot water heater was being replaced. Within the first 24 hours of check in I discovered that other persons that were not authorized to use the room were staying in it. I immediately informed the front desk and accompanied security to the room to identify the the unauthorized parties in the room. Tony stated that this incident was not the first time I ”had caused issues”. That is absolutely untrue. I have never been notified of ANY damages, nor I have ever lost a security deposit. To confirm a reservation several days in advance and then cancel it less than 24 hours before guest check-in is unacceptable. My best friend and her significant other were making a difficult trip to be here for my celebration. Her s/o has been in and out of Craig hospital for the past several months. This trip was really going to be the first chance they've had to hang out with friends since his accident. To have to call them and tell them not to come was embarrassing for me and a huge disappointment for them. It was ok for me to spend my time and money in their casinos for the past 3 months without hearing a word about an issues with the hotel. You put a huge damper on what was to be a fun celebration for me as well as ruining some well deserved respite for my friends. Well Done.
