UUtente ospiteSono stato lì 3 volte, e l'ultimo era davvero 😡. La stanza è pulita, il desk front è così caldo e tutto è perfetto tranne il servizio colazione. Il primo giorno di colazione è venerdì mattina, la ragazza asiatica era così carina e ci è permesso prendere il caffè Starbucks dal frigo che era incluso nel nostro piano di colazione. Il sabato mattina, tuttavia, il bar bar server era una vecchia signora bianca e lei non ha detto niente caffè Starbucks, ieri ho detto che era OK e lei ha risposto oggi è oggi! Credo sia la proprietaria di questo hotel e ha cambiato la politica per una notte! Inoltre, era brutta perché il mio lungo capello cadde sul banco di controllo e disse: “I tuoi capelli!” Mi ha colpito la reazione! Ho contaminato il banco di controllo? ***!

UUtente ospiteIl San Luis Resort e Spa è il migliore 8n Galveston PIRIOD!!!! Ogni volta che porto la mia famiglia, restiamo sempre qui e ogni volta che superano le nostre aspettative. Tutto è molto gentile, attento e sempre vuole andare il miglio extra per voi. In questa particolare viaggio siamo venuti qui perché era il concorso di danza nazionale di mia figlia, così come il suo compleanno e sopra quel compleanno di mia moglie e io, e quando facevo il check-in ho menzionato Connie al divano front e lei ha suggerito E' un'operazione di N8CE per mia moglie e mia figlia. Connie e Camille il concierge si occupava di tutto, hanno avuto una dozzina di rose rosse e strawberry copertura in cioccolato per mia moglie e un torto di compleanno e un piccolo mazzo di fiori per mia figlia e mi hanno fatto sembrare il migliore!!! Grazie tante Connie e Camille, ragazzi sono grandi!! . Voglio ringraziare anche tutti i TH3 Resort, tutti i ragazzi del Vallet Parking erano sempre gentili, la cameriera alla piscina. Mi dispiace non avere i nomi, ma erano grandi anche. So che potrei essere un po' più costoso, ma dico sempre: ”Tu hai quello che hai pagato e quello che è più economico finirà molto più costoso!”

DDevyani NWe were a guest who was fortunate enough to not stay in GRAND GALVEZ .But decided to dine in Monarch Restaurant after looking at the hotel review.The reservation was at 9 pm but we got there early about 8.45pm. We were greeted by a lady in the host stand. She offered a table option (banquet or a table) we took the banquet. We were seated there,I took a look around there was no one in the restaurant except us. It took 15 min for someone to comes to our table. My husband order for a bottle of rose wine. Which to my surprise the bottle was already open. I'm a hospitality professional too. So when the bottle was brought to me the label was already open. We were not even asked if we actually wanted still or sparking water. We were served two water. The rose was served to me as my husband was going drinking. My husband wanted lemon wedges which literally took 15min to get to table,Neither I was offered a taste before serving. Nevertheless the server asked if we need anything else. And we were ready to order. But she left and came back after a while. We order for the catch of day (Red Snapper for me and my husband opt for a grilled chicken). While we were waiting for the food to come. My husband noticed that the table was wobbling. We still ignore but the wobbling got worse. The server got our food we were so excited to try to food. The first bite I took what I saw was a prawn that was not deveined. I kept it aside. The grilled chicken was completely burnt out from the bottom and still it was served. We didn't wanted to make any scene so we started eating. The server came back to check if everything was fine. I did mention about the prawn. After a while she came back to two piece of prawn as complimentary. It so embarrassing as I expected at least a manager will come by so that I could asked for a table change as it was getting difficult to eat in a wobbling table. I never wanted a free or complimentary prawn. After a while the host came back to check we did mention about the table. To my surprise was she took a napkin asked my husband to push himself aside and stuffed a napkin underneath. It was so shocking that the whole restaurant was empty and we was not offered a alternative table. To my notice I could see that have set up the table for breakfast so I assume that any other was not available for us. It was so disappointing that we literally felt that the staff was treating us to be less capable of having to afford to eat the restaurant. To add up to all this we had flies in and around our table and fruit flies in and around our food too. To be honest I didn't wanted to take a single bite of the foot anymore. Myself and my husband left our food half done. After all this we wanted to just leave and asked for the check. The server did not even bother to check why we barely touch our food. The server and the lady who sat us brings us a cheese cake for my birthday and apologize for the inconvenience. It was evident that the restaurant close at 10.00p

Necessita di alloggio conveniente vicino a tutti i luoghi di business vicino. Il check-in rapido aveva fatto le prenotazioni. Terzo piano lontano dall'autostradaquiet & lontano dall'ascensore. Disposizioni minime nella stanza, ma la microonde e il frigo erano necessità. Buona pressione dell'acqua di doccia calda. Letto della Regina - meh. TV a schermo molto piccolo, considerando la dimensione della camera. Cortine non sarebbero completamente vicini a bloccare la luce solare presto. Animali amichevoli, non fumatori. Molti viaggiatori di business. Stampa a uso ospite in lobby. Nessun ristorante o colazione, ma un “shop” all'interno per comprare piccoli articoli da pranzo e snacks. Gran cereali, nessun latte disponibile. Aveva i bagni da comprare. Dritto fuori dal I-45–molto vicino a grandi ristoranti per tutti i pasti. Solo 5 miglia da. Circa 15 mi a sud dell'aeroporto di Hobby.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era molto buono, il colazione era OK, le strutture come il bar sono chiuse perché il covid si sta alleviando se fosse stato aperto, non come ci sarebbe una grande folla in essa. Il colazione dovrebbe essere aperto più di 9:00 a causa di persone che amano dormire in vacanza, e dove si offre colazione, dovrebbe essere in grado di ottenere qualche quando si alzano!!! Una colazione più rapida, come muffin (solo aveva blueberry entrambi i giorni eravamo li). Il caffè nella stanza potrebbe essere più abbondante, (solo aveva un pacchetto di caffè regolare per 2 persone per 2 giorni) 3 pacchetti di caffè altrimenti. Tutto detto e fatto, i letti erano confortevoli e l'ac funzionava molto bene. Grazie per aver preso anche animali! Godetevi il nostro soggiorno e torneremo.

Ma siate reali, quando si passa tutto il giorno sulla spiaggia a divertirsi e a diventare indossato di piume, l'ultima cosa che si preoccupa quando tornate all'hotel per pulire e riposare sono cose come chip di pittura, crack, pavimento lumpy, ecc. Ho trovato un po' di capelli liberi su cose ogni volta che le signore erano arrivate, ma ehi... Lo stesso accade a McDs (🤢) ma questa volta, non ho cercato di mangiare qualcosa che hanno pulito, quindi tutto in tutto... Un grosso pollice in alto! Grande posizione, comoda letto, prezzo decente, facile check-in, servizio amichevole,

Comfortable beds, clean smelling , well appointed for this class of hotel. Covid still rules as no breakfast offered, can't wait for that to end. Bathroom showing some wear which is notorious here on the coast, even for a relatively new building. Quiet, good location, not near the beach but in Galveston nothing is far away.

UUtente ospiteThe first night I was there they gave my room key to a very drunk that wasn't a registered guest, I called the office to ask for help. They said someone will be right up, NO ONE EVER came. I finally had to call the police after about an hour of her banging and yelling at my door, my children frightened of course. They took her to jail. I went down to the office to see why someone gave my key to this very very drunk lady. Not even bothering you check with me to see if I wanted her to have a key or if I knew her or anything. The one guy that was there said I don't know who have her a key. Lying straight to my face. I asked when the manager would be in and name, he said 10 and gave me a guys name. Considering how late it, I wanted to calm my daughters down and get them to sleep. The next morning, I made them change my room. I went from a partial ocean view to a brink wall view. The room was like a cave! Not to mention giant bugs and baseboards literally falling down. This was around 11ish, I waited was for the manager. The manager didn't even get there until 1145a. Then when I asked to speak to him and was informed it was a woman (another lie) she would even come out of her office to talk to me about my safety concerns for my children and I. Telling me to speak with the GM the following day when I would already be gone. I asked for a refund they said since I need oked through them I would have to cancel through them first. I spent and hour or n the phone with them as they we're unsuccessfully able to get ahold of the manager who was the one one who could fix this issue. However, again she refused to talk to anyone. However passing along the message since it was after 12 she wasn't going to give me a refund for the night I wasn't staying or doing anything to fix the issue from the night before. At this police police and my lawyer are going to have to get involved since clearly they do not care about the safety and well being of their guest. Nor, give refunds when they screw up. So I had to cut the trip short and watch my daughters cry because we we're now going to have to drive 6hrs home and not get to play in the sand. I paid 675 bucks for this nightmare! Not to mention the deposit! So livid right now!

MMishkoC'è un odore strano quando cammini nell'alloggio. Tutto era abbastanza pulito ma c'era un buco casuale nella parete davanti agli ascensori del primo piano. Il colazione era un tipico colazione continentale. Il sito di viaggio dice piscina interna ma è fuori. Non ho visto nessuna sala fitness. Il tubo aveva aree di caviglia che erano mancanti. Ma nel complesso ho goduto il mio soggiorno.
