L'hotel si trova a circa 4 miglia dal campus UF e allo stadio di calcio, a pochi passi da un negozio/divertimento/di business completamente sviluppato. Parcheggio gratuito in struttura di parcheggio, piacevole e veloce check-in e check-out. La nostra camera era ben decorata, pulita, senza odore. Le lame erano fresche e comode. Non avevamo acqua calda per la doccia la mattina, la serata tardiva non era problema. A/C era molto alto, la persona dorme vicino a un vento a/c sveglia ogni volta che a/c si sveglia. Disegno sbagliato.Torniamo, dobbiamo solo controllare la posizione di A/C in particolare.

Mi è piaciuto questo hotel per la sua spaziosa e è un bagno. Così molti hotel ora non forniscono bagno e non sono solo una ragazza da doccia. Non abbiamo trovato una macchina per il ghiaccio. Le camere sono suite con frigorifero completo in loro. Il nostro ghiaccio nel frigo era sbloccato, quindi ci è voluto molto tempo per ottenere qualsiasi ghiaccio. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, era congelato all’interno. Ho dovuto sedermi sul divano con la giacca indossata e il cappello extra su di me per riscaldare.

Christina and Matt are excellent hosts for this boutique hotel. They provided wonderful service and help during my stay. Christina made me feel comfortable making the room sparkling clean and giving me directions to local spots. Matt carried my suitcase down the block and upstairs to my room. He also gave me directions to local spots. The hotel is located downtown Gainesville not far from St. Francis House, a homeless shelter. This was a concern for me a single woman. So I was careful after dark. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. And within walking distance of the courthouse. My room was the Downtown Studio. It is beautifully appointed with pictures modern kitchen, walk-in shower and modern bath amenities. The queen bed is very soft but firm enough to support you. The air conditioner drowned out the street noise which was very convenient.

Migliore esperienza mai avuta in un hotel BW. Upgrade di camera, gestione perfetta. Consigliatissimo per tutto ciò che mi è stato fornito durante il mio soggiorno. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro ma è comodo per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni (casa di Elvis)

This was a one night stay in Gainesville that was made even better by the convenient location just off the Interstate. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room on the top floor with a balcony. The room itself was large, well designed and lacking any signs of wear. The bathroom was spacious and well designed except for the height of the rack of dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. Whoever installed that rack was clearly over six feet tall and I was left having to stretch to reach them. Sound funny? It wasn't!

Our experience was excellent from the minute we entered the hotel. Every single associate was upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Our room had a sofa, desk, microwave, TV, coffee maker, small frig. and terrific bed. Bathroom was roomy, clean and even had a night light. We even had dinner in the dining/social area...we shared 3 large and yummy appetizers and a bottle of wine. Breakfast was made to order, not self-made waffles and kept-warm eggs...nice surprise to start the day. There was even a small ”store” with single serve wines, microwaveable meals, snacks...and a full bar. I was ready to move in!

BBarbtravellerHyatt garantisce sempre la qualità, la pulizia, il servizio - nessuna sorpresa. Il personale è molto attento. Il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto di prendere degli asciugamani e sono stati portati in camera entro 15 minuti. Non c'era nessuna pulizia automatica nella seconda notte del soggiorno, ma non era necessaria per noi.
La strada a nord dell'hotel è in corso di riparazione, limitando l'accesso a alcuni ristoranti.

UUtente ospiteMia moglie e io eravamo molto sorpresi di quanto la camera e il bagno fossero puliti, di quanto l'intera struttura fosse confortevole, ci piacevano i piani compositi che erano nella camera e nel bagno e quanto fossero moderne. Anche la TV ha avuto molti canali che erano accettabili di guardare per quella sera.
In passato ci siamo trasferiti a Fairfield Inn per la qualità e la pulizia delle loro strutture, ma credo che questo sia stato proprio li' con il loro funzionamento.
Anche la qualità del colazione complementare è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
Mantenetelo a posto mia moglie e penso che abbiamo una nuova scelta di hotel per rimanere.

UUtente ospiteHotel molto pulito e moderno.Amo il pavimento di piastrelle di marmo bianche e la moderna stanza pulita. Ma il colazione è cattivo, poche scelte e solo un lavoratore! Quindi i cibi sono lasciati riempiti tutto il tempo, ho dovuto aspettare come un'ora solo per riempire qualcosa! È stata una cattiva esperienza di colazione! Non dovrebbero lasciare che i cibi scappano!!!!

And to make it even sweeter; this stay was for free, because of my Red Rewards Points. It’s always nice an clean, and the staff is fantastic. My rabbits live it here too. UUtente ospiteI was greeted by a older black woman, whom she stated was the manager of this facility, and does NOT need to be. Her lack of professionalism, is staggering, and over due for a review of her behavior. She is way too old to act in th manner she did with my husband and I. She hold faced, lied to me and told me she was refunding me for the entirety of our stay because we were given a dirty room, she actually tried kicking me out, bc I complained about her giving me a dirty room, instead of a professional whom would have offered different accomodations, she yelled and berated me, the customer who was given the filthy room that was not cleaned from 10 years ago, much less after the last guest. Do not believe me, well look at my photos. There was a used condom wrapper wrapped up in the ball of sheets that were to be my bed for the night, not on the bed, but shuffled all over the bed, as if someone slept in th bed VERY HARD, which made the fitted sheet to come off, no blanket no pillows, just a top and bottom sheet, and the used condom wrapper. The floors where not swept or vaccumed , there was trash everywhere in the room, the baseboards where black with mold and dust, the tables had trash all over them, there was dried blood all over the bathroom floor, there was this thick black moldy green substance almost on every square Inch of the inner bathroom which stood the toilet, and bathtub shower area and I am not exaggerating in the least bit. And on top of all that, the tub did not drain, so not only was there this black sludgey mold stuff on every crevice, it was in every crack of the inner bathroom floor (see photo of beside the toilet. And there was a green/black ring inside the tub from lack of cleaning after bathing in the tub bc it did not drain left the filth of whoever was in there that night before, in this case the last ten years of it's use, it had not been cleaned. There is no way anyone had done any cleaning too this room. (SEE PHOTOS). I went and got food before we even went inside our room, but the black lady, elderly wasn't there it was a white woman who was also elderly and she was very kind, and did everything she could to make it right, she promised a full refund for the two nights bc she could not give me another room, and I didn't have the money to go set up another room for us, even if they refunded me to my card, bc it doesn't go back to your card instantly, it can take up to two weeks for that too occur if not longer, so we were stuck here, for those two days. She offered me clean sheets pillows, some cleaning supplies, but could not give me another room even though it was without working air, and/or cleaned from last guest. Something struck me as odd, when I told her what room I was in, she said, ”well, no wonder, why'd they put you in there.” This made me think they have certain rooms for certain guests, and I was just unlucky, bc the ”good” rooms were already booked up, so I got the room they have for the crackheads
