È stata una piacevole esperienza di soggiorno a Kimpton the Shane. La custodia a casa è stata fatta ogni giorno. Belle toilette sono state fornite, sostituite come richiesto/requisito. Siamo stati li' per visitare la città, ma potrebbe anche essere un bel posto per soggiornare, poiché hanno molte opzioni di servizio in camera insieme a un bar e ristorante attaccato!

UUtente ospiteI am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have been loyal to Marriott for 7 years. I’ve stayed at Marriott chains all over the country & this location has the worst customer service & staff by FAR. First of all the security for the hotel attempted to hit on me during our first interaction but I kindly turned him down bc I am married. Very unprofessional when you’re at work! Secondly upon checking in the room, there were stains on the curtains, couch and a cigarette burn hole on the bar stool. No seats for the balcony or any privacy on the balcony. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner & the sheets on the bed were not the correct size, there was a mattress cover but no fitted sheet. We didn’t even complain! The real issue came when we were woken up at 8:30am by security BANGING on the door like the Swat team. He literally woke me and my daughter up and was at the door telling my husband that we were smoking and that he could smell it and that we needed to leave the property and would be charged a $500 fine! I immediately told him that we were not smoking and that we smell smoke too and my husband had an incense burning to block the smoke smell from getting to my daughter. We are not tattle tells so we did not care to call downstairs to make it an issue, it was easier to light the incense. We literally travel with these incense bc sometimes there are pet or smoke smells at some of these hotels. The security guard seemed to not care about what I was telling him so I told him not to come back to my room without a manager. He came back twice WITHOUT the manager, said the manager was unavailable and brought a luggage cart telling us we needed to leave or he was going to call the police! I told him to call them bc I was not leaving without a refund. He kept lying to his manager on the phone saying that we were refusing to leave but not telling him what I was saying which was COME BACK WITH YOUR MANAGER. The security guy was extremely rude & aggressive and needs to be FIRED. The manager FINALLY came up to the room 20 min later smh and when he did I offered him to come inside and smell or take a look bc we had nothing to hide. He said he could smell smoke but not tell what it was and I informed him we had an incense burning. He asked us to put it out and said that we couldn’t burn incense or light candles at this hotel. That was my first time hearing a no incense or candle burning policy from Marriott. He told us we were fine and to enjoy the rest of our stay without even addressing the rude behavior from security. I told him we would be checking out immediately and calling Marriott customer service for a full refund for being woken up and harassed. I called customer service as I was checking out to file a complaint and ask for assistance with getting a refund. Well here it is a week later and the hotel STILL hasn’t given me a refund or returned my deposit! Customer service team said the manager said he would not be returning my funds so I’ve escalated it to

Bello lobby di stile europeo con colori lucidi e spazi aperti. Angel, agente di front desk, mi ha assegnato alla stanza 218. Carlos, custode/manutenzione, mi ha caricato le valigie su un carro. Ho dato a Carlos dieci dollari (dieci dollari). Abbiamo andato all'ascensore. Carlos aveva la chiave della mia stanza. Ho datogli la chiave della mia macchina e gli ho chiesto di parcheggiare la mia macchina. C’era un cattivo ordine nella stanza che pensavo fosse di Carlos. Carlos ha riportato le chiavi della mia macchina. Ho sputato la stanza con la mia Lysol. L’odore non era notabile nel bagno. Ho fatto scendere al bar. Sono tornato in camera. Mi sono vestito e sono andato a letto. L'odore era nel letto. Mi sono addormentato e mi sono svegliato tosse violentamente circa le 3:00. Juliana, 19-year vecchio revisore notturno, ha accettato di trasferirmi nella stanza 216. Tuttavia, lei era l'unica persona che lavorava e non poteva lasciare il desktop. Dovevo rimanere nella stanza profumata fino a quando Dominique venne a spostarmi alle 7:30. Marriott Corporation ha portato il mio caso alla gestione dei rischi e al dipartimento giuridico. Chris Spears, direttore generale dell'Aloft in Alpharetta, ha 28 anni, solo 5 anni con la Marriott Corporation. Non è addestrato a gestire l'Aloft Hotel. Il barista ha anche 28 anni. Sembra che Chris Spears abbia assunto i suoi amici inesperti per Il servizio di manutenzione, il bar e il suo amico JP al di fuori del dipartimento. The shuttle was timely even considering the number of extra people they had to accommodate with canceled flights. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and bed comfortable. The hair and body products (from the Zero% Collection) have a nice fragrance. The room has several amenities if needed including a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. And there’s a hot water and coffee station in the lobby. I did not have time to use the gym but it’s stocked with cold water bottles, lots of free weights and even has one Peloton. There’s gated parking if you have a car. I look forward to staying there again.

La stanza che ci hanno messo era molto calda e non potevamo rilassarla. L'unità AC non funzionava. Dicono che l'hotel era prenotato, ma avevano una stanza e sono andati a controllare l'AC prima di spostarci. Miglior movimento che abbiamo fatto. Il colazione mattina era uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto in un hotel. C'era un certo amore che andava a servire cibo. Grazie anche a coloro che lo preparavano ogni mattina. Abbiamo preso la navetta dell'aeroporto per prendere la nostra auto in affitto e ci siamo recati con caffè fresco prima di check-out. Grazie mille per aver fatto questo soggiorno super facile e confortevole.

Il colazione è pigro, salsa seduto in un panino pieno di grasso, so che il salsa è grasso, ma non l'ho mai visto servito seduto in un panino pieno di grasso. Non mangiare. Il primo giorno le stick francesi di tosta erano bloccate e metà cucinate. La torta di frutta non è mai riempita. Caricare $15 per questo è pazzesco!! Dirò che i collaboratori del colazione sono dolci e utili. Il parcheggio è ridicolo, devo pagare 45 dollari al giorno per un assistente per andare a parcheggiare la mia auto a 50 piedi. Questo è solo vantaggio delle persone. Dovrei poter parcheggiare la mia auto invece di essere sbrigata fuori dalla mia auto cercando di prendere tutte le mie cose, borse d'affari, ecc. Le strade sono molto alte tutta la notte. Gli ospiti del ghetto hanno potuto dire le parole peggiori e parlare in qualsiasi modo volevano parlare alti davanti agli altri ospiti e ai bambini. Questo è un hotel amico della famiglia, poiché l'acquario, il Coke Museum, il Centennial Park sono tutti situati a pochi passi. Buona fortuna se avete bisogno di asciugamani, di un cappello extra, o qualunque cosa, la custodia non pulisce o riempie nulla, e questo è il mio terzo giorno. Devi chiamare e chiedere, ma il telefono non funziona nella stanza e ho dovuto usare il mio cellulare per chiamare il desktop. Ho dovuto andare a prenderlo da solo e il ragazzo non poteva entrare nel cassetto di legno perché qualcuno ha chiuso la porta e non avevano una chiave. Doveva andare in una stanza aperta e portarlo via da lì, SSH. Ho pagato oltre 200 dollari per notte per rimanere qui e sono molto deluso. Non sarò tornato. Andrò a rimanere al supercaro, antiquato, Westin invece e pagare per un Uber per guidarmi e la mia famiglia dove dobbiamo andare.

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato in molti hotel IHG, tra cui Holiday Inn. Ho soggiornato in nuove, vecchie e ristrutturate proprietà e ho avuto esperienze positive. Ho soggiornato in hotel Northlake quando sto visitando la famiglia. Ho scelto questo hotel perché sono familiare con il marchio, e ha offerto il tasso più basso di circa $20. Mi sentivo come avevo trovato un sacco. Dall'esterno, l'hotel è un hotel standard e piacevole, anche se le palme fuori davanti erano un po' sospette per Atlanta. L'albicocca sembra buona. Ma dopo l'ispezione, le cose sono peggiorate. Non è stato permesso l’ingresso posteriore all’edificio; quindi, si deve camminare verso l’ingresso laterale o frontale. L'ascensore sembra mantenuto male; le strade erano buie con un intenso fluorescenza e avevano un forte odore di ”vecchia casa”. C'era anche l'odore di pote (e non ho problemi con questo, ma lo faccio quando sono in un hotel). Per quanto riguarda la stanza, aveva quel vecchio odore, la cabina per la pendenza dei vestiti sembrava ben indossata e sradicata. Il divano era ben indossato. La distanza non aveva la copertura della batteria. C’erano i capelli nel bacino. La mattina, l'acqua non si sdraiava fuori dal bagno mentre si docciava. Questo era l'ultimo panno per me. Ho controllato due giorni prima. Capisco che siano molto negativi, ma mi permetta di sottolineare alcune cose. Prima, il letto era nuovo e molto comodo. In secondo luogo, il personale, dal ricevitore al personale di manutenzione, era * molto bello* e *accomodante*. Qualsiasi richiesta che ho fatto è stata soddisfatta, e tutti erano veramente orgogliosi e felici di lavorare lì. Vorrei che l'hotel fosse fisicamente piacevole quanto il personale. E anche se l'hotel è stato ristrutturato, è necessario fare di più. Attualmente, questo hotel non dovrebbe essere contrassegnato da un Holiday Inn.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra stanza era deliziosa! La nostra stanza era di fronte agli alberi e si sentiva come se fossimo in una casa. La suite era davvero ben pensata e avevamo tutto ciò che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole e tranquillo! È stato anche molto bello avere la colazione lì per noi, anche goderci il lobby mentre aspettavamo il giorno dopo che la nostra famiglia arrivasse.Era tranquillo e ben tenuto e soleggiato. :)
(Il titolo Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport ci sta ingannando. Siamo da Arizona & pensavamo se dicesse nello stesso titolo che sarebbe giusto per l'aeroporto di Atlanta. Non c'era una navetta che andasse a Comfort Suites, E finì di essere abbastanza duro e tempo per arrivare là! Finì di arrivare in un furgone sbagliato, e ci costa $40 per avere il conducente ci consegna.)
