Non ho mai scritto un recensione prima, ma sono costretto a farlo perché l'hotel RA è un'operazione di prima classe che merita il riconoscimento. Questo è coerente perché ho rimasto qui più di una volta. Inviavo un ”grazie” e la mia recensione personale alla GM Rosco, Jon, Lindsey e Jen per il grande servizio tutto il tempo e ogni volta.Per esempio, Rosco è attento e amichevole da check-in fino alla partenza, Lindsey è stata chiesta di lavorare un doppio per coprire un dipendente malato eppure si è presentata per riparare la mia TV quando volevamo guardare Netflix. Mi sorprendeva quanto fosse felice di aiutarmi, che mi mostra davvero quanto mette in primo piano gli ospiti! So solo che ha lavorato un doppio perché l'ho vista durante il turno di giorno e ora era 9:00. Anche Jon al divano frontale è cortese, affascinante e approfondito. Il tempo mi impedisce di citare molti altri esempi specifici. In qualità di membro dell'associazione del giudice del tribunale distrettuale di Minnesota ho raccomandato l'AR come un futuro centro di seminari. So che la forma più alta di lode è un rinvio e io raccomanda l'AR senza Avete dubbi, fidati che il servizio che ricevete è esteso a Tutti gli ospiti. Grazie Running Aces torno!

The management of this hotel is just in business for a money grab. They are understaffed and communication is poor at best. There is rarely someone at the front desk and even calling from the desk phone didn't bring anyone to the desk. We ended up sitting in our car for a half hour waiting until someone appeared. Once we did check in the clerk very rudely informed us that the breakfast and pool area was for guests only (2 per room) and for any additional guests there was a fee for both. There was no need to tell us as there was a sign indicating this and we were checking in with only 2 people. There is no cleaning service if you are staying multiple days. I understand this is a new operating practice post COVID (desk clerk told us it was a privacy issue) but it should be communicated. When we asked for clean towels we were told we had to bring the used towels to the front desk in order to receive clean towels as replacements. We talked to other guests and their room was missing sheets on the bed. There is Wi-Fi but the code is not provided on the room key envelope. Most hotels include breakfast hours on the weekends until 10 a.m. but it was only from 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. and a very poor selection. The owner/manager also kept his Jaguar parked in a handicap spot our entire visit and there was not a handicap plate or placard in the car (we knew it was his by the vanity plate). The price of this hotel was definitely not worth it.

Disappointed in their management. We were surprised to find out at check-in that the pool area hot tub wasn't working but there was no notice of that online. There was just a sign on the front desk. Then we found that the pool was cold and the treadmill was also not working. My husband and I rarely get a relaxing, romantic night away and were looking forward to using all the amenities but couldn't. I expressed our disappointment to 2 managers and said that we understand things don't always work, but we would have had the opportunity to look for a place elsewhere if we had simply known in advance. One manager didn't reply, and the other told me that I could have just cancelled my reservation when we arrived (no, we couldn't - we had all our bags, we were exhausted and we wanted the suite that we had reserved). I requested a partial refund but that was ignored. So their message was this: not knowing that their amenities weren't working in advance was our fault. However, many hotels put on their website what amenities aren't currently working but this hotel doesn't, and nothing is mentioned in emails confirming your reservation. So if you stay here (and especially if you book online like I did as a Hilton Honors member), be sure to call and ask if things are working, because if you don't and are disappointed, they'll put the blame on you.
