Stavamo per rimanere qui solo per una notte, ma finì di tornare per altre due notti consecutive. La nostra stanza era pulita e molto ben posata. Hunter era molto utile e ci ha portato tutto quello che ci serviva. Ci fermeremo di nuovo se siamo nella zona! Molto consiglia questo posto!

Mi sono svegliato fresco pronto a uccidere il giorno dopo aver avuto un buon sonno.I letti sono sorprendenti qui!Le camere sono pulite.Nessun rumore di traffico.Ma...Sono andato a fare colazione solo per scoprire che non c'era nessuno.Sì. Non cibo per voi, a meno che non paghi. Entrai nella stanza dove c'era la cena e la signora disse: ”8 dollari per persona”. Ho chiesto di guardare la cena e sembrava buona, ma non sembrava buona. Voglio dire, quanto bene può essere un hotel sepolto? Bob Evans è proprio in giro. Inutile dire, ho passato e finalmente trovato il caffè gratuito che permettevano ai passeggeri in autostrada di avere. Tuttavia, questo è un bel hotel e probabilmente rimarremo qui di nuovo per i letti, ma è ridicolo pagare il colazione. Dicendo solo. Essere l'hotel migliore.Essere la catena superiore dell'hotel. Heck, essere gentile. Non c'è altro da aggiungere. Beh, un'altra cosa. Il personale di pulizia deve chiudere nelle sale fuori dalle stanze degli ospiti.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family and were underwhelmed on many levels. Upon check in the woman helping us was not friendly and not communicative except when it came to the parking fee. Yes, even though there is a massive parking lot encircling the hotel and adjacent shopping complex with few cars parked in it, there is a parking fee of $10 a day for self parking. This fee is not paid through the hotel but through a third party with a VR code. Our room was not cleaned the following day and the front desk person said that housekeeping forgot. Upon check out the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were bothering him by asking for a printout of the bill, informed us that the printer wasn’t working and disappeared as he was telling us that we only had a $3.00 charge. He was gone and we had no way to inform him that we didn’t charge anything. I am assuming that it was for a water but we are Hilton honors members and get 2 waters for free, but not this visit I guess. We will not stay here again and would not recommend others to stay here.

Amazing hotel, but awful staff in the AM. This hotel is modern, well maintained, clean rooms, and has everything you need. Great bar and restaurant, with friendly staff. The bartender was our waiter in the restaurant and very friendly. Buffett server was awesome. But the two ladies at the front desk Friday 6/22 at 7:00am were awful (blonde lady and another lady with shaved sides of head) I asked to see if I had breakfast in my reservation. One said she wasn’t logged in and couldn’t help, the other helped some guy that cut the line in front of me. When that guy left, I’m still waiting for simple help and got none. So just went to my breakfast. I would give it 5 stars if not for the unfriendly and lazy workers. Manager, take note. You are better than this.
