I am going to start by first saying that this review of mine is going to be a complete first. Throughout my travels I have not had the chance to revisit one Hotel or resort that I have been too even though I say i would and might one day that has not happened untiil now. My family and I have became avid hockey fans of the nearby ECHL team close to this hotel and fate bought us back 2 weeks in a row. I choice this hotel due to its location to the game and it was super close to almost everything. There was zero noise from the inside and out and we sleep like babies both visits. The downsides really happened on this last weekends trip and that deals with mainly customer service. Both trips we noted that the rooms had not been dusted in some time with a large collection of dust seen on the top of the frigerator and above the vent from the cooking area inside the room. At breakfast both on Saturday and Sunday the woman working the breakfast area was asked if they had anymore milk or spoons and both times was very rude and did not offer to get either for my family. I also seen this same worker be very rude to an older man who just asked what time they stopped serving. Housekeeping also asked me as i was on my way up to my room an hour prior to check out if we were checking out already because they needed to get a jump on cleaning the room and my reply was i still had one hour to check out. I also noted that as i passed on the first floor and ontop my floor at the top that trash was not being picked up as it was on my first visit and towles also were not being pickup up even at one point my room being ignored until the next morning. I also asked for extra towles the last day and those were never delieved. I also noted the first tip i had to call the front desk to get more towles sent to the pool area. I can say that this is my go to hotel to watch the games in the area but that customer service needs a touch up. Also i will note that the contactless check out does not work and i still after checking in on the app i still needed to go to the front desk.

Hotel molto pulito. Mi piace che si puliscano ogni giorno. Il tizio al divano era utile e reagente ogni volta che mi serviva. Ma non c'è parcheggio. La stanza era piccola rispetto ad altri che ho soggiornato. La stanza era molto piccola. La porta era quasi colpita dal bagno quando l'ho aperto. Non c'è streaming sulla TV dal telefono, anche se tutti gli hotel più recenti hanno. Perché sono qui in affari ho cercato di risparmiare denaro e mangiare ogni giorno. Difficile cucina da cucinare. Non hanno un forno di contro-top, quindi ti danno una sola piastra calda. Pot e panni sono più piccoli, ma non è stato un problema perché mangiavo per uno. Viaggio a lungo per il lavoro, quindi sono rimasto in molte suite. Una suite per me è più di qualcosa che si può vivere completamente fuori per un breve periodo di tempo. In genere è una piccola cucina, ma ha almeno una piccola 2 forno top counter e un piccolo forno. Questa non aveva nemmeno una che credo che la maggior parte delle suite di casa2 non siano comunque. Ma la situazione di parcheggio è ciò che l'ha portato fino ad ora per me. Molta costruzione sta andando avanti, ma c'è un Marriott dietro di essa con un parcheggio molto più grande. Ogni giorno dovevo parcheggiare in strada, ma il signore al divano era grande!

The hotel was lovely. The room was very clean and provided all of the basics. The staff was extremely accommodating and went to Great Lengths to make our stay comfortable. The front desk person actually helped my brother-in-law get a donut on his car after he blew out a tire. I saw consistent acts of kindness and consideration. Would very highly rate their staff. Housekeeping was efficient and always made sure our towels were replaced as needed and the garbage bags were supplied when requested. Rooms for able to maintain a cool environment despite very high temperatures outside. Internet worked well.

L'esperienza era buona, la stanza non era pulita la settimana in cui eravamo - il primo giorno, gettarono il letto sopra il letto non sostituiva nessuna legno o asciugamani.

Questo era uno dei migliori Hiltons che ho soggiornato. Ho soggiornato al più alto termine Hilton e il servizio clienti e la facilità di check-in e check-out su questo Hilton è stato il migliore. Tutti erano molto amichevoli e le camere erano estremamente pulite. Ci sono stati molti servizi. Il letto era molto confortevole e un sacco di spazio per il lavoro. Avrei consigliato questo hotel a chiunque si trova in questa zona. Grazie per il grande posto per restare.

ottimo servizio check in veloce

I stayed at the Courtyard over what appeared to be a skating competition. The hotel was busy but not overwhelming. It's close to everything you could possibly want or need shopping, activities, dining, nightlife, etc. The rooms was clean and well-appointed and the service was friendly. I highly recommend. Would stay again. Thank you, Courtyard, for a great stay!

La camera è ampia, le strutture sono complete, la salute è buona, l'ambiente è buono.
