Grande punto per viaggi di business a Lansing. Convenientemente situato a Lansing orientale vicino allo Stato del Michigan. Il personale è stato incredibilmente utile, amico e centro clienti. Bello lobby e bar alberghi e conveniente parcheggio in auto al ponte sottostante. Le camere sono pulite, forniscono servizi e TV intelligenti. Rimanerei qui, assolutamente, la prossima volta che sono nella zona.

Hotel bellissimo con camere uniche e tecnologia moderna. Tutti sono stati molto carini e di aiuto durante il soggiorno.

Booked a 5 night stay at the hotel via ******* in August 2023 and arrived at 1:30 a.m. after a long drive from Chicago but only spent one night and checked-out the next morning. The hotel was filthy, dark and dirty hallways with almost no lighting, the room was dirty with dust and dried paint flakes everywhere and smelled of wet paint and/or melted plastic or some kind of solvent. The bathroom was even worst, dirty with hairs all over the towels and in the bathtub. Went to see the night manager but he said he does not see any issues and would have ”no problems sleeping well at the hotel”. Went back to the room to try to sleep and in the middle of the night smelled something burning but could not find the cause so did not sleep as was afraid of a fire. In the morning found that one of the lamp had shorted as the lamp no longer worked. On check-out the hotel charged us USD$90 penalty for early check-out, that we gladly paid! Went to stay at a Marriott instead, lesson learned and should have trusted the bad comments already on ******* from other guests but had thought could not be that bad and the location was ideal for us, we were wrong! Should have stayed with a major hotel chains that we always use. We have stayed at a few hotels in 3rd world countries that were better than this! ******* should pull this listing on their website as it is not fit to be listed for their customers to stay at, or at least have it checked to verify comments/ratings from their customers.

The Hyatt House Lansing/Univ Area exceeded my expectations! The hotel is quite new and provides outstanding service, excellent accomidations, a great location and postive overall experience. Riley checked us in and was an excellent help throughout our stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a clean, positive & welcoming experience.

Hotel is fine - clean, rooms are well appointed, large bathroom, typical Springhill Suites. Checkin was easy and front desk staff friendly. However the windows do not keep out any noise. I can hear someone coughing in the parking lot as I write this on the 4th floor. My daughter who can sleep through anything was unable to sleep here - a problem we’ve never had even in large cities. The HVAC system does not offer a constant fan setting for white noise. There’s general noise … cars, horns, car alarms Train tracks are nearby and the trains whistles each time they pass. I’m not sure how many times it came in the night but I know there was one around 11, two between 3 and 4 AM and some others. Somewhere in the night, the trash was picked up. Dumpsters banging, truck making the backup beeping sound. I assume it was picking up surrounding businesses as well because it went on for a long time. It’s possible that rooms on the back of the hotel may be quieter, I’m overlooking the parking lot. And I assume trash doesn’t get picked up every night so that won’t impact everyone,

La stanza era molto pulita e il ragazzo al divano era le mani in basso il più amichevole lavoratore dell'hotel che credo abbia mai incontrato, si fermò quello che faceva per venire a aiutarci al divano e rispose qualsiasi domanda che avevamo tutti mentre eravamo molto amichevole sarebbe Si raccomanda definitivamente questo posto a chiunque ha chiesto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due volte dall'inizio della laurea in MSU in autunno del '22. L'hotel è stato molto piacevole, sia con camere pulite, comode e spaziose. Questa volta abbiamo incontrato nostra figlia per celebrare un Natale tardi. La stanza ci ha ospitato per fare dei snack e stare a sedere confortevole e aprire i suoi regali nella zona del divano! Ero un modo di festeggiare senza prendere il suo spazio di vita condiviso o preoccuparsi di eccitare il suo bellissimo compagno di canino furry. La camera è stata pulita e spaziosa, il colazione è deliziosa, calda e piena. E la parte che ha reso il soggiorno così speciale è stato il desiderio di compleanno e il trattamento Cannoli che ho goduto per il mio compleanno dall'hotel! Era sopra e oltre per loro giocare insieme al nostro fine settimana di festa!

We first visited the hotel in 2017 for a week. This trip we stayed 26 days and it was a super time. First, all the staff deserves gold medals for their friendliness, helpfulness and all-around good cheer. They really make sure every guest is given their full attention. The room was clean and all the appliances and bathrooms worked well. The hotel public areas are well maintained. The laundry room worked out great for us. Nicely equipped fitness room. I whole-heartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the East Lansing area.
