Eravamo controllati nella stanza 126, con il letto re. Quando mio marito si sdraia sull'acqua nel bacino, era caldo. Non poteva ottenere la fiamma dell'acqua fredda per dare acqua fredda. Così come il bagno. Nel frattempo, mio marito ha detto che un socket ha sparato quando ha ritirato il caricatore del cellulare. La ricezione venne a controllare la situazione dell’acqua, la corse nel bacino e nel tubo, e concordò con noi, ma disse che la manutenzione era probabilmente andata a casa, quindi ci diede la stanza 118, che era un aggiornamento gratuito, e noi ci ribaltiamo e ci trasferimmo in quella stanza. Il letto era comodo. La mattina dopo abbiamo avuto colazione nella sala da pranzo, era tipico di Quality Inn-che era buono. La sala da pranzo era ben tenuta, come era il lobby. La mattina che abbiamo controllato, la ricezione ha detto che la manutenzione aveva guardato la rm 126 e l’acqua era buona; si diceva qualcosa circa le tubazioni che erano calde quando abbiamo controllato la stanza, quindi ci è voluto più tempo per registrare l’acqua per il freddo. Beh, questo è stato un ”primo” per noi - in tutti gli hotel che abbiamo soggiornato finora. Penso che qualcosa debba essere adattato con l'acqua in modo che sia gli ospiti che la ricezione non pensino che qualcosa sia sbagliato, in futuro.

Don't really have anything bad anything bad about the Inn itself. My wife and I stopped off here after the LSU Florida game just to sleep on our way to spend the day in the French Quarter before heading home. We stayed in room 424, check in went smooth, room was clean, and well furnished with a full-size fridge, two burner stove, full-size dishwasher, and microwave. ..was a little surprised with the nice walk-in shower...Bed was comfy..although each of us only had 1 flat pillow. I can say my only complaint about the room itself was the vinyl was coming off the office chair in the room. If you laid anything on it, it got everywhere. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars...is the location. You have to drive to the middle of nowhere. Inn lays about 8 miles down a long dark road, over an absolutely terrifying sketchy bridge, and it's nestled amongst some grimey looking casinos and oil refineries. The closest food joints are back near the interstate, about 8 to 10 miles away...so eat before you go or take it with you.

Loved loved this Amazing Plantation and Gardens. The Houmas House and Museum are just astonishing. We stayed two nights in a gorgeous junior suite. Very plush, very quiet. Every amenity you could think of. Very comfortable bed too!! We had no issues walking anywhere and we had use of golf carts if we needed them. We had dinner in the Carriage house. One of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Excellent attentive service. Food was amazing. Redfish, scallops, pumpkin and crawfish soup, and to die for white chocolate bread pudding. Along with great cocktails. Could not have been better!! Oh and the buffet breakfast in the am that comes with your stay here, is outstanding!! Fresh coffee, orange juice, grillades and grits to die for! Eggs, sausage, eggs and ham, homemade biscuits, potatoes, fresh jams, yogurts. What a spread. The grounds here are more beautiful than anywhere we have seen traveling all around the world. Black swans, white swans, ducks, peacocks, bunnies. Loved our stay!! Will be back. Loved the resident labs too. ❤️

The actual hotel experience was phenomenal, however, the hotel receptionist lied to me upon arrival . She stated that the hotel didn’t accept third party reservations. I knew that was a lie because I’ve used third parties reservations at their properties in the past. The undertones were quite obvious , however, I was not going to allow this to deter me after driving 8 hours. Once I called her out on it she had no choice but to honor the reservation. Many have probably had these issues and just walked away, I’m a fighter for righteousness and was not going to be a coward to allow this blatant foolishness to deter from a good night rest.. Marriott should implement sensitivity training.

Il personale era impeccabile, tutti così amichevoli e utili, ma le camere erano meno pulite e, in generale, molto povere considerando le altre opzioni della zona. Non potevamo usare il frigo nella stanza, le matite non avevano coperte di matite e le stanze si sentivano solo assorbite, e il personale di servizio portava i pannolini in sacchetti di spazzatura gigante per distribuirli a ciascuna stanza. Sono grato per i pulizie pulite, ma non ricordo di vedere una macchina pulita durante il mio soggiorno di due notti. Era il fine settimana del giorno del lavoro e i miei figli speravano di un ultimo buco nella piscina. La piscina era davvero oscura e sembrava intrecciata. Non abbiamo lasciato nuotare, per non dire, e notare che una delle porte esterne sul pavimento inferiore non si chiuderebbe. Ho cercato di chiudere, ma non ho passato molto tempo a farlo - è importante notare che se la porta non fosse stata controllata o potenzialmente costretta a chiudere, l'edificio potrebbe avere visitatori sconvolti. Per favore, dare un aumento al personale di front desk e di ricezione, erano grandi ..., tuttavia, non verrò a rivedere questo hotel. Sono solo troppe altre opzioni nella zona immediata.
