L'hotel stesso era molto bello. La stanza era pulita e la posizione era un posto buono. Non era così vicino a cose come alcune delle recensioni che si dicevano fosse. - Il bagno non aveva vento, quindi ogni volta che abbiamo fatto una doccia, l’allarme per il fumo si è svegliato se non avessimo chiuso immediatamente la porta e la teneva chiusa finché non si era sottratto il vapore. - Il valletto perse le chiavi per un po’. I miei figli e io aspettavamo la nostra auto per circa 25 minuti, e ogni altro gruppo che usciva per la tua auto lo riceveva in meno di 5 minuti. Ogni volta che chiesemo dove fosse la mia macchina, continuarono a dire la cosa e probabilmente dimenticarono di scrivere il numero di spot sulle mie chiavi. Finalmente chiesi di parlare con il manager e lui ammesso che non potevano trovare le mie chiavi. Mi irritò che cercassero di tenerlo segreto, invece di farmi sapere che avevano commesso un errore; finalmente trovarono le chiavi e mi compensarono per il valletto, e erano molto gentili per il resto del nostro soggiorno. - Pensavamo che, perché era un resort (anche costoso), avrebbero avuto più divertimento/attività sul terreno, ma tutto ciò che avevano era un paio di piscine e tubi caldi. - Mi piaceva che fosse una fermata di navetta a troll, che si trovava al fondo della proprietà, una navetta libera che si trovava intorno alla città e alle zone della spiaggia di Lagoona.

Avete fatto un grande viaggio di fine settimana al resort Monarch Beach e mi consiglierei molto. Da quando abbiamo guidato il servizio è stato eccellente, con i dipendenti che si presentano, e davvero ci rendere benvenuti dall'inizio. L’iscrizione era una brisa, e siamo stati fortunati ad essere aggiornati in una stanza con un pozzo di fuoco sul patio, che era meraviglioso per i bambini, perché amavano usare il kit più fornito. La navetta per il golfo era facile e la spiaggia era tranquilla e tranquilla. Più in basso sulla spiaggia dove si trovava il parcheggio pubblico era sicuramente più ricco e ci sono stati molti surfi nell'acqua, ma dove si trova il club Beach è molto più tranquillo e vuoto. Il servizio è rimasto grande per tutta la stanza. La stanza era ben dimensionata. Il bagno era grande, ma poteva usare qualche aggiornamento. Era strano che non ci fosse molto posto per le tovaglie. Il letto era comodo e abbiamo dormito bene. Mangiamo solo al ristorante della piscina, quindi non abbiamo potuto provare i ristoranti, ma aspettate di pagare $$$ per mangiare nella proprietà.

La posizione è molto strana: non puoi camminare facilmente da nessuna parte. Per il prezzo sono rimasto molto deluso dal posto. La nostra camera si affacciava sull'autostrada. L'acqua calda non funzionava e il bagno era molto vecchio e la vasca da bagno vecchia. Il servizio era buono e c'è una bella area sul tetto ma nel complesso non lo consiglierei.

When we arrived at check-in with our family of 6, we were told that we would not be given connecting rooms as promised over the phone. After a very long wait, they put us in 2 rooms not even close to each other. On top of that, it was the garden view, with the pool closed for a private event and preparation for a party. We would have to wait until after 5 pm for one of the rooms to be cleaned. They allowed us to access the double bedroom. When we walked in, it smelled like sewage. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. She was accommodating and moved us to the club level - 2 rooms not next to each other. Yippee. Again, this is annoying when you have packed your bags a certain way, you have small children, and you know you will have to walk up and down the hallways to borrow items during your stay. The club level was a nice way to make up for the mishap. The food at this hotel is outrageously expensive. The club level has a full bar and lots of small bites throughout the day. The club-level hallways get a lot of traffic, and the carpets are always dirty. Food, hairballs, and paper trash were all seen. We had a nice rest that night. Going into day 2, we contacted the front desk to see if they had the connecting rooms as promised. They advised us that we needed to get out of our rooms immediately so that they could be cleaned for the next guests. They would store our luggage all day until our rooms would be ready. I mean, what terrible Customer service. We said that we would not be leaving the rooms we were paying for and that we would not let them store our luggage. The hotel ended up putting us in connecting oceanfront rooms after lunch. We had to leave the beach to come change rooms. Annoying, but a better situation for our family. The hotel is overcrowded. They can't keep up with the demand. Our shower doesn't drain. Stains on the carpet. Stains on our blanket in the closet. The valet costs $70 a day. It is always backed up. Be prepared to wait. 45 minutes wait to get ice delivered to your room. The guests below are smoking on their balcony. This makes it hard to smell the ocean or open your patio doors. The pool area is not clean. Cups, old towels and the pool looks slightly green. The basketball and playground areas were dirty with old cups and food containers. The beach is okay if you don't mind watching surfers. If you like to swim, you have to walk down to the public beach area. The lifeguards will remind you all day long. But, you feel like a rockstar when you don't have to carry all that beach junk down to the beach. They have everything you need! We have stayed at other Ritz hotels and know that this is not typical. We hope that they can make some changes before they lose their reputation.

This Hotel was comfortable, quiet, has a great pool area, and is well kept and tidy. I met friends to Celebrate a friends Birthday.... and had a great time with them... I'll definitely hang out again..so much fun..

very friendly hotel if you're with families and pets. beautiful location a short walk from a very fun beach.

This hotel is located just off the I-5 so very convenient to Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente. The only inconvenience is a train that travels through the city every now and then making about 3 horn sounds. It's not that intrusive but I did hear it at 5:30 AM after I was already awake. The lobby and adjacent sitting area leading out to the pool is quite pleasant and nicely decorated. The artwork is so pretty. The front staff is just a nice and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious like a suite and furniture is modern and comfortable. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator. It was a very comfortable stay. Only drawback was the television. Much too small to watch comfortably from bed but swivels for couch watching as well. The breakfast and breakfast room were very nice with a friendly helpful attendant. FOLKS put your freaking masks on when in the dining area. Try to care for others! Hot items, cold items, breads, fruits, coffee and juices, Very nice selection. Parking is a rip off. Nightly charge for just pulling in and parking next to the hotel building should be complimentary. Would stay again!
