After we booked this hotel, we SPECICALLY tell them that we can take a room on ANY FLOOR EXCEPT THE GROUND FLOOR as its also in our profile. We have also had numerous text messages via app and received their replies that as ”Titanium Elite, we do have priority and it will be noted on the our booking. ” At arrival Front Desk Experience Specialist, Marie, told us that our room is on the Ground Floor. We immediately told her we cannot sleep if room is on the ground floor. As she looked into the system for availability, another front desk person appeared. This person murmured his name skewing the pronunciation on purpose until I had to go in front of him to read his name tag- it is CARLOS. Absolutely RUDE and NOT FIT for First Point of contact--he insisted that we take the ground floor room. He kept interrupting while Marie was cancelling our reservation since they were not able to come up with a room on ANY FLOOR other than the ground floor. He acted like he is the GM. I found out that he is just another front desk person--- NOT even a Manager or Supervisor. He told us there is NO MANAGER when we asked for one. Carlos' mannerism and attitude is totally uncalled for, downright rude as he made it such that we take it or leave it. NOT a Marriott standard at all. We told them and even showed Marie the text conversation that their hotel replied in the text on the Marriott app, ” as a Titanium Elite we do have priority for room preference”. Then CARLOS blamed Corporate Marriott Reservations (not their hotel) for those text messages when it is Directly from the hotel. As we air our frustrations, Carlos kept mouthing off, totally annoying adding fuel to the situation. We told him several times to be quiet and go inside as we were dealing with Marie and not him. But he kept standing there and mouthing off and talking back to guests, aggravating the situation even more. How can Marriot and or hotel owners and management allow such behaviors from Front Desk employees to treat Titanium Elite or ANY guests that come to your brand hotels??? Negative hospitality indeed from this hotel. There may seem to be a lack of employees but unfit lousy employees who are not helping but aggravating the situation is so much worst correct?? You just lost your loyal guests and made a bad name for your hotel. Don't forget there are plenty of other hotels with well trained professional staff available in the same city.

Il nostro soggiorno al Aloft Cupertino è stato bello! Ci sono parcheggio in garage complimentare, che è stato importante per noi quando abbiamo scelto un hotel. La piscina è aperta per grandi ore e è bella luce la sera. La palestra ha tutte le basi. L'acqua di limone è facilmente disponibile in numerosi siti. L'ubicazione è ideale con molti negozi di caffè nella zona, tra cui Philz e Starbucks. Il centro visitatore di Apple Park è un veloce motore per i fan di Apple. La Winchester Mystery House è vicina per un'esperienza turistica interessante. Ci sono lezioni di yoga complimentari e notti musicali in diretta in alcuni giorni della settimana.

Cupertino hotel is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Heated pool so you can swim or like me workout in water all year round , plus a jacuzzi. Has its own little ecosystem with trees and plants accompanied by few birds that visit. Happy hour and breakfast. Location is 45 minutes form San Fransisco and only 10 minutes from San Jose city centre. Next to it is ready shops for all your needs , restaurants.

Residence Inn è il nostro hotel negli Stati Uniti per il nostro viaggio di svago. In generale le suite sono spaziali e hanno cucine adeguate! Ci siamo trasferiti in molti di loro, sono in basso salita o sono una collezione di 2 edifici storici! La maggior parte di loro sono un po 'date, riflettendo la loro popolarità! Ci siamo trasferiti in altri 3 questo mese! Questa corrente è nuova e in grande posizione!

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

Un amico ha suggerito che ci piacerebbe questo posto... e il ragazzo ci ha fatto! Ogni aspetto di questa catena vecchia rimodellata era mirato alla qualità. Camera tranquilla e efficiente A/C.... Mobili in camera reale invece di ricchezza di cose economiche..... bella sedia ergo....segnali top per la pulizia assolutamente senza spot e lucido pulizia di attrezzatura.... Tutte le strutture normali della camera, ma i tazze di caffè sono veri muffole ceramiche se questo ti dice come questo posto è..... La colazione era grande, tra cui il bacon normale, piuttosto che quelle cose sottili di carta... Il personale è incredibilmente arrabbiato per assicurarsi che il vostro soggiorno sia perfetto. Alcuni stili di plug internazionale dicono che questo gemma nascosto è frequentato da viaggiatori asiatici e questo posto mi ricorda gli hotel di alta estensione che abbiamo soggiornato a Shanghai. Ci siamo trasferiti in centinaia di hotel, ma questo è vicino al migliore mai. Prometto che non sarete delusi se siete stanchi delle stesse camere di hotel di grande qualità tagliate i cookie.

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!
