We held a Family Reunion on 11/22/23-11/25/23 at the Courtyard Marriott we were able to contract with the hotel for guest rooms and meeting space. Ashley Accurri was easy and professional to work with. Our stay at the hotel and Thanksgiving catered by our family for almost 90 people went very smoothly. The hotel staff and front desk personnel went out of their way to accommodate us by booking our rooms close to the meeting space and promptly addressing all requests for service. I highly recommend this property to any group. They will treat you fairly and provide outstanding customer service. The property was newly remodeled with refrigerators and microwaves in every room. We will definitely use them again for future events.

After reading reviews of other Memphis and Southaven area hotels, I thought it’d be best if we stayed a little outside of the area- and I was right. The area was quiet and a bit off the path from everything but not too far away. The hotel itself was really nice. The only downside was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable but I can take that over having to worry about safety and cleanliness any day. The lobby was clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were cleaned to perfection- we didn’t find anything out of place or nasty/dirty. I even received a text from Mary a little while after check-in asking if everything was okay with the room. I really liked staying here. The breakfast was a good assortment of choices, the dining area was clean, and the ladies kept checking in to restock items that were low. No complaints!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

First and foremost, the property appears aesthetically pleasing due to its newness, and the housekeeping team is doing its best. They are efficient, friendly, and always sporting pleasant smiles. The check-in process was initially smooth, with the front desk staff being friendly, smiling, and professional. However, that marked the beginning of a steep decline in my experience. Despite my simple requests, such as a few extra hangers, I endured the front desk staff's contemptuous treatment several times. Each time, they made me feel like I was making an outrageous and unreasonable demand, responding with scowls and consistently delivering rude retorts. Unsurprisingly, my pleas for hangers fell on deaf ears, and I was left empty-handed. My quest for quarters to use the Laundry Room proved equally exasperating. Each interaction with the front desk staff was met with curt and dismissive replies. Initially, I was assured quarters would be available when the manager arrived, typically around 9:30 AM. However, when I returned at 9:45 AM, I was informed that the manager was strolling the grounds. It should have been the staff's responsibility to request quarters from the manager upon their arrival, ensuring they were readily available for me. Instead, I was told to come back later. Astonishingly, even my wife received conflicting information when she made inquiries. Upon my return, I was greeted with yet another impolite response. The irony was that my clothes suffered the fate of a wet and broken washing machine. While I would typically attribute this to an unfortunate mishap, it seemed fitting given the consistently abysmal level of service I encountered. Although the breakfast itself was of excellent quality and freshness, the demeanor of the breakfast bar staff left much to be desired. Fortunately, as mentioned earlier, the hotel's novelty and cleanliness allowed for a somewhat enjoyable stay. Nevertheless, we resorted to using side doors to avoid further contact with the front desk. Lastly, there were glaring indicators that the staff needed more competence and diligence. The pool displayed a revolting shade of green, signaling negligence by those responsible. Additionally, one of the doors remained out of service, causing inconvenience. To top it off, the shower revealed a broken and empty shampoo bottle, showcasing a blatant disregard for attention to detail. Following the incident with the washing machine, I felt compelled to express my concerns to the General Manager. Unfortunately, his response indicated a sense of helplessness, despite his awareness of the issues. I genuinely pity him for his inability to rectify the situation. Moreover, I refuse to take the mistreatment personally, as I observed the front desk staff consistently subjecting other customers to similarly unpleasant experiences.

Perfetto! Melanie è fantastica!! Certamente tornerò! Vorrei solo che fosse un po' più economico ...ma eccellente valore comunque. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa. Spero di poter ottenere un buon affare settimanale. Bello hotel! Il colazione è fresco e delizioso! Il letto era comodo!

I stayed here earlier in the month with friends. Two things dragged down my review for this hotel. First while at the hotel, they were out of a few condiments at breakfast and the attendant was out of that area socializing with other hotel staff, leaving it in need of resupplying. The other was after my stay. As a HH member, I was eligible for a points bonus which was running this fall. For some reason, the hotel gave me the bonus points for my stay, but NO points for the actual money spent at the hotel. I will have to call them or HH to get the points for the rate that I spent while there. Annoying!

Non ho nemmeno controllato e ho sentito l'urgenza di andare avanti e scrivere un recensione. Abbiamo controllato a mezzanotte e la ragazza al divano frontale (ho notato che non ricordo il suo nome appena dopo che sono andata via) era così deliziosa. Ha avuto la migliore personalità e era così dolce e utile anche così tardi. La stanza era pulita e tutto era come mi aspettavo. La mattina per colazione.. il loro colazione era grande! Molte opzioni! Il resto del personale che riempiva la linea di colazione era così bello. Rimaniamo in molti hotel, e anche se l'hotel è bello, il personale è mediocre.. le persone che lavorano qui meritano di essere riconosciute!
