UUtente ospiteThis is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location. Surrounded by a park and office space, it's very quiet and private. A short drive to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and looked to be in good order. Everything was neat and looked fairly new. Our two bedroom suite had a rare for Towneplace, and very nice, second bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. Dog friendly too, which is a bonus. Be sure to consider this hotel when in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Il mio partner e io siamo rimasti qui per un mese in totale negli ultimi due mesi. Questo alloggio si trova sulla linea di contea e città tra Vancouver e il contea Camas/Skamania. Ci sono molti parcheggi e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con il nostro veicolo parcheggiato nel loro posto. Il personale è semplicemente eccellente. Sono gentili, pensanti, amichevoli, aiutanti. In tutta la nostra vita non abbiamo avuto nemmeno una interazione estremamente negativa con nessun membro del personale.La nostra camera, una suite regina, era molto comoda. Il letto era comodo, la cucina viene dotata sia di utensili da cucina che di utensili da mangiare. Frigorifero di dimensioni piene, lavastoviglie, due cucina a bruciare, e piccolo spazio da mangiare. C'è un desktop se dovete lavorare in un desktop. L'illuminazione è sufficiente. La mia più grande denuncia è che il coltello potrebbe usare l'amplificazione o l'aggravamento. Le verdure di taglio erano molto difficili con i coltello forniti. Ci sono anche un insieme di pesi liberi, stupidi e due bancone di sollevamento. Il lavandino è GRATIS!! Ci sono quattro lavastoviglie e quattro asciugamani e raramente ci è un tempo di attesa per usare il lavandino. L'impianto è mantenuto brillantemente pulito. In realtà, tra tutti i luoghi che abbiamo soggiornato in America, questo è il più ben mantenuto: puliscono anche i lavastoviglie e i secchi ogni giorno, la sala di allenamento viene pulita ogni giorno, le aree comuni sono mantenute senza spot. Il parcheggio offre un caffè più o meno e almeno tre ristoranti in tutta la strada. Le finestre della stanza apre una quantità limitata per ottenere aria fresca nella stanza.

We were traveling by motorcycle, so I was happy to hear there is security patrols throughout the night in the parking lot. The front desk staff even allowed me to park under the front awning.

UUtente ospiteSi tratta di un hotel a buon mercato, e purtroppo ci sono persone senzatetto che si trovano in campeggio davanti alla strada, ma l'hotel è molto conveniente per l'autostrada, il centro commerciale e molti ristoranti. L'hotel ha molte telecamere e sicurezza e non ho mai incontrato un problema. Il personale che lavora qui sono davvero fantastici! Soprattutto Victoria, Carina e il manager Taylor. Hanno sempre un sorriso e sono così utili! La stanza stessa è molto confortevole e dispone di un mini frigo, microonde e caffè. Non ho mai avuto problemi con gli ospiti alti. Le toletta non sono il migliore, ma di nuovo per un hotel a buon bilancio, serve il suo scopo. Il colazione è molto decente con salsa, uova, cereali o waffle.

RRaptorRiderGrandmaWhen making our reservation I noted we would need a late checkin. Circumstances changed and we arrived early. Carrie, at the front desk, was very personable and friendly, allowing us to check in early. We had a room on the ground floor. The person in the room above us walked like an elephant but that is not this hotel’s fault. The room was clean, with a/c running (very hot day for Vancouver) and kept the room very cool. There are many homeless on the outskirts of the property but they stay off the property, they never bothered us and I felt safe staying here. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, tater tots, link sausage, assorted juices, waffles, yogurt, pastries including assorted bagels, and cereals. There was plenty of seating available in the dining area and it was kept very clean. We will stay here again when we return to visit family again.

I had some mix-ups with getting my cleaning services performed, but other than that, nearly all (95%) of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. My dogs were treated well and there were a lot of other dogs at the hotel. The laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced at $5 for a wash & dry and the location was great, close to food, shopping, restaurants, etc. Any negative issues were generally due to the clientele, the grounds weren't the best kept with garbage, fast food wrappers and foodstuff on the ground, banging and loud noises from other rooms, aggressive dogs, aggressive people, and the sometimes presence of the police. However, after staying 1mo, I extended my stay.
