We had booked a king with pullout bed on Expedia. Once checking in at 12:30am there was not a pullout, also there were no rollaways available. We ended up having to have our kids sleep on the ground. This morning we went to the front desk to see if they could do anything because we had paid $300 for the night. They said no because it was booked 3rd party and they just kind of blew us off. My husband got frustrated and the “manager” assisting him ask if he wanted to “step outside”. I was blow away by the unprofessionalism. This all transpired with a lobby completely full of customers eating breakfast. The night staff gentleman was very helpful but the day staff was very unprofessional.

Non appena entrammo nel lobby, ci siamo salutati con un sorriso caldo e un viso amichevole! Il signor Mehta era fuori alloggio e la stanza ... che bella stanza rimodellata con un letto super comodo, pianta di cuscini morbidi. La stanza era pulita in modo immacolato. Puoi anche ordinare il pasto e consegnare alla tua stanza.Mi sento come ”Casa lontana da casa”.Mi consiglio di stare qui vicino a una persona e cara.

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà come parte di un tour attraverso i 5 parchi nazionali Utah. Mi è stato piacevolmente sorpreso che la qualità della camera, la manutenzione e il colazione fosse molto meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Non so il prezzo perché faceva parte del tour, ma non esitarei a raccomandare questa proprietà per chiunque abbia interesse a rimanere nella zona.
