We stayed here one night while passing through the Oakland area. Hotel is right across the street from a Golfland Fun Park and is easy to miss as there are a lot of businesses surrounding it. Outside parking is limited, as the property is not very big, but they do have an underground parking garage as well. Room was good size and no issues with the plumbing or TV. Maintaining room temperature control via the automatic thermostat was challenging as we could not get it to properly cool on Fan-only mode and had to deal with the noisy A/C cycling on and off. WiFi service was poor, at least in our 1st floor room, and we both gave up after trying to establish a consistent signal at night. As noted, the hotel is in a fairly busy area and does not have much in the way of greenery or trees. The COVID-inspired continental breakfast was miserable with only pastries and bananas available, plus a juice machine. The large breakfast nook area was cleared of all tables and chairs to insure no one sat down. At least the coffee machine was available 24 hours, but otherwise this was a big disappointment. Also, breakfast didn't start until 7 AM, so early risers need not apply. Fortunately, there are several fast food places nearby, but the hotel should not be advertising their breakfast as a selling point. Outdoor pool was small and not very appealing.

La stanza era terribile! Il personale non mi piaceva chiedere un rimborso. Le camere sono sporche con urina secca sul sedile igienico. Mi è stato detto che non c'era rimborso nemmeno sul mio deposito che farerebbero niente per tenere contanti. Non usare mai contanti ... Utilizzare sempre la carta. Dopo un'ora fuori senza risoluzione, ho colpito la porta. Il proprietario e presto uscito con una pistola mi ha solo puntato a dirmi che non mi stanno restituendo i miei soldi. Chiamando la mia ragazza un c**t e un bi**h! Alla fine, i poliziotti si presentano e sono tornato al deposito, ma ho perso i miei 90 dollari per il soggiorno in camera. La polizia mi ha anche informato un tizio che ha sparato la testa nel parcheggio la notte precedente.

Hotel bellissimo per un soggiorno notturno. La posizione è buona e ci sono molti posti da mangiare intorno.

Nessuno ha iniziato a pulire, la stanza era suina, il suono dell'aria condizionata era molto grande e influenzava molto il riposo notturno; ma la stanza era ancora grande e il prezzo era relativamente basso.

Questo è il nostro posto per soggiornare nella Baia orientale. Il personale è qualificato e curato,. Siamo benvenuti e le nostre esigenze sono soddisfatte in modo appropriato. E 'sempre pulito, comodo e ospitato. I letti sono comodi e abbiamo molto spazio nella nostra stanza. Veniamo qui da anni (da quando era nuovo). Non siamo mai stati delusi. Una volta ho dovuto rimanere da me due settimane mentre mio marito era all'ospedale presso l'UCSF. Il personale era utile e gentile. Continueremo a rimanere qui quando nella baia orientale.

When we tried to check in the attendant in front said we had to pay a $100 dollar deposit that had to be in cash or else we could not check in. He even had a print out he quickly pulled out to point at the required cash deposit. Came back later that night with the cash in hand only to have a patron in front of us request to not have to leave the mandatory deposit the and was still allowed to secure his room. Also, we were given a key that did not work. I went back to the office several times to they could give us a working key. After about three tries the attendant came with me to verify the key was not working. He used the manager's key to open the door. He said he would return with a working key but never did.The room had exposed wiring at the light switch by the door, the smoke detector was hanging from the sealing by the wires. There were dead bugs on the bed. The bathroom was discussing, not cleaned prior to us using the room. There was also a funky smell in the room. We contacted the front office at one in the morning to let them know the room above us was making a lot of noise. They said they would get to it but the patrons of the room above us were still playing music, jumping around and making noise when we checked out at 11.The whole experience and the unreasonable deposit that only applies to some made it worst. We left this place itchy and unable to take showers due to the state of the shower tub. Do not waste your time or money on this place. If we had an option at such a late time we would have went somewhere else.

Mi piaceva il personale che lavorava qui!! Da lavoretto frontale al servizio di manutenzione al personale di colazione, questo è stato il miglior Best Western Plus Inn che abbia mai fatto!! Quando sono uscito con i miei amici, il manutenzione ha organizzato le mie scarpe molto bene
